Vivo z1 pro has ultra game booster in which u can use voice changer in- game in pubg mobile, is there any modified game booster like vivo z1 pro for miui rom? Can we get that game booster apk working in our miui rom?

i don't see any mentioning that it will working with the xperia play RB/LB...
also tested it and it doesn't work with the XPlay buttons like the camera mod

Actually, yes...you can play pubg in hdr in z2 plus but you will experience heavy battery drain and lot of heating, with a very unstable performance ( no matter what rom you use). If you want to play in hdr then you will need root access and an app called 'GL Tools' .

Actually there is no need of gl tools
Try GFX tools
Don't play in hdr mode rather play on balanced in 1080 p you'll have better visuals
I am running my note 5 pro on android 8.1 miui v9.5 stable and the issue is that while playing PUBG on my device the game has a lots of frame drops and graphics also looks not much good as i compare it to asus zenfone max pro m1 ehoch has the same SoC sd636. does using a custom rom solves my issue ??

just use gl tools and play pubg in hd extreme fps mode
Use Pubg gfx tool set graphics to HD, fps to High and apply and play ,
U will see difference
does using that gives block to my account
and there is a lot of frame drops on low settings then how using hd will be headache right??

As I stated https://forum.xda-developers.com/xz-premium/themes/panel-120hz-quest-t3852052/post78603665 it's not switching you to 4k when you change wm size, it's changing the rendered size of default applications that don't use GL/Vulkan (games use it usually).
I use vivo v9 (vivo 1723) , when I play games like PUBG , gyroscope lag very much.
