Hello experts,
After upgarding to Android 10 on my Samsung S9 I have a problem (only on my loved Nova launcher) with the Smart Lock feature.
Often, but not always, when I unlock the phone the S9 asks me to unlock it with the 4 digits or via fingerprint (it shouldn't since the SmartLock feature is enabled: when I'm home/office and when a trusted bluetooth device is linked it should directly unlock).
The problem doesn't occur if I use the Samsung One UI launcher (terrible interface...) and from Samsung support they say "it's a Nova Launcher problem"...
Suggestions?

Anybody tried or has any recommendation for launchers for AT&T Note 4.
I need additional homescreens for my widgets and 2 docks for my most used icons. These can't be added to the Touchwiz.
I installed Nova launcher Prime version, got everything set, but guess what - the pin-to-homescreen capability of the action memos was lost. The pin icon on the action memo screen got removed. Initially I didn't know that it was because of the launcher, I called up samsung customer care and was with a guy with remote access to my note 4 for 2 hours, but eventually I had to do factory reset to get back that pin icon. Then I installed apps one by one and after each install I checked if the icon was there on the action memo and found the culprit to be nova launcher. Also, it does something that even after uninstalling this launcher, you don't get that icon back, so I had to do factory reset again.
Then I tried next launcher 3D (lite version), the pin icon got removed in this launcher also but luckily, it came back after I changed back my launcher to touchwiz.
Does this imply that I will have to stick to Touchwiz if I want to action memo pinning function?
I like the pin function, but I need more homescreens and 2 docks for my most used apps at the bottom of the screen. Please help !!
I stopped using s memo altogether. Use something like Google keep. Snote/smemo locks with samsung

This -- If I recall correctly its only works with the Touch WIz Launcher

I like how Google Keep can keep our data organized, however it doesn't work with thr note's spen. You can't take notes on Google Keep with our spen.

Exactly, and this is one of the best features of Note 4 - to pin action memo widgets. Hopefully, the Nova Launcher / Next Launcher will update soon to fix this issue.
Hello i have nova launcher pro paid but i have encountered a bug tha t i can not figure out how or what cause it
When i unlock my screen it end up in recent apps, but wierd thing is it only happends if my screen is off and locked btween 10-15 min and i unlock screen the stock samsung galaxy s6 edge launcher don't do this
I resetted nova launcher a couple of times but no luck it keep ending up in recent apps

A few days ago my phone (Galaxy A7 2017) received the official oreo update. It's been great (although it bootlooped twice), but my concern is about the default touchwiz launcher. In the S9 and S9+ there's an option to toggle auto rotate in the home screen, but it doesn't show up in my menu, and I've heard that it doesn't show up in the S8 as well. Is there anything I can do to port this feature? I really like the stock launcher and I'm not rooted. Thanks in advance.
i have been a long term user of nova prime (ever since 1st release)
I recently bought the note 20 ultra, and dicovered a bug with nova.
I enabled gestures but when i swipe to go to the homescreen often times the homescreen is just my walpaper, only way to get back my icons is to restart my phone.
has this happen to anyone else? known issue? ETA for fix?
Anyone know of a way to loose Samsung Free and enable Google Discover on the Tab S7+ running the latest March 3.1 firmware update ?
Figured out there is a work around if you just want to use Google Discover instead
"Google searchbar" on your homescreen, tapping the "G" opens Google Discover
There is a way to do it, but you need root
Or just install Nova Launcher, together with the Google Discover Companion apk.
You can of course make Nova Launcher look like and behave like Samsung OneUI launcher if you feel like
Is there any way to enable this on One UI itself? All the Galaxy phones allow this - why not the tab?
Like Danimar1 said, Installing Nova launcher and google discover companion is easier than rooting the device. As for the OneUI, I dont think it is possible.
Is there a way to do this if I have rooted the device?
