Mate 20X 5G EVR-N29 Launcher Issues! My Launcher Observations - Huawei Mate 20 X Questions & Answers

I have been trying to chnage the default launcher to another launcher such as Action, TFS, Smart etc... However, each time I swap the launcher to test out the best one to use with the right DPI settings, I have noticed that each launcher that would normally work perfectly fine will then stop functioning with error messages of various sorts and even the recover, reset settings of the respective launchers don't fix this problem. When the DPI of the device is reverted to the original 423, even then the launcer refuses to work.
I am just wondering if there is a Huawei protective service that kicks in to prevent any other launcher apart from the default Huawei launcher taking over the default settings. I have uninstalled and resinstaleld my chosen launcher, cleared data, cache etc but still no fix. As a result, annoyed with what happened, I had to factory reset my device and now only installed one launcher without trying other launchers and the problem is fixed.
As a final observation, as a new user of the Huawei Mate 20 X 5G, I really think Huawei needs to overhaul its default launcher by incorporating a number of great features from the Asus Launcher or a combination of others such as the great TSF Launcher, Smart Launcher and the Action Launcher/Pixel Edition. As someone who used a P8 Max back in the days, I have not seen any significant improvements since 2011, which is a great shame for a company like Huawei. Recently, switched from the Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra and I do miss a lot of features of the Asus Launcher. I guess I won't be heard by Huawei but hope somoene will help to resolve these annoyances I have with my new device.

The Huawei Mate 20 X 5G behavior is similar to the Chinese rom, you can't change the default launcher.

Im in agreement with your Emui and features lacking comments. They even went as much to basically copy One UI 1.0 yet they didn't copy it's features, just the looks.

I have N29 global 5g version- installed nova and set it as default... No any problem.

Also no problems here on EVR-N29 (C431).

It seems we will not see beta program... And really stable android 10 is seriously late.
Many midrange devices got it, and Samsung s10 5g also.

Is this launcher issue on EVR-N29 Huawei Mate 20X 5G is CONFIRMED?
Coz I already got the EVR-AN00 Chinese Version and plan to sell it just because of this annoying thing I can't set it to Nova Launcher.
Someone please confirm this.
Thank you.

On N29 you can always go to nova launcher, I use it all the time. After every update it goes to huawei home, but you can change if want

If you are running Android 10 on EVR-N29, which is what I am doing now, you will have no issues with the launcher defaulting. When I posted the original thread I was running Android 9.1 and now upgraded to 10 and hopefully EMUI 10.1 soon. All is good overall and would highly recommend upgrade as this will alleviate most of the reported issues on the international version. I am assuming EVR-L29, the 4g Version would also behave in a similarly smooth way if upgraded to Android 10.. I doubt if the Chinese versions would run fine as I think it is not possible to change the launcher using the settings. Perhaps someone else can confirm.

What will android 10.1 bring that 10 lacks?

It is actually the EMUI 10.1 update by Huawei. Not sure if the version of Android changes slightly to a version 10.x but we shall find out.
Here are the expected feautures for the Mate 20X and other recent Huawei devices:
The EMUI 10.1 brings MeeTime, Multi-view Conference, Multi-screen, Hands-free video calling, Huawei Share, OneHop, Cast+ Wireless Projection, Sound Booster, Cross-Device Photo Gallery, Celia Voice Assistant, New Themes, Multi-Window, Multi-Device Control Panel, Fast Performance, Security and Privacy.
Source; Huawei Central
You can also check on YouTube and other places for videos of how the UI will look.

Do you know if the battery will improve in emui 10.1? Many people i've talked to said the battery on the mate 20 x is poor.

Yes, I totally agree that the battery life on the Mate 20X (in particular the EVR-N29 5G Model) is very poor. Not sure if the new update will improve battery life but I really hope that it will. My previous Asus Zenfone 3 Ultra had slightly higher capacity but had much better battery management. Huawei needs to get this right urgently.
Huawei phones need to stop being just about good camera tech. They need to improve the UI, battery and some other basics that they could easily learn from Asus. A brand I don't really like due to poor customer service but really admire their efforts to produce usable and well thought out products.

Whats so confusing is those claiming to get 9 hours sot on the 20x. But many more still claim poor battery. I dont know what to make of this. On my samsung a70 with 4500 mah I get 5 - 6 hours sot and 2- 3 days standby time.
What are your sot and standby time on your mate 20x?

The short of a long answer is that if you are happy NOT to have a 5G phone yet then to address the battery issue I would recommend the 4G EVR-L29 model which has many advantages such as the higher battery, proper LOUD dual speakers and the headphone jack. The 5G model does not have these and when I run on 5g where I get reception, battery life is even worse. I think the best part of the 5g model is just the 256GB memory, 5g and the40 watt charging which the 4g International model does not have. (256gb available only on the China Version of the 4G Model)
In my experience, even with very minimal use the 5g model will require charging at least once per day but the 4g model will definitely last longer than a day with minimal use. I think the problem lies with the display, the Balong 5000 5G MultiMode chipset and crucially poor battery mamagement of these systems on this device. Today with around 1hr of use at 50% brightenss, battery depleted by around 30%. Which to me is not acceptable. I only used it for browsing and typing.

Should I get Honor 8 Pro ?

Hi, I am planning on getting the Honor 8 pro by the end of this week.i came up with a few doubts. I am switching from Moto G4 plus to Honor 8 pro and the EMUI thing has got me concerned.
1. Is it by any chance as good as the near stock android like feel of Moto G4 plus?
2. Is there a way of getting stock android in it without bricking my phone?
3. I just received the June 2017 security patch for Moto G4+ and it got me wondering, how will I receive these updates if I somehow manage to get stock android on Honor 8 pro?
4. I can even work with near stock like ROMs , like oxygen OS or CynogenMods or anything similar, but then, how long will be my wait before I get my hands on Android O after it is released. Is the Honor developer community very active? Or should I stay with EMUI expecting office releases?
5. I am not planning to get another phone for next couple of years and I am tight on budget. Am I doing the right thing by going for his phone instead of say 1+5 or LG G6 ? Or should I wait a few more weeks/months to get another "flagship killer" to be launched?
I am not very familiar with rooting and stuff so if anyone could guide me towards some resources to read about these, it will be great. Preferably Honor phones related rooting.
Thankyou in advance

5.RRos is so cool in this device ,AOSPA also.. best ROMs
6. if you are a flasholic better to go for OP5 .the development is soo fast there .
Your post seems like you want stock Android, if that's the case then you should go with OP5.

I would love to have OP5 but I am really really tight on budget, even 30K is stretching me too far from my budget. I just want to make sure that it's worth it. I am not a flasholic, I flash once in like 6 months, just to test out some other ROMS, just want to ensure that I won't have to dig the depths of the internet to get a compatible ROM.

I rather enjoy having more functions then stock android. This is not Samsung or LG amount of bloatware or wierd functions, but rather small improvements. Still fast and lagg free and I have no doubt it still will be in a couple of years.
The screen, looks & build quality and battery life are stuff that really impress and makes this a "flagship phone /killer". Also quite future proof specs.

Just for everyone to know, I finally bought Honor 8 Pro, and so far I am very happy that I did. Thank you all for the replies.
I even dropped the phone once from a height of around 4 feets (Unintentionally ofcourse) and apart from having a little paint removed from the top, everything is fine. Guess the build quality is good enough.
I remember reading about having a software upgrade soon on 25-26th of this month. Anyone has any update on that ?

Even i am skeptical of installing it. I am using a Huawei device for he first time and thus don't know how to revive it if something goes wrong.
I made a seperate thread regarding updates. I will try to find some more info about how to install it.

any reason for preferring stock Android? what do you expect from "stock" experience? smoothness? or an Android without any extra features? and why?
EMUI has got it's own pros & cons.. there are some really good things that Huawei has implemented into the OS. there are also some quirks that they've never gotten to fixing..
in terms of security patches.. Huawei and honor, sadly, can be a bit slow. maybe like once every 3-6 months once.
but personally, I'm not too worried coz in the end, if you practise safe use, not an issue. before I got my honor8Pro, I was using Note 2.. and well, what security patch? haha..
wait a little

Moto g5s and s+ are one the way ... so might as well wait for them, and few other noteworthy devices are getting released, there's been meizu with dual screen.... I use honor8 pro... it has all the premium features on surface.... but not mind blowing, good cam, better screen , thin profile, premium finish and attention to detail are few highlights, but expected a lot more from emui, no native equalizer though dts certified, knuckle knock for screenshots works at its own will, not many customized options in features, only reason I'd go for non stock Android phones ks their skin embedded features whereas on stock Android you'd need an app..
Another noteworthy omission is no photobackup on huwei cloud, and system state backup seems to be non existent as well...
Few more points to consider is how Future proof is your phone, because you'd expect some resale value right.. from 30000 the fall of price might be steeper, so consider it all and jump the boat, meanwhile if you do buy honor 8 pro do get back with your opinion about the device and any good things you've discovered about it... it'd be nice to compare

Why Custom Rom development is totally off??

Almost all custom Roms are not even updated since last year. The custom Rom or Android development for Honor 8 Pro is totally off? Why is that?
Even after oreo release, feels like no one interested.
update: Honor released kernel source for honor 8 pro
https://www.xda-developers.com/honor-8-pro-honor-9-android-oreo-kernel-source/
personally, i feel that this is due to the fact that:
* many are happy for stock ROM
* stock ROM has got a lot of features and options for all sorts of ppl
* in terms of optmisation and efficiency, modern day version of Android don't really drain that much.
* battery tech has improved and we see phones packing bigger battery. so, ppl no longer than concerned abt battery life
* limited user-base -- so ROM developers are better off spending their time on phones with larger user-base, thus getting better feedback and attention

Just After honor ditch us, no chance of Getting future android experience ?
Honor left honor 8 pro.
Honor is fully focused on AI based honor view 10, the selected developer were given free honor view 10 handsets for its support and development of rom's in future. Honor has ditched the honor 8 pro.
The developers started working on honor view 10 and developed treble lineage os 15.1 rom based on Oreo 8.1 for kirin 970 devices.
Even the magisk and substrantum support is given for honor view 10.
I think this is my last honor device ??.

personally, i dun expect much since honor 8 Pro is a one year old device (using China's V9 as the actual launch). honor already launched a replacement device and if they actually continue to promote older device, then there's something not right with their strategy. so, it's only right that they get support for newer device instead, which is the View 10.
and the Q is... do i need custom rom? nope. i dun think i need it. and do i think it's needed for even View 10? nope... dun think it's needed.
many reasons why i dun think custom rom needed is in my first reply above.

I heard yesterday, Honor had removed Kernal sources for Honor 8 pro(or V9)[after its launched] that's a big problem also for custom roms.
Even in their own website the stock firmware is not available, no even it's name.
Stock rom might ne good, but Many people seeks for Future taste of Android. Honor already ditch us, The only way we could have taste Android p or Android Q using custom roms and now that also not possible.
Where as they are making sure Honor view 10 get erd party development supports.

i bought the honor 8 Pro because it is a good phone. great specs at affordable price. i din get it so i could get the latest version of Android. to me, so long as it works and it's patched (and while it's inconsistent but the updates have been coming from Honor), i'm fine with it.
and based on the above, honor 8 Pro is still a good phone. i don't really care about the latest Android version. what is more important is that i'm using the smartphone for what it can do -- connecting me. and it's doing a great job at that.

and based on the above, honor 8 Pro is still a good phone. i don't really care about the latest Android version. what is more important is that i'm using the smartphone for what it can do -- connecting me. and it's doing a great job at that.

U r right, It will still be a very good phone with good specs nod doubt.
Everyone has their own view.
Some people's like custom development.
And Huawei doing open source for view 10 and removing 8pro(v9)'s kernal sources is really disappointing.
When honor8pro was launched, Huawei/Honor out up a show like this is device is going to get all the required attention and care. Instead they struggled with patches itself. Not even updates, fhey couldn't make working patches.
They looked for market and found one. That's it. US market is unreachable at least for an year or two, so a new strategy is to push as many devices as they can in current markets while lobbying for US market.
Honor tried or picturized a Xiaomi like strategy but went Samsung ish. Hardware wise 8pro is matchless in its tier but then there isn't much you can boast about it on realtime usage. They nerfed battery when some issues started its that bad.
It's a compromise device that has been further compromised. I feel honor is a sinking ship. They're severely dependent on marketing than letting phones prove themselves. They have paid Android authority and even Xda well to keep featuring posts or reviews about their phones. So that neo nerds or spec hungry guys can devour these devices and guys like these are usually the ones that are looked up or called up by less nerdy or less tech literates for their next best phone.
Such fake image doesn't hold long and easily shatters. Just like one plus which promised big things and promised support and longevity unlike google... and then just ditched all that, Honor too promised devices with better specs and better support but well... at this rate honor 10view will bite the dust soon as well, or if things keep going bad for honor/Huawei they might loop back.
Only time will tell. But for now it sure is bleak for Honor8pro. There isn't a way to jump to custom roms either. So when **** hits the cieling this phone will be a glorified remote control.
In Nutshell, most of us in india got this device with buyback from flipkart, 1st week march that awaited period start. Time to switch back to some soft-support team with decent hardware, ASAP. My bid is back to moto. whats others planning ?

Honor 8 pro is the most neglected so called "Flagship killer" of 2017/18.
Shortly after the release of 8 pro, they had taken down all official firmware sources.
View 10 is view 10 all over the globe. 8 pro is just a 128 GB variant of V9. So it has been completely neglected.
When Honor was questioned as to why firmware sources were removed, they gave a dumb reply saying it was HQ decision and they have least control over it.
This is like being in Apple ecosystem. Very sad to see such a potential device being neglected completely.
Honor has suddenly started focusing on lower budget segment in India after 8 pro's launch. Devices like 9 lite are starting to see updates for Face Unlock and yester year Flagship 8 pro is still with buggy Oreo update which they cannot fix.

lol. why port an already working ROM. it works like a charm with only few issues:
1. some animations are choppy(doesn't concern me much)
2. no volte(i don't need it)
3. no stock camera(will be added soon)
4. minor graphical glitches. (doesn't affect the overall interface)

To buy or not...

It looks like the mi 9 SE will be released global on the 28th of March. I want to "measure" how big the xda community will be for this phone, and also just curious...
If the mi 9 SE will be released globally, will you consider buying this phone (answer in poll)?
Well it's just as easy to modify as most of Xiaomi phones so I guess soon there will be here some custom rom choices. Especially if the only other smaller size competitor is Samsung 10e, for over twice the price.
I have 9se for about three weeks so far and must admit it's a great piece of hardware, but only if you like compact devices. Otherwise I'd rather choose Redmi Note 7 (limited budget) or Mi 9 or keep waiting for Poco F2.

Yes, absolutely. I'm looking forward to purchase the 128gb varient. I LOVE compact phones, especially the ones with flagship spec i.e. Sony. But I'm definitely getting the Mi 9 SE.
Actually, its form factor seem to be the best. I would consider buying the P30 or S10e, but the price is way better on the Mi 9 SE.
Just wondering if it worth waiting for the Mi A3 lite, which would be about the same smartphone except for the snapdragon (660 and not 712) but with Android One and b28....
It depends on what is important for you. I am planning to buy too, after I have seen some reviews and possibly if I see some development activity here.
The reasons I would buy this phone are: small size, amoled screen, quite decent chipset and nfc.
I would personally not buy the galaxy s10e because of the high price and the lack of developement I have seen with their previous phones.

I just watched a couple of reviews and forum posts so mine is not a "direct" opinion, anyway
About photos, they are very good. They are not great, as well as big brother Mi 9, probably that's due to the software: AI and drivers are still not perfectly calibrated on Sony IMX586. It looks like worst than Mi 8, even if on paper Mi9/Mi9SE should have a better sensor.
About battery, it's enough! If you use dark theme, you can reach 6 hours of display on. Recently Xiaomi released DC function for Mi 9 , maybe we will see the same for Mi 9 SE because both have AMOLED display, which can benefit of this DC function.
If battery sometime isn't enough, QC @ 18W can pump in a few minutes the energy you need to reach late night.

Photos during daylight are great, just as you wish them to be. Every lens is doing it's job well - you can get a nice close up photo with zoom, wide angle lens proved to be useful as well, bokeh is nice (but it used to be so even on Mi 6). I am a little disappointed with night mode though - before I was playing with it on Mix 3 and there the results looked like magic, here are mediocre. It looks like the algorithm is only increasing the general brightness of the photo without recognizing the difference between stuff which should be visible and that is supposed to remain dark. The effect is obviously worse than on Mi 9 (basing on the reviews).
The battery is sufficient. Mi 9 SE as a smaller size phone is not bought for gaming therefore for any other activity can be used quite long. E.g. I've got over 14 hours of continuous movie play (MX Player HW+) and 25 hours when left as a clock (Big Clock app on Google Play). When you're not using the phone the battery drain is about 1% per hour with Ambient Display on.

Xiaomi is notoriously slow with updates. Like now, it's the end of March still no March patch, some people didn't even get Feb patch yet. And the biggest f*** up that Xiaomi did is after android pie update. Wifi Mac has changed, some people got their phone bricked, wifi keeps disconnecting, battery life is super poor (4-5h sot), a lot of bugs I encounter every day, still using 3.18 kernel instead of 4.9 etc. etc.

I want the mi 9 se as a replacement device. I finally want a premium (cut down) flagship phone, and hopefully will last for about 4 years or more.
Looks like I was following a false track. The release from 28th only contained mi 9 and redmi note 7.
There have been a few others sources hinting towards a global launch. For now we just have to wait.

It is also listed on geekbuying for buying, not only for preorder.
6/64 edition for about 330€ after using coupons seems to be quite a good deal.
Pros:
- 6" screen is still enough.
- Amoled screen and non-intrusive notch.
- Size. The device itself is tiny and lightweight.
- Hardware is below flagship, but much better than mid-range.
- Treble enabled, kernel source already released.
Cons:
- MIUI environment is not so friendly.
- dev scene (I hope I am wrong).
- OEM updates.

Miui and oem updates aren't the issue for me.
Ok, so to summerize:
- Small from factor
- Amoled screen
- Indisplay fingerprint
- 4G b20 and b28
- Widevine L1
- 6Gb RAM
A part for the CPU power, it is even more interesting for me than s10e, and for half the price.
So I definetly swap my OnePlus 6 for this device. The last question is where should we buy it to be sure we have the global version?
I saw that honorbuy.com send the right one with even european charger, but a bit expansive...

I would reccomend honorbuy because of european stock and no VAT on delivery (if you are based in Europe).
Devices are shipped with european socket charger.
If you buy on Aliexpress you must check any custom duty that would be added to the shipment in your country.

Mate 20X 5G EVR-N29 & EVR-AN00 EMUI 10/Android 10 Release & Experience Questions

Mate 20X 5G EVR-N29 & EVR-AN00 EMUI 10/Android 10 Release & Experience Questions
Hi! I am in the process of getting my new Mate 20x 5G EVR-N29 despite its disadvantages over the 4G version and would like to know if the EMUI 10/Android 10 Update is released or releasing anytime soon.
Also, please share your experience and bugs as well as there does not seem to be any dedicated threads for this device.
Not sure why but hope this will change as I think there should be dedicated sub-forums for this model to help users with device specific guidance, customisations and news.
In particular, I would like to know if display density reset issue remains or whether call recording can be enabled by default on EVR-N29.. Comments on Battery Life, Loudness of Speakers, M-Pen use and 5G performance also welcome.

may i ask why u went for the 5G version? summary of disadvantages:
- smaller battery
- no stereo speakers (earphone is now used as second speaker, thus unequal loudness)
- no 3.5 mm headphone jack
- higher battery consumption at 5G / basically non-existant coverage as of yet
- significantly higher price tag
- sound not as loud / good as the 4G version (headphones)

Great question! Very accurate list of disadvantages. Thanks. I was one of the first to post about the disadvantages of this model in this forum when the details of its features were first leaked, subsequently officially announced. I was and still very upset with Huawei for what they did to Mate 20 X.
I am getting a very special discount on the price of the 5G model which I could not refuse so I am buying it. I love large phones and currently still using my Zenfone 3 Ultra and very happy with it despite the lack of NFC and 5G but want my next phone to be 5G ready and larger than my current phone as a future investment and to protect its resale value. Until proper folding devices become widespread, I think I could manage with the 5G Mate 20X. Besides, it also has large memory (compared to the European non-5g model EVR-L29) and Google Play Store and GMS is pre-installed so not need to sideload like on the non-5G 256Gb version (China Version).
I will share my experience with it when my phone arrives next week and really hope I could upgrade to Android 10 as hopefully the display density reset issue will be solved so I could make better use of the screen space.
@AWFRONT I am in same boat as you, waiting to get it next week!
same reasons to buy it, I had 20x 4g china almost year...
Phone is very close to 4g, however i like the below advantages.:
5G network is becoming common in Dubai so it is great to have 5G phone
Ram is bigger 8gb
Performance is slightly higher
Storage is 256gb
Didn't realize any difference in battery performance compared to 4G
SPLASH, WATER, AND DUST RESISTANT
SuperCharge (Max 40 W)
Yes you can install call recording in global phone
The only thing i can highlight is:
Sound is not as 4g
We didn't receive EMUI 10 yet even beta
---------- Post added at 10:50 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:42 AM ----------
But if you want a very nice 5G phone i would recommend mate 30 pro 5G uf a big screen is not important to you .
I had a mistake that i bought mate 30 pro 4G recently and i have mate 20 x 5G.

how can performance be higher if hardware is exactly the same in terms of SoC?
8/256 also in chinese 4G
battery performance should be significantly different at 84% battery capacity plus 5G eats more battery than 4G, especially with a separate 5G modem, so more hardware to power.
both 4G and 5G models are rated at IP53, no difference there.
supercharge at 40W is indeed different / higher than 4G and of course its nice to have global version
not criticizing here folks, just keeping the facts straight!

Yes, like this. Good is 8gb on global sw and faster charging. Bad is smaller battery and worse sound.
Other same.
I hope it will serve me one day whole on 4g, until 5g come to Serbia. Then I will see..
I got it yesterday, played just a little for now.
Of course, all is same.
I noticed that screen is maybe little better calibrated (easily can be just production variations). Less green tint and a fraction stronger saturation on normal mode. Goes a little to red, not perfect...
No option for flicker reduce (as I remember on al00 it was introduced in 9.1 emui?).
Today I will set it usually for me, battery analysis in few days.
Charge is incredible : went from 40 to 95 percent in 10 or 15 minutes!

This is another short coming of EMUI, there is no place in software to turn off " fast charging", unlike Samsung which you can. My current charger , charges at approx 23% per hour / 1023mA. , Device temp doesn't even exceed 24C while charging. Sometimes , I do use a Samsung charger which charges at approx 1800mA.

From what I read the next major update will be Harmony OS. And not clear if that is built on Android 11 or not, or if it will be offered for the 20X or not.
nope, not gonna happen. the issue is that Huawei as a whole so far is not planning to update ANY of its phones to android 11 due to them being cut off from the inner dev circle of android. they only have access to AOSP sources now, just like the rest of us regulars. there are literally no huawei phones with android 11 on the market, absolutely none.
one more time for ppl who do not seem to understand this: EMUI 11 is based on Android 10.
EMUI 11 is NOT Android 11. EMUI and Android are two different things!
btw, HarmonyOS is just Android 10 with a skin on top, just like EMUI...

with all that being said, i do agree that EMUI 11 as a whole is a nice step forward from EMUI 10. system snappiness and functionality just feels more rounded and better than before!
oh and btw OP, ive answered this question several times before @emui 11 is based on Android 10. but yeah, "just trolling", right? welcome to reality, took u long enough

with all that being said, i do agree that EMUI 11 as a whole is a nice step forward from EMUI 10. system snappiness and functionality just feels more rounded and better than before!
oh and btw OP, ive answered this question several times before @emui 11 is based on Android 10. but yeah, "just trolling", right? welcome to reality, took u long enough

Hi,
So youre saying no huaweis will ever be updated to andriod 11. Maybe there could be a change in the future who knows.
But honestly emui 11 is a very good update. It fixed noticeable bugs which shouldnt have existed in previous iterations before 11 which says little about huawei as a company that keeps up with fixes. Its late to the party as usual.
As to your trolling in the past the mods deleted your content for violating rules. Dont blame anyone but yourself. Time to grow up.
.
hmmm, right.

just as before i was providing information on our device and its software / capabilities, which ive backed up with screenshots.
i.e.: - EMUI 11 is still based on Android 10
- EMUI 11 fixes lots of bugs and improves upon system snappiness vs. EMUI 10
- Huawei updates come first to chinese models like my EVR-AL00, global models like the L29 come much later (btw, there is no "Singapore made" Huawei phones, they just use global variants here )
- AOD is not necessary to vastly improve SOT on Mate 20 X, you just have to know how to properly tweak your system. if you don't, then naturally you battery life will be much worse.
before you did not want to believe me, now "suddenly" you come to the same conclusions. you are right, time to grow up, please heed your own advice and stop reporting people trying to help out only trolls do such things.
feel free to go back to my previous posts and read up on all the others things uve missed while denouncing and ignoring me. you might learn something interesting!
cheers

Hi,
Appreciate the link but I'm confused. Emui 11 has already been rolled out. So what does your link mean?

Surrrrre..
Your screen shots did not provide accurate info as 2 people including myself had clearly proven.
The emui 11 I call '10 clone' has become my fav updated "version" especially when it serves up noticeable speed with apps not to mention improvements upon the task manager which was a total disaster under 10.
AOD has been shown to save battery more so then when youre constantly checking your phone for notifications.
If this phone will be update to HarmonyOS it will have always google services like before?
