how can i install havoc or other custom rom over masik 3.7

1. download latest official twrp and flash it.
2. wipe all system, data,cache,dalvik cache,vendor
3.flash firmware depending on which variant whyred u have, global or china. flash full firmware. dont flash non arb one ok.
4.after flashing firmware flash the rom you want, then after rest u know the process

(I suggest to flash 9.4.25 firmware, as it is best Pie Firmware)

How were you set up to.upgradewith LGUP? I can't get LGUP to.connect with g7 thinq in download

I don't think there is a custom recovery
stock recovery can be found in the ROM file

Hi, i would like to mention that non of the roms/kernels/guides or whatever will not work for your device
RealmeC21Y is a totally different device with Unisoc processor,
But realme C21 is a device with Mediatek processor.
