I wanted to install Gcam on my note 5 pro global and I did everything as mentioned in the forum and installed Gcam and even got some functions working . However no matter which Gcam I use , after starting and using the stock cam , Gcam won't open as well as other cameras like the wattsapp cameras .
I had to remove the edited line in build.prop to finally get wattsapp cam working . Any way to get both the cams working at the same time ?

For oreo ? All gcam is not working perfectly , because oreo software got problem with third party camera , u cant focus on anything

1. How do i import xml settings?
Ans: Download the xml files
Paste it in Gcam/Configs7(For gcam v7) or Gcam/Configs(For gcam v6) or GoogleCamera/ConfigsCamera folder and If the folders aren't there create it.
Open Gcam, double tap anywhere near the shutter button and restore the xml.
2. How to enable Astrophotography?
Ans: Click on Night sight and enable astrophotography from the drop down menu

I think beta 10 is a bit more stable and colour accurate than 11.

Which build are you using?
After taking photo by 3 lences version for Android 10 IT shows as hdr processing but after goes to gallery it looks like normal photo

Use the Xcam 6.1 beta 11, as of now it provides the best results.
I am using the Evolution X 2.3 rom, which has gcam preinstall. Is there a way to replace this gcam version without root ?

I know there is one because before I had used this rom and had a gcam, but now it doesn't work for me for some reason it doesn't save the photos
I've found that's an issue with HDR+ Enhanced mode. Try plain HDR+ or no HDR at all. I find I have to sometimes try 10 different xml configs before I find a one that "works".
Using latest trCamera (best GCam mod IMO) on my Pocohhphone F1 with Android 11 GSI, works fine.
