I have the LG ThinQ G7 Verizon version (LM-G710VM). Does this phone support the rSAP (remote SIM Access Profile) Bluetooth profile that enables certain automobile entertainment systems to use the phone's SIM? There does not seem to be much information about rSAP and LG. It seems that some older LG phones may have supported it, but not anymore?

It is possible that a LG G7 Retail/Demo unit can be removed or be fixed by installing international version of stock rom? As of now, the unit can't read sim cards and have no cellular signal sign.

Theoretically yes but maybe you will have problems with the band support.
Try disabling retail mode in developer options.

I'm new to the forum. Wanted to know if I can use LG G8 from Verizon on T-Mobile? I have put my sim into the phone and it does connect to network but it seems like the connection is not that stable. Can I install TMobile G8 build on this phone? Will that improve the connection quality??

I wish there's a petition for LG to enable this new g8x DualScreen accessory to work on all v40 v50 series since all of these phones are identical in dimension
I'm just curious if the LG dual screen can work with the G8 thinQ and why its only marketed to the g8x. All the hardware specs seem to favor the G8 thinq (except battery size and camera FoV) so the exclusivity must lie in the software version, correct? If its not possible to upgrade to the g8x firmware, is it possible to retrofit the dual screen feature to make it compatible?
