Smart TV Keyboard App

Hey Guys,
i would like to ask if there's an Application to use my S3 as a Keyboard for my Samsung Smart TV. I used the App from Samsung but you only can use it as a normal remote.
I've found that "smart remote" is the best for me

Does the smart remote app support the s3's 720p resolution?

Find samsung smartview app on xda several big threads. The app from Samsung app store sucks. Search whole xda. Depending on your tv model you also have dual screen option. On newer models 7500 series and up. Last year 7000 series and up. I have it but can't find where I left the apk. Note keyboard only works in browser. Once you're in Netflix for example its back to remote typing. Same happens with blue tooth keyboard. It's up to the app it seems to offer support.

Some versions do. Using 3.2.0 smartview version currently without stretching or parts being cut off.
Tried several smart remotes also without problems and few that did not show well.

it looks like IR might be an option too if you can manually add the codes in your remote app: http://www.avsforum.com/forum/93-remote-control-area/2126570-discrete-ir-code-list-nvidia-shield-tv.html
Google just released an iOS version of their Android TV remote app. Works fine! Nicer way to enter text!

HDMI out capability same as predecessors?

Now that I'm enjoying my Moto Z2 Force on T-Mobile and with Android Oreo 8.0, I wanted to know if this model supports USB-C to HDMI, or is it just as limited as all the previous Z models? Basically, I'm looking for a single cable or adapter (or the least contraption-looking solution) that will allow me to mirror whatever is on the Z2 Force's screen onto a TV or projector.
People have pointed previously to this adapter cable for the previous Z models, but it's currently out of stock on Amazon and over a month delivery time via AliExpress.
It supports mirricast so far with root

If you root the device and change the build prop lines you can get it to Miracast wireless in 1080p with a Belkin Miracast hdmi Dongle 100%
As far as HDMI out video streaming with a mhl adapter I had no luck right through a HDMI or av cable only Phone I know the supports that is the S8
Buying isimple medialinx female HDMI to AV converter and the Belkin Miracast Dongle on Amazon works wirelessly...
root the phone edit "ONE LINE in build prop with a build prop Editor app

#property to enable user to access Google WFD settings
# persist.debug.wfd.enable=1
##property to choose between virtual/external wfd display
persist.sys.wfd.virtual=0
How you want it to look:
#property to enable user to access Google WFD settings
persist.debug.wfd.enable=1 (only this line is changed, and all you do is remove the # symbol and space... that's it)

Thanks for this. Just out of curiosity, can you unroot afterwards and still keep that setting? I use my Z2 for corporate use as well.
Yes root is only with magisk manager V15.3 apk believe you can unroot from within the app if you unroot you still have permanent modified build prop files unless you faatboot flash all original firmware I'm not rooted and have the functionality
Follow the Oreo rooting procedure you need to unlock your bootloader first there's a few steps that's not simple if you aren't savy with this stuff .
Have to know if your on nougat or Oreo have to unlock your bootloader with ADB and fastboot files command prompt on your PC you can manage to unlock your bootloader that's the biggest step than rooting is just simply installing the magisk root APK and installing root

Pocket pc games on Android

Hi.
I am running a OnePlus 6t on Android 10.
I have fond memories of some of my old Windows mobile games on my SPV 500 back in 2004.
Lemonade tycoon game
Slurp
Tennis
Is there an emulator or some way of playing these games on my android device?
Thanks for any help.
