Downgrading telsda 928 to wm 6 pro

I have the chinese phone telsda 928 with os wm6.1 and i would like to install the wm 6 pro rom . Because of hebrew russian problems .. Does anyone have original and compatible wm 6 pro rom for this phone . With instruction please .. I hope you can help me with it

i bought a Xiaomi Max3 in china and im trying to use it here in germany with german language or french but no issus there ist just 3 language available. China , arabe , and englisch.
Could someone tell me how to install it please ?
