Problem with main camera - Oppo Realme 3 Questions & Answers

Hi, I recently bought a realme 3 RMX1821 (Helio p60, 3/32) and the first thing I tested was the main camera and it didn't focus, also when I enter the "expert" mode and adjust the focus manually the camera doesn't seem to react, the weird thing is that it focus 3 out 10 times I enter the camera app, and when it's working it doesn't fail until I exit and enter again, so I guess it's a software related problem?
Do you know what can cause it or any solution?

Camera Problem in Lenovo Vibe Shot (Z90A40)

I have Lenovo Z90A40 Stock Android ROM 6.0.1 Build Number Z90A40_S363_160625_ROW
I have a big issue related to camera, it works fine in indoor or at distance of around 4/5 Normal Rooms
But when I go out door where there is more distance such as in mountains or a big park, then camera stucks at
autofocus and a few 2nds later phone restarts, after searching I tried to reflash ROM / reset device
but all goes in vain, it has a good 16 MP camera but I effectively cannot use it where it is most needed
No error message is ever shown during this problem or even after restart
In outdoor, if I hold phone very still in my hands, then the problem does not arrise, it only arrises when
I normally shake the phone, just like a normal person would do to take a nice picture
I am a rooted user with Xposed framework installed
I tried other Camera apps from Play Store assuming the issue is with Stock camera app, but I think
the issue is related to camera hardware with autofocus in vast areas
So I was looking for a solution, Can I handle this restart as in: Can I skip this restart, is there any normal
or Xposed application that can help me in this regard or any other trick
Plz help

Camera focus fail

I have the mi max for a few month, suddenly, one day, I had this problem when I tried to focus on close object, the focus got stuck on the close object, and when I try to focus on some object in different distance It couldn't change and got hot.
My guess is that this is not a software fail cause I tried full wipe. I even installed a fresh stock. I also replaced the camera part but even this didn't fix the problem.
If anyone have faced this problem or have any idea it would be just great.

Video Calling or Camera system issues on Mi 9 SE on MIUI 11

Dear All,
I recently upgraded to MIUI 11 and there are numerous problems, some of them as follows below
Video calling using Google DUO is problem the front cam is very unstable and the application itself crashes very often.
mic usage during video calling is worst, opposite ppl cannot hear anything no matter how every you hold the phone and while taking portrait mode shots via back cam, it does not settle VF keeps changing and post 2 or 3 shots app crashes.
Need to know if anyone else is having this problem and is the issue with MIUI ? or Hardware?

My camera doesn't focus. Is it a software problem or a hardware problem?

Hello, I have a problem with the Mi6 camera and I want you to help me to know if it's a software problem or hardware problem.
My problem is that my phone camera does not focus. It always seems to be in "macro" mode. I installed LineageOS 17.1 in late April and testing if everything was correct, I noticed that the camera was not focusing. But the last photo I took well (with LineageOS 16) was in mid-March, more than a month earlier. So before I put an issue on Lineage 17.1 or replace the camera module I would like to be sure what the fault is.
What did I find out? I installed the application called CPU Info and it detects 4 cameras: ID0, ID1, ID2 and ID3 (screenshot attached). ID0, ID2 and ID3 are back cameras and ID1 is the front camera. The Open Camera application allows me to select between those 4 cameras. And it turns out that ID0 is the camera that focuses on "macro", ID2 seems to focus on the whole picture in general, but with the ID3 camera the screen freezes. So ID0 is the default camera that the other applicantions are using.
I suspect that ID3 is a virtual camera that should "join" cameras ID0 and ID1 in some way. And this is what is failing. This makes sense?
Is it normal for my mobile to detect 4 cameras? Is there an application that can help me more? Any log I can review? Anything you can do before buying a new camera module?
Xiaomi MI 6 - LineageOS 17.1 - fw: fw_sagit_miui_MI6Global_V11.0.6.0.PCAMIXM - Magisk installed without any modules
I installed Lineage OS 16 and the camera failed too, so I think It's a hardware problem .
Flash Fastboot rom with MiFlash and check the camera. If it fails again it's probably a hardware issue.
Good luck, zaqm
Have you recently changed the screen or any component?
It happened to me a while ago, I still did not focus the camera, but it turns out that it is a problem that the camera block is loose, that is, the metal box where the lenses are located is loose hitting against the protective glass and blocking the function to focus.
It happened to me because the screen I replaced comes with a frame, but the new frame does not have sheets that hold the camera block and therefore causing the failure.
Try to give a few strokes to see if the block is accommodated and you notice that it already focuses again and you can be sure that that is the problem, question of fixing it.

Question Camera issue - Pixel 6 Pro

Hello,
I guess I'm not the only one but I noticed that the pixel 6 pro camera crash more and more with recent updates. I thought it was GCAM so I downloaded a mod which worked at first but I'm facing the same issue with the mods too.
My issue is that, sometimes, when I zoom to take a picture or record in 4k, the camera app crash at first and if you attempt again, it will crash constantly with a reboot needed. I saw somewhere that the crash issue is somehow a know issue (https://www.getdroidtips.com/google-pixel-6-pro-camera-crashing/) and now, since it does the same with third party camera, my guess is that it's android and not the app. Any idea because it of course crash at the worst moment most of the time.
I'm on Android 13 version TQ1A.230205.002
Do you also face random camera issues ?
