I'm so disappointed about this!!! Honestly, HONOR was my first choice since their very first smartphone, and even if they had a lot of issues with Gapps lately, I never complained about that.
I have widevine L3 on my HONOR 8X which allows me to watch Netflix, or similar apps, only in SD. But, who cares?
However, not having any widevine at all it's just ridiculous!!!
Anyone has any idea about how to install widevine L3 on HONOR 9X CHINESE VERSION?
I'm also disappointed that Huawei decided to not provide anymore bootloader unlocking code, considering that their smartphones are not including the most basic things! ((

Redmi Note 5 Pro as the first device got official support for Project Treble along with the upgrade to Oreo 8.1. Do you think that the other devices that will be updated to Oreo will also get support? Mi5 will receive OREO, tests are underway. I hope that Mi5s too. For 3D enthusiasts the main feature this phone brings up is the possibility of making 3D scans, even if low res.
I see no demos around about this feature... (present in mate 20 pro) I believe there may be no application to do it on the honor view 20 (yet) but can someone confirm?

I am thinking about getting a Honor View 20 for this reason. I would like to see an example scan first. Does anyone have an STL or equivalent scan file they can upload?

A leaker said in Weibo that a sport/outdoor watch will be released from Honor soon.
From below leaked image, I guess the name should be Honor Watch GS Pro, and its function maybe very professional because you can see one guy is hiking, it may be not only designed as a smart watch, but also as an outdoor watch. That leaker said its function may like Garmin, but I think the price will be more competitive.

Now im just confused that if i update it directly is there any chance of brick? One more thing i think my phone is locked on it's own feels like im trapped can anyone help please i want to uninstall the custom recovery and update my phone because now it feels like it's half rooted and facing bugs..
The German eID App does not seem to work properly for me on the OnePlus 5T with LineageOS 18.1. I did update to the newest build today (Build: lineage_dumpling-userdebug 11 RQ3A.211001.001 10038769) but the problem persists.
Usually I would just assume the NFC is too weak but the app is supposed to function with the phone according to the AusweisApp2 website.
I also know that the NFC sensor is in the camera on the OnePlus 5T and have adapted accordingly but it doesn't change the outcome. Anything other than just the preliminary check does not work. (s. Screenshots below) Did anyone get this to work recently and what can I try?
