If your Redmi Note 8 is still alive, try checking your device's IMEI, by typing * # 06 #. if the information shows "null", then you have to flash "EFS"

Hello. Please help. I bought this device from ebay ( HiHi - 30KHIT-15 Android 4.3 ). I can't use the device because I don't know the username and password. Can I do a factory restart in any way. Or Install a new system. Or create a new user with a new password. So that I can start using the device. Thank you very much for any help.

It is a GSI ROM runs in device Realme Q3,with Gapps.I can dial numbers and use 5G mobile data but I cannot receive text messages such as verifying code.
I've already tried to change APN and message softwares in China.It still not work,How sucks.
