Help with bootloop ( LM-G710EM, unlocked bootloader, magisk) - LG G7 ThinQ Questions & Answers

Hi everyone,
I seem to have a problem with a bootloop on my LM-G710EM. So I installed LineageOS 17.1 ROM and everything was working great. Then I decided to install a magisk module pix3lify. After installing it I restarted the phone and am now stuck in a bootloop. I can only enter LG's factory reset through Power + Volume Down keys, but formating the device does not fix the issue. Even after formating the phone, gets stuck on boot up animation and turns off after a minute or so. I also cannot seem to be able to enter fastboot / download mode. Even turing on the phone using power button does not work (reacts only to power button + volume down). Because of this I cannon connect through ADB and fix it through TWRP recovery.
Any help will be much appreciated!

Bootloop, Can't get past warning screen in download mode

Hey Guys
So my friend gave me a Note 2 with 4.1.1 that's stuck in safe mode.
So i tried installing TWRP to install a KitKat rom, but i forgot to format data "stupid me :\"
anyways at first it booted till the part where it's "optimizing apps"
after it got to "finishing boot" it rebooted and, well, it's stuck in a bootloop.
so i tried getting into recovery by pressing the 3 buttons, it just continues with booting into the bootloop.
then i tried getting in download mode, it gets to the warning screen, but it refuses to continue when i press the volume up button :|
any help?? thank you

perhaps try to reboot you phone by long press power button...
if you could get the phone to be recognized by adb then you could use:
adb reboot download
to get to download mode.
Just a reminder:
TWRP :Vol Up + Home + Power (Release Power Button when samsung logo appears, keep holidn Vol Up + Home untill you see TWRP )
Download Mode: Vol Down + Home + Power, then press up when warning appears.
Hope this helps.

stuck on t-mobile logo

stuck on t-mobile logo
I can neither get into recovery or boot the LG D851.
I can get into download mode by connecting to computer and pressing power up button. however ADB cannot detect the device even-tough device manager shows it with error code 10.
My phone was working fine on rooted lollipop except that i had problem with deleting files so i went into recovery and deleted some files related to Logitech harmony app that wasn't working. In also fixed permissions.
Now the phone seems soft bricked and stuck on t-mobile screen all time. I can get to hard reset screen but i dont want to do that
any suggestions?
solved
did Master reset with hardware keys. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11920
Press and hold the Power and Volume down keys on the back of the device.
When the LG logo appears, release and then re-hold the Power key while continuing to hold the Volume down key.
The Factory data reset screen appears. do the factory reset ant it takes you to the TWRP recovery.
i connected to PC and copied the data from phone to PC
then restored the previous backed up image from TWRP
and the phone is working again
**the phone was stuck in the bootloop because of fix permissions done from TWRP***

Stuck in a bootloop! Please help me!

Hi guys! I tried installing xposed on my LG G4 but now I am stuck in a bootloop (I flashed xposed through TWRP). I tried using adb to boot into recovery but it keeps saying that the devices is offline! Please help me!!!
you can reboot to recovery using HW keys - press & hold Volume Down + Power, then wait until LG Logo appears on display release Power(continue holding Volume Down) and pres Power again for about a sec. Then menu appears if you want to do a Factory reset - press Yes(menu appears twice) - then you will be in recovery (hopefully)

Nexus 5X dead -- need help -- wont boot

Nexus 5X - was working fine all this while till about yesterday evening.. then suddenly when i causally checked, it was in powered off state.
Normal press of the power button did not work. No response. Pressed Power button for 10 seconds -- google logo appeared...... and that's about it -- it powered off again when OS/Android started to load. (no android boot animation).
Tried to boot to fastboot -> was successfull. Phone stays alive in fastboot mode.
Tried to boot into recovery (I had TWRP). Again, shows google logo and then when TWRP screen shows up - phone shuts down.
Dont think its a power button issue - since in fastboot/bootloader mode, the power button and rest of the buttons work as expected & the phone does not reboot.
Battery is fully charged using official charger.
Further, in fastboot mode, i am able to access/push .img files - so that way, i could push full factory image (with no errors, including userdata) & relock the boot-loader & also install the factory recovery.
I can now get into factory recovery -- but nothing much.
One thing i noted was, while in factory recovery, if i try "Apply update from SDCard" option, it says its unable to mount /sdcard (error).
The phone was purchased directly from google & is under warranty.
Have had nexus 4, nexus 5 without any issues in the past.
This nexus 5x --- has been replaced once in the past due to yellow screen issues ...
Any help/fixes will be appreciated...

if you press hold power + volume up you go into download mode. there is a thread with all official MM and N roms, so you should be able to install one and hopefully fix your problem. ofc do a clean install
if that does not work, then you might have more luck with lg flash tool to do a factory reset
if nothing works then imo its hardware problem, but since i am not as good at such stuff as most here i refrain to say so

HELP!! S20+ bricked while flashing in Odin (device got disconnected) -> stuck in TWRP bootloop

Hi folks,
I just wanted to do my regular Firmware update with Odin, but the device got disconnected while flashing the files. I was able to reflash everything with the device properly connected. But after rebooting I am now stuck in a bootloop with TWRP loading up for only one second and then disappearing and then all over again.
I can only reboot the phone with Volume up + Power but how can I turn it off completely so I can maybe get into Download mode again? And if so, what should I do from there? I am not able to boot into revovery and am really lost now.
Thanks so much for your help!
I just found the culprit: I flashed EUL6 (via Frija) but this is Android 12 and TWRP won't handle that. I was able to reboot and get into Download mode to flash DUK1 again.
So for anyone with a TWRP bootloop: reboot with Volume down + Power and as soon as it vibrates, press Volume down + up (with USB cable connnected) to get into Download mode again.
