It's multitasking is passable. Not too bad, not good either. It keeps all the smaller apps in memory without hiccups. It can also keep one single huge game and a few smaller apps in memory. Anything more and it can't handle it.
Switching between lighter apps is fine and smooth.
Switching from heavier apps (eg games) to a lighter app is a nightmare. The phone takes almost 3 seconds to respond to that command. If the game was in landscape, the phone doesn't know what to do: it shows recent apps in landscape as a laggy mess then after 2 seconds, it switches to potrait mode.
The animations are never smooth consistently. Stutters can be seen on the recent apps screen often.

without screen recording i could switch between 4 games without noticing any kind of swapping.
the 4 gigs of ram sure speak for itself.
Multi Tasking is awesome. The only area where I hate this phone is Battery and its really bad.
My only problem is that apps don't stay in memory as long as I like. So, they refresh often.

Multitasking is good, maybe too good. Sometimes apps are kept cached for too long. When I open some app after I haven't used it for 8 hours, it looks still like I left it which isn't what I usually want.

Can handle everything you throw at it. I stress tested with Fortnite and Hearthstone running split screen, while a YTVanced floating window was playing a 4k video. Flawless!
It does tend to kill some apps in the background unnecessaraly though

I never had a problem with apps being unloaded from memory, the s20 ultra 12 gigs of ram are just enough to handle anything, I've had 12 apps open and none of them unloaded, 2 of them were games, back desert and roblox.

I am still blown away that I have 12GB of RAM on my phone and practically never have to close anything.
