Great, Hope the performance is as good as Havoc 8.1

Any bugs ?

The best firmware! Is this ROM ported from some device or based on the Project Treble ROM?

This rom is amazing!

New ROM for athene. Nice.

After installing the ROM, the sound was lost. How can I fix this?

the only bug i found was on whatsapp, like audio recordings, there's a bug that only takes 1 second to hear

After flashing the ROM I get no service, any solution? Thx

Hi guys. I dont really know if i did it right, but i got some bugs.
Netflix app doesnt work. Even the app found on netflix website doesnt work. I cant record audio on whatsapp, or a call. I can hear people, but people dont listen to me. It is like the phone it's not sending voice...
Anyway, when i flash, i used arm 64bit gapps. Maybe thats the problem?

This rom is 32bit, flash 32bit gapps!

the rom is pretty good, stable and fast
the only problem I've got is a Netflix issue, when I open the app says "this device isn't compatible"
anyone with this issue as well?

I know! It sucks because my primary SSD storage is very limited (128gb), so when I say, update a ROM, I have to re-sync that source completely to compile. I refuse to store source on my output 320gb HDD as I've noticed longer build times. Oh well, I'm up for anything although I think these are the only Roms I will maintain for now.
I thank @NurKeinNeid for helping me out when it was needed, sharing device trees, kernels, and introducing me to fixes to compile on low end hardware. He's the real one man army!

Yes but I have to fix Volte first. It's a pain because I'm able to patch the omni volte fixes into los device tree but I can't get the vendor files extracted correctly even when running against a local omni system.img

Yes , I face this issue to , but it's an issue common to every 8.1 ROM , it's happen when you download an apk from the web .
I know I should report this issue when I faced it , so she can be merged with the Los 15.1 tree.
I hope @Gandalf will see this ( or someone who can access the LOS device ? tree)
Im on Tmobile and when the network is connected to 4g lte i hear no audio and the person on the other end hears nothing as well when an incoming call is connected. If I switch to 3g for data it works flawlessly, any idea how to fix this? Thanks much
Other than that this rom works great !!!

This is a device tree bug that, for the moment, Is out of my control. I personally do not have the experience to fix this although when it is fixed, it will be merged into all my builds asap. If you're looking for complete usability, I sugest omni ROM as I'm pretty sure gandalf's device tree has most of these issues fixed afaik
Anyone else notice the Bluetooth bug?
When listening to audio via Bluetooth it starts cracking and goes into a call tho no call is being made
Other than this, the ROM is perfect, almost anyway
Good job ?
Official support will be added for ether & bullhead tomorrow

I haven't experienced this bug and I've been using it for two weeks now. I use bluetooth audio 5 days a week.
Oh okay I'll try again, maybe its something to do with root or xposed module

Coming from Syberia, I wiped data, cache, system and art cache, flashed rom + gapps aroma, the first boot took about 5 min or so. After that i flashed magisk, everything looks fine Maybe you should flash magisk after the first boot?I don't know the exact reason though :silly:
---------- Post added at 08:44 AM ---------- Previous post was at 08:21 AM ----------
Any recommended kernel?
Do you have an LED notification that you have missed a call?
Yes I think so too...
How is battery drian?
I made wipe system, cache/dalvik, data... Install fw gemini MI5 8.11.1, install havoc 20181113, install gapp pie nano then reboot... After boot camera cannot opened... then install magisk 17.1 and camera work normally...
LED notification is Ok too....
Thanks dev.... Great job

Thanks for making this rom. Just wondering, is this based off the Lineage 16.0 rom and does it have the same bugs (HWC, etc.)
Thankyou for your continued development.

Great ROM! However, how do I get the home button to turn the screen 'on'? And is there a way to make the whole theme black or dark? Messages and contacts are white

Wahey, another rom!
Oh yes, will definitely be trying this out, Many thanks to all involved for the hard work...
Been Using HavocOS for some hours. Very nice .
its just Single/Double/Long-press button action menu. is missing.
Thank you for everything.
It is super but phone dialer dont work. It work with black screen totaly silence, and freeze, Can't change sound from menu. But it iz fast and very good OS. Thanks
Hi, very nice and smooth ROM!
Is there a way to set the function of the physical keys?
the ROM has a call error I want to call and the calling application stops and it's worth it with other applications and it does not work
Hello so the call bug still there ?
If someone on this rom please upload a log file maybe the dev will fix it.
I think the havoc is great rom.
Would be great if this rom could be updated to the newest Havoc and maintained further. I know from the I9506 Havoc rom that this one here tops lineage. Fantastic customization and moderate battery usage...

It is an excellent ROM with fantastic customization, it would be good if you continued with the development since I had not seen this ROM for the GT-I9505, I only saw the error with the dialer, the rest I think is very good! I will wait for the next update!

Why work so early on Q and abandon pie? In my honest opinion no one should be working on Q yet. That's one of the reasons why i prefer to stay on crdroid nougat because it has less bugs but i am very grateful for your work you give us nonetheless

Why work so early on Q and abandon pie? In my opinion no one should be working on Q yet. It just came out so give it some time before making roms based on Q. When devs work on newer android versions when they just got released that really annoys the heck out of me. That's one of the reasons why i prefer to stay on crdroid nougat for my s4 and i stay away from your builds. Be happy with pie and please continue supporting it until all the quirks and bugs are fixed

It's really not in our realm.
All custom ROM teams abandoned pie pretty much when ten source was released (AEX being notable as only one to continue so far) .
We will continue with updating Lineage based ROMs if we can (as they will backport updates from ten) but the core team of other custom roms not integrating security fixes (and the necessary fixes that come from them) makes our job untenable.
They do this as they work on newish hardware which has been quick to bring up ten with. However they care not a jot about efforts required to bring up their roms on 6 year old obsolete hardware.
Once again you wade in and show your ingorance.

Hi everyone. Just letting you know that I come fom Havoc OS 10 on my Galaxy S8 (dreamlte) amd that I'm extremely satisfied with Havoc. I also have a Galaxy S9 (starlte) and were looking very forward to the opportunity to install Havoc 10 on my S9. And behold, at last the opportunity arrived. Thanx to all of you for your hard and dedicated work. It does not go unnoticed and is appreciated very, very much.
Gonna try it tonight and will keep you posted. :good:
Hi! Thanx for the BEST ROM I've ever met for Galaxy S's!!!
Why your SCREENSHOTS link https://photos.app.goo.gl/U8YDbDZCEVDQrSKU6 is dead? The project itself doesn't look abandoned but that section does.
Vendor image
Hey guys,need some help please.
I'm not able to install it. Using Galaxy S9 SM-G960F.
I completely deleted everything, like I always do when installing a new rom.
When I flash this with my fresh installed TWRP 3.3.1-1 (newest), it tells me about a "vendor image for Android 10 needed“ error.
I'm am not able to find or get this suspicious "vendor image“ .
It's not listed in the installation description nor a single word written about it, also no download link for it. Can't find anything in the hole forum too, only people asking about help and how to get the "vendor image" to flash it TWRP.
Also, I've never seen it answered.
what are my options now? Thanks!

I had the same issue yesterday.
You'll need to reinstall the stock firmware (android 10) with odin, then install twrp (with odin again), then install this rom.
hope this help you
After installing gapps, settings-ringtone-drop!
notification ringtone-drop!
where is the call recording?
Best LOS base Rom for S9/S9+ hands down.
Im using one for my S9+ and its been smooth. I dont even need any custom kernels.
Notification sounds don't work, clock positioned center or right makes it disappear. Any chance ti get those fixed? Would be perfect ROM.
I'm on v3.5 anyone tested v3.6?

What resolution is set by default?
Well, the rom itself seems to run just fine. But - sometimes I like to play a game, when waiting somewhere for example. But with this rom I'm not able to run any of my 4 favourite games! They sit on the loading screen forever or throw errors and crash. First I wasn't sure if these games might be too old and therefore may have incompatibilities with Android 10. But in fact they are not. I don't know what is going on, but there are some problems it seems.
Edit: Ok, weird enough, I was able to run one of the games at least. But first after I've enabled the gaming mode in settings. However, I think the gaming mode just enables some CPU/GPU boost and/or keeps it scale on higher freqs for a smoother experience. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Sim card not detected
Hey guys, I've just installed havoc OS on my S9 and unfortunately the Sim card doesn't seem to be detected. I flashed version 20200615 to correspond with the Gapps-nano of the same version. Any suggestions? Thank you for your time.
