What is ProjectTitanium:
ProjectTitanium is a AOSP-Based Custom ROM focused on Speed and plenty of Customizability. I don't think there's anything else to say, you have to test it yourself to experience it.
Features:
- Too lazy to write that ¯\_ツ_/¯ (check Telegram Channel!)
Instructions:
-Install Firmware 10.0.13.0 (recommend/optional)
- Boot to TWRP
- Wipe system, data, internal storage, cache and dalvik
- Install the ROM
- Install TWRP
- Change the SLOT
- Reboot to Recovey
- Install Forced Encryption Disabler
- Install Gapps (optional) - Recommended is OpenGapps
- Install Magisk (optional)
- Restart System
- SUCCESS!
Sometimes it may be necessary to force reboot in order to boot the ROM.

- WiFi Display reboots phone (I forgot to add fix, so wait for the next update)

They are essentually 12 actual apps and the packages are the casual number for android

Why dont you make it Enforcing out of the box?
There's no notification sound volume slider in the audio mixer. And it's maxed out, so notifications are f..ing loud.

The notification volume slider is the same as the one for calls and other stuff releated to system audio (not the music you're playing, thats considired as the media volume slider)
The default notification sound is loud by default and you can change it without many problems in the sound settings to something not that loud

I saw in other ROMs option "join ring and notification volumes". I think it's more convenient to have an option. The more, notifications and ring tones use separate audio chanels.
EDIT: I noticed that choosing "Navigation bar" in Titanium Setting crashes it... It goes back to general settings, but when I keep trying to open Navigation setting, it crashes (restarts) the UI.

the problems according to me :
no music player i have found
The battery light always stays green when charging
(it should have been red while charging and green when fully charged ; that gives an idea if the phone is charging or is charged )
Launcher3 and pixel launcher r same .. in looks
having 2 same launchers is wierd (i have uninstalled the pixel launcher )

Installation instructions:
Keep these in mind before you flash
Please read the help thread before you point out issues here. It has been created specifically to help new users to adapt to custom ROMs easier. Before you post your issue, please check if it has already been reported and if a fix has already been mentioned.
1. Backup whatever you have to, also do take a nandroid backup via recovery (Just in case)
2. Wipe System, Data, Cache and ART Cache.
3. Flash OwnROM
4. Flash Gapps (Optional)
6. Reboot to System.
NOTE: Also keep a launcher apk in your phone. I had flashed pico gapps and after setting up, the ROM was stuck at "Android is starting". A work around is to open the settings app via the Quick Settings Drawer and Navigate to Storage. Now choose the directory wherever the launcher apk is present and install it.
I don't know what happens with Beans Gapps, I didn't have the time to experiment.

Couple of bugs I've noticed if you try to move the clock anywhere but the default position in the status bar it disappears and if you try to change the battery icon to text it also disappears

This is NOT a bootloader! Only logo.bin is flashed.
Temporary workaround for status bar clock position.
1. Set desired clock placement in ownsettings
2.Adjust display size slider to small and then to desired size in Settings > Display > Display Size

I can't test it, but should work.

My bad. I found out I didn't wiped out Data at the same time:laugh:
I have troubles when listening music in SoundCloud. Some noises, clicks an etc. But sound is nice in Mycloud player.. Also, in game monument valley 2, sound goes with huge whisper, like in SoundCloud.. Noticed that in few others ROMs based on Oreo. Can it be fixed somehow?
Is there any way to disable 2nd sim? I have 2 sim cards but I rarely use the 2nd. Thanks

I haven't troubles with music and sounds in games/apps, so i'm not sure. Maybe it will work correctly on 8.1.

Yes, it's really Always on. Disable only when u hide to your pocket.

Could you please report back if you try this rom with MicroG? I would like to test it but due to an enormous amount of testing (other roms, with/out MicroG) I would like to be sure it's working ;-)

Thank you for the quick response. I have followed the above steps and now the safety net test has passed now. I still see the device is not certified under PlayStore app. I'm using the latest POSP ROM on my Oneplus 5 device along with NikGApps stock edition.
Edit:
Repeated the entire steps once again, Now the device is certified in Play store app.
New build is up do try it
We have shifted to GitHub releases from now on from SourceForge
I feel the touch responsiveness is less sensitive. Any suggestions?

PixelOS Recovery is recommended if you want to stay encrypted, no custom recovery supports encryption on Android12, i.e.
you won't be able to decrypt your data.
Flashing Instructions
Clean flash (coming from a different ROM):
• Download ROM from the link above
• Download Magisk v24.0 or newer (optionally)
• Reboot to recovery ( for the time being you can use twrp recovery )
• Format data (if encrypted)
• Flash ROM zip
• Reboot and voila!
• To get root access, reboot to recovery after ROM setup and flash magisk.
Updating to a newer build (dirty flash):
• Flash ROM zip and magisk (optional)
• Reboot and voila!

Thanks for your work on this ROM. I installed it on my XZ2 phone (H296 variant). It's beautiful and snappy. The only issue I I've faced so far is that Bluetooth music (A2DP profile) stutters a lot, all the time. If possible, please, take a) look at this problem. Thanks, again!

Yes, it's enabled. It's necessary for Shamiko and USNF to work properly.

ah ok, I've gotten this issue aswell and trying to fix it atm but as a temporary fix you can clear dalvik-cache by deleting the contents of /data/dalvik-cache and rebooting

Hm, have you tried reflashing stock rom and see whether all of the sensors work?

After clearing /data/dalvik-cache and rebooting, it works for a couple of minutes, then starts stuttering again. Waiting for your permanent fix...

Hm weird, I don't know what I did but when I did that it fixed audio for me (with shamiko and zygisk enabled). Could you try giving Magisk 24.2 aswell?

i have just installed lineage 18.1 and all sensors are working fine.
i will try reflashing the pixel os later
I need help, my xz2 is softbank, I want to open the bootloader
Wow, it seems it's not bt a2dp that stutters. It's music itself. I played music through Amazon Music, if it matters, through the phone's main speakers, and it stuttered a lot!
EDIT: There is a green dot which often appears at the rightmost partyof the status bar , and, sometimes stretches over the icons standing at the right (battery, mobile signal,, wifi strength). Seems to refer to Settings or whatever. The case is, I noticed that battery lasts much less than the stock A10 ROM. I mean, processes running all the time in the background. Could it be responsible for the stuttering?
I can't find the rgb color balance on settings. please help me my screen burn-in and i really need it!
