Google Camera with telephoto lens support - Xiaomi Mi A1 Themes, Apps, and Mods

Hello!
Today I will show you a simple way of adding telephoto lens support in Google Camera. All you need is a rooted phone and a Build.prop editor(there are some apps on Play Store).
1.Open the Build.prop editor
2.Give all permissions
3.Search for this:vendor.camera.aux.packagelist
4.If you find that, you should see a few camera apps package names
5.Find the package name of your version of Google Camera
6.Add a comma,and write the package name
7.Save the changes
8.Reboot and enjoy!

It doesn't work for me in stock pie rom. Gcam crash when I switch to telephoto. Which rom are you using and which gcam version?

Camera2 api on Pixel Experience Pie?

How to properly activate camera2 api on PEP? When I'm installing patch I cant use camera in applications witch don't use camera2 api
Just flash the Camera2api.zip from respective xda thread and you will be good to go. I have tried this and it's perfectly working

Download buildprop editor and use it to edit your build.prop
Add this line-
"persist.camera.HAL3.enabled=1"
And save it.
Reboot
I just flash the zip in TWRP and it worked fine. If you use Magisk, there is a module that does this.

The usual way does not work, I wrote this in a post...
From what I know Camera2 API doesn't work yet in PEP
It's a bug
When you enable camera2 API the camera get crashed
Anyone experience lag when taking photo on the camera 2api?
I enabled by editing build.prop. Google camera and Mi camera are working fine.

Le_zl1_lex720-cn-fn-waxcnfn6003009091s-6.0.03 (30s): Cleaned, phone manager, pokemon

hello
i cleaned the LE_ZL1_LEX720-CN-FN-WAXCNFN6003009091S-6.0.03 (30S) from all SPAM china apps excluding: PHONE MANAGER, SYSTEM UPDATE (OTA), FEEDBACK.
MY STRATEGY: keep all apps that work with the phone HARDWARE (camera, dialer, etc). keep only the nice apps and delete as much SPAM apps as possible.
INSTALLED APPS (SYSTEM):
GAPPS minimal build for Pokemon GO (Google Play Services Version 12.6.85)
Recommended APPS:
Google Play Store 6.0.7:
INFO FOR FAKE GPS USER:
Install MAGISK (for ROOT):
Install FAKE GPS APP (take the app you like most)
Install /system/app mover ★ ROOT ★ 1.7.3:
move FAKE GPS with /system/app mover ★ ROOT ★ 1.7.3 to SYSTEM.
I think the Phone runs very fast + stable (with the cleaned rom).
POKEMON GO runs superfast without any issues.
its my first project here and i can provide TWRP BACKUP.
Question. On this version with android 6.0, Can you test if Gcam Mod (Version 3.5) can do Shot with bokeh effect?
I read that version (Mod) can do shot with Blur effect (like Gcam Mod on Android 7+)
BTW, Some screenshots will be great!!n

This --> Gcam
I'd want to know if Bokeh effect works on android Marshmellow 6.0 (I know its does work on android Nougat and above)
I have a Lepro3 X727, using Android 8.1 (DotOS) and works fine but Battery and Sound on Stock EUI android 6 are Supreme and I missed a lot. If Gcam Mod work and can do Shot with Bokeh effect or Portrait mode (Not lens Blur, it not same) I could to back android Stock.
+You must to have enable Camera2 API. Remember thats

i hacked the build.prop: manually added persist.camera.HAL3.enabled=1 .
the GCamMod_v.3.5.0 app don't open and crashes when starting it.
with the "Open Camera" app V1.45.2 you can shot fotos with Camera2-API (RAW-MODE).

Thank you very much.
if you are interested i could post my TWRP backup (boot, data, system) 3.67GB on google drive or somewhere else.
build.prop: manually added persist.camera.HAL3.enabled=1 included in TWRP backup.
i think this build is (much) faster as many phone with stock rom.
this build is super responsive on games like pokemon go and on any other app i tired out so far.
i added antutu benchmark for my build on my photos.

Thank you very much.

[APK] HyperCAM R4 PIE for AOPS ROMS FOR MI 9 SE

HyperCAM R4 working correctly in our Mi9SE!!, attached to the ZIP is an XML that you must install as in GCAM (in fact HyperCAM is a GCAM MOD)
This camera allows you to use the GCAM with ALL the cameras available on your device, using GCAM technology.
To make it work, install the APK as a GCAM and install the attached XML in the ZIP, otherwise the APK will not work for us.

How to use .xml files
.xml files must be stored in [Internal Storage]/GCam/Configs7 (create the folder if it doesn't exists)
To load an .xml double tap the area between the capture button and gallery, select the .xml and click Restore or Update (depending on GCam used)
If there are no .xml files, make sure the folder is created and the name is correct.
How to enable auxiliary cameras [magisk required] [updated for 7.3 Arnova]
Download the following magisk module and install it: [Download link]
Reboot your phone. If the app still crashes when you select an auxiliary camera do another reboot.
Auxiliary cameras are supported only by Urnyx05 GCam at this time.
Auxiliary cameras are not supported in cloned .apks.
Cloned .apks
Cloned .apks are needed in order to use two different versions of the same app
You can also use cloned .apks to have the same app version with different settings (.xmls). One for day and one for night.
Auxiliary cameras are not supported in cloned .apks.
Credits to Arnova8G2, Urnyx05, Nameless, Sir TAVARES and everyone else on the telegram channel.
These are the best ones at the moment. Still recommend Urnyx with Nameless or Pixel4 xml. Arnova 7.3 is still a beta and lots of bugs with missing options (aux cam, astro toggle etc)
Just installed the Urnyx05 with Nameless.xml, and it seems to be working pretty well. Some features don't work, but that's to be expected haha.

Thanks a lot for sharing! Will be testing.
Neither Arnova8G2 7.3 nor Urnyx05 7.2 is working for me.
I get a crash with Arnova8G2 7.3 as soon as I open up the camera app.
With Urnyx05 7.2, I get a crash after I press the shutter button for both XML files.
Thanks for share .
Is it possible to run multiple gcams of same version side by side ?

I updated the main post and included links to a cloned version that you can use to have the same gcam side by side.

What's your device and software version? Any Magisk modules installed?
Using OP7T, Urnyx and the nameless v7 XML, only feature I've found not working is the slow Mo, everything else seems fantastic, and much better than stock

can someone educate on auxiliary cameras? if enabled, do they improve quality? are they enabled by default in the stock cam app? Thanks!

It's from the OP.
only feature I'm missing is macro mode.. is there any way to do this in gcam
Does anyone else have the same zoom crash problem I'm having when locked focused on an object? This is only for the Urnyx05 version, not the Arnova8G2 version. I detail the problem in the post linked below:
Problem: GCam crashes when the focused point/circle moves outside of the screen during the process of zooming.
If you can't repeat the problem on your phone, can you please look at my signature and tell me how your phone is different? Thank you.

If you install the magisk module it will allow you to use ultrawide and telephoto cameras in google camera. Read the first post for more info.

Did you try it on stock rom as well? OmniRom might cause it to crash.

Can you share your camera mod on any custom roms on [JOYEUSE]

provide any links if possible. ty
Try this:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.granturismo.gcamator&hl=es
ANXCamera v185 with ANX48MPFix Q v170. You also need the ANXCamera Pro app from Play Store
Everything worked on the GSI rom from sooti. On the official Pixel Experience for curtana (which works on joyeuse now) the protrait mode doesn't work...
How to install: (use the versions I stated above, other versions cause bootloop or just don't work)
For those who want stock camera with 64mp support on back and 16 on front
1. Download ANX camera from here along with the 48mp addon
2. flash in magisk both modules
3. Reboot
4. Give ANX camera all the permissions in app info
5. First time might crash then re-open
6. To fix portrait in front camera, download anx camera config from play store and search for portrait, enable all settings except for 'portrait night front'
7. restart app

For the GCam, I really couldn't find a stable port, they were all pretty useless IMO. Stability issues and missing basic features are a no no for me.
Seems JOYEUSE is slightly different than CURTANA
ANX Camera 190 working so far except rear portrait:
1. ANXCameraUnity_190.BountifulDistantHapuka.zip
2. ANXFrameworkUnity_190.BountifulDistantHapuka.zip
3. 48MPFixQ_181.GlossyIntelligentCock.zip
4. ANXCameraHotfix.190.BootloopFix.zip
5. JoyeuseCameraFix_V1.0.zip
and AnxCamera Pro app enabled everything with portrait except night portrait did the trick.

Read steps after 5.
Download Anx Camera Pro from Playstore, open, search for portrait, enable all portrait options except night portrait, hit save, enjoy front camera

Actually, I also have to disable hand gesture in order to get the front camera working. Thanks anyway.
