Hi all,
I picked up an F900U1, updated to the latest patch available to download (F900U1UES2ASK1) but I cannot get Dex to work to save my life. Does this firmware support it? I thought it was the most recent Nov. security update, which says Nov. 1st in the patch. Any ideas? Thanks

Not for the U1. Maybe it'll get it in the December update
The SM F907B (UK fold 5G) did not get DeX support until it got the update that included the 1.12.19 security update, I got this about 10 days ago.

DeX (via HDMI) works, just not DeX for Windows. The AT&T update included it which shocked me because an AT&T update leading in anything is rare.
Yup, DeX via PC works for me now with the latest update
ASK2 came out yesterday for the U1 with the December security patch. Still no love for DeX for Windows. Samsung's toying with us.
I just got ASL1, and STILL no dex for windows.

Recently purchased a pixel c, updated to what tablet is calling the latest up to date software at 7.1.1. I thought this tablet was up to 7.1.2 now, no? Anything I can do to push tablet to update?

Edit: build number is N4F26I and listed as having January 2017 security updates
Edit 2: checked for updates again, update for 02/2017 now available, but only able to download via an unmetered network until June 25th. I guess linked to my phone hotspot is considered metered and I'll have to wait patiently for these updates to trickle in.

Download the June update from here. (it's been 7.1.2 since April) > https://developers.google.com/android/ota
ADB sideload the update each month. No need to wait for the OTA.
I wonder if December update reached anyone normally or by vpn as I used to get monthly updates on the 5th day!!

I got November update with over 1GB. However, still I'm on 8.1 oreo. Any idea why no Pie update yet?

The official release of pie haven't rolled out to most regions until now
If you want to get pie now there is a guide to use vpn to get it

Thank you. But I'm scared of losing LTE by updating via different region VPN as I have seen some posts about it. I.e, Poland / Indonesia region.
Lte works for me, but I rather prefer to wait for the official release It's just a matter of days

NO it will be rolled out integrated in the update for who didn't use vpn method, and will reach who used vpn as an update to pie but with less volume like 200Mb compared to about 1.1 Gb for the official rollout
Nonetheless it is very disappointing - I got this phone to get timely updates! I don't care about Pie that much, but the December update has been rolled out two weeks ago and we still don't have it!

New December update for Pie on the Mi A2 Lite! Check your devices if your on the Pie Beta and you should see a new update available.
No update for me in germany (updated manually to pie).

That's no update, it's just the "open beta" Xiaomi released a few weeks ago and some members got via a VPN connection.
December update rolling out in Middle East
Updated to Pie two weeks ago through VPN and got December update today

I received june update in 5 july and july update in 30 july, just wait a couple of days :good:

the updates are released by ESN and every carrier has their own specific releases. If you put your build number in a reply, we can help you find the latest release for your phone. If its been released, it should be hitting your device soon, if it isnt, then youll know that your wait is going to be longer than that. Or you could just go get the latest release from sammobile and flash it yourself with Odin

Just to give you an idea of what's said above, I'm on AT&T, and we are into August, but we've yet to get the July update. Still stuck on the June update here.
[Solved] I upgraded to Android 10 by mistake, I thought it was the monthly security patch. I bought this phone from Kuwait but I think it's the United Arab Emirates version (XSG). I attached screenshots of my software, about phone and the Android 9 firmware which I'll download. Is everything correct.
I did it. Everything went smooth.

April 2020. I accidentally downloaded an update and got wifi connectivity problems on my A70. i was able to rollback to december 2019 patch and got it fixed. Today July 2020. I accidentally updated again to android 10 and got the wifi connectivity problems back. I was able to rollback to February 2020 Patch but wasnt able to rollback to december 2019. Im trying to download september 2019 now to try it.

I have an unlocked/unbranded S20 5G G981U1 bought from Google Fi, it's OYM, XAA, got all the updates installed the normal way through the phone. I just installed Smart Switch on my PC and connected it to the phone and it detected an update. It shows my phone currently has PDA: UA2, CSC: UA2, PHONE: UA2 (XAA), and it says latest software version is UB7 for all 3 of those, 5,682 MB update. It's downloading now, hopefully this is One UI 3.1!
