I cannot do anything without visiting service center because i my account is not authorized for flashing operation
Question:
Is there really no option? Maybe a new method popup recently?
I will be grateful for your response.

Sign-In error for ..... (seems to be fixed now)

Just FYI.

Google Sign-In Error Causing Mass Panic In The Android Community – Stay Calm, Google On
Okay, maybe not panic but definitely confusion. If you’re currently the owner of an Android smartphone or tablet (and why wouldn’t you be?), you may have noticed your device prompting you about a “sign-in error” for you Google account. Attempting to follow the onscreen “touch to sign in to your account” directions will fail and take you back to the error screen.
But don’t freak out, everything seems to be working as normal. Apps can still be download and updated from the Play Store, Gmail is still syncing, etc. We’re not sure what the issue is, but we’re confident Google is hot on the case and everything will be fixed up shortly. For ROM flashers who were ready to wipe or flash a new ROM — STAHP.

Unlock bootloader without a phone number?

Hi everyone,
is there any way at all to unlock the bootloader of the Redmi Note 5 Pro (whyred) without giving xiaomi a phone number? I absolutely don't want to do that and it's the one thing keeping me from buying one (well, and the ARB isn't helping, but I could probably deal with that without bricking).
Thanks for any answers
As you do not longer require to seek permission to unlock, just create a Mi Account with an email address. And you will get permission straight away but still have to wait 360 Hours (15 Days) once you register your device.
Don't use throw away accounts, because you may need access to the account in the future, if you factory reset without removing accounts from device.
As far as I know, you're not required to give them a number. To create a Mi account you can enter both an email and a mobile number. In my account there is no mobile number, for example.
Thank you for your helpful answers, looks like they recently changed the procedure and made it easier
I entered my MI account no, worked fine.
Is this (still) fully possible? After signing in to the unlocking tool, it asks to add a phone number. How to continue otherwise?

Question T-Mobile 9 Pro SIM unlock woes

I'm stuck on unlocking my SIM. I've contacted T-Mobile several times through Twitter and over the phone, and I was told that my device was approved for the SIM unlock, I just have to "finalize" it from my phone's settings, like this:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
But I go into there, and I don't see that "network unlock" option anywhere. Even the reps are stumped as to why it's not there.
And my account page tells me it's still "locked" but also "eligible to be unlocked."
What is the cause of this? Even a factory reset didn't fix it.
They moved it, it's in About Phone in settings, towards the bottom
Thank you, I feel foolish now. lol
All sorted, thank gawd.

I mentioned this to the rep that unlocked my phone. Hopefully they get the internal guide updated.

Question The system is broken and can't unlock fastboot mod

Hey, so I did something wrong and now I got the system is broken, I've looked on the internet and downloaded the miflashtool, login into my account where my phone is linked but it ask me to add a phone number, something I forgot to do before, problem is I manage to send a text once but the sim was in my phone and I couldn't get the code in time, I tried a second time but all I get "Something went wrong. Try in a minutes or two" and it's been 19 hours since I try to do it, so I'm looking on a way to ass this number once and for all or even bypass the mi account verification
Any idea ?
Update I did manage to add my phone but now I have "Please add your account in MIUI's settings" and I cannot do that since It's bricked....

I did the test point thing and when I try they ask me for an edl auth... I don't know what else to do now, I'd love a little help
Unfortunately, I guess you need to visit the service centre to get it unbricked with locked bootloader.
