framework-res.apk from stock ROM. - Motorola One Action Questions & Answers

I wanted to ask if someone with root access and stock Android 10 firmware could extract the framework-res.apk (located in /system/framework/framework-res.apk) and send it to me? I don't have the stock ROM installed and can't go back to it. Thanks in advance.

If you have stock recovery, you can't flash this via recovery, so i will upload only framework-res.apk, you need to copy it (with root explorer, es file explorer or some other file explorer with root access) to /system/framework/ and set permissions to rw-r--r--, then reboot. Remember to backup old framework-res.apk first.
Will upload it in few mins.

Do you have any mods or themes installed?
Edit: Just realized that you are running odexed firmware. So delete framework-res.odex before copying modded framework. Backup framework-res.odex first.
Nothing, as i said everything is stock , just rooted with CF-Auto-root .. If it safer to instal a custom recovery and flash your file by it , i'll do it !
Flashable zip for every rom.

Yes, it's always better to flash via custom recovery. So flash latest clockworkmod with odin: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/89833400/recovery-cwmtouch-6.0.2.7-GTI9300.tar
Then flash that ICS_Animation_Test_1_.zip posted by Flypwnz above, it's better as it uses vrtheme system. If it doesn't work, try this: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/89833400/ics_animations-xxellc.zip

If you have an unlocked bootloader and a custom kernel with CWM embedded into it you are able to download that file to your phone and flash it through CWM.
If you have a locked bootloader however you have two options;
1) Download the file to your phone and then extract it. After extracting it you are able to move all of the files in the .zip to their relevant place on the /system partition.
2) If you don't want to do that you can download Flash Gordon and install that to your phone (search it in the forums) and then download the runtime.zip to your phone and then use Flash Gordon to flash it for you. Flash Gordon is similar to CWM, however you cannot flash ROMs in it and you don't have to reboot your phone until after the mod has been installed.

Bro download the runtimeskin.zip and extract it (and you will get two folder named system and meta-inf ) move the files from the system folder to its respective places i;e (to system/etc/permission and system/framework) in your Xperia using root explorer and reboot your phone and don't forget to clear the cache and data of play store and play services.

How to install S4 4.3/4.4 keyboard on stock 4.3 S3

Hello guys! I will like to mod my S3 (Stock 4.3) keyboard to have the same as in the S4 but i'm on stock recovery. Is there a way to do so?
I guess it would be to manually push it but I'm not sure on how to do it. I undertand that tha I have to unzip the zip file and manually copy the files in the corresponding folder
Can someone please tell me how to and where to get the file?
Thanks.

Anyone?
To copy system files, you may need root access. Did you try searching the Play store for a similar keyboard?

Maybe it's better to start with a KDZ and extract it if you want to mess with it.

When I download lollipop update that file is present in cache
And what to you want to do with it? It's not a full rom, it's just an update.
