Download mi manager and connect the phone and then flash the stock rom from there.
today after unlocking bootloader, i flashed official twrp via fastboot and then booted to twrp to do a nandroid backup and flash lazy flasher. then I tried to reboot to system but it is stuck at mi logo. what am I missing?

Did you try the no_verity zip from miui forum? Most of us do this without a glitch.

I repeated the whole process and it worked. don't know why it failed the first time. anyway, thanks for the reply.
I did unlock and flash twrp and lazy flash last night, run smooth but i did restart/reboot my device today and stuck on mi logo.. I need help, how to solve it..can you help me?
I am running on Lineageos 17.1 and can't boot into recovery anymore. After flashing the latest TWRP or Orangefox i only see the MI logo after booting into recovery. Phone is unlocked. Any suggestions?

After flashing recovery use LazyFlasher.zip than reboot to recovery. If you fail 1st time to get in recovery, let it boot to system, than try again (power off than with combo keys boot it to recovery).
Thanks but how do i flash lazyflasher in fastboot? It's a zip-file to flash it in recovery.

I fixed it by flashing Nippon 12 gsi ROM . Booted into twrp, then pushed the dot os. Thx for for ur reply.
