Upgrade f/w issue

Hey guys!
Couldn't find here but...
The situation is the following:
Have installed S8500XEKC1 with Multiloader and now if i try to upgrade the fw with kies (XEKC2) - kies informs that my phone can't be upgraded (however the phone was produced for russia). Is there any way to solve this problem?

If you have Kies 2. Then Kies shows something with S8500blabla/S8500blabla(bla)
All 3 infos have to match exactly.
1.
Product Code in (...)
2.
CSC Name
3.
FW Version
Please post whole text Kies 2 shows you, or make Screenshot, then I can anwer without blabla.

I am too lazy to do this now for S8500XEKC1... but as you can see, I'm not noob.

Kies checks Database. Only if shown String is 1:1 the same like in Samsung Database, you can get update (if new public Version available).
So without exact info. I'm not able to tell what you could try to make your handset Kies "compatible" again.

Thanx adfree. Frankly speaking i have described the situation with wave of one of our users (badablog.ru), I will try to know more about his situation.

i have a problem like that after flashing modified firmware (to enable social hub)
i used kies patcher taken from the forum
i can now write whatever the value i want but i can't write a right formula
my firmware is S8500JPJJ3/S8500OJPJJ1
i installed GT-S8500HKAEGY as a product code as i am in Egypt but with no use
can you help me adfree please???

For EGY I found this as maybe valid combination:

I failed to find S8500JPJJ3...
I will try to find this Version for download or you can send me PM with Link.
So I could try, what to do...

i think that samsung removed JPJJ3 as it is a spoofable firmware

Can I change Region

Hello I just bought Galaxy watch and I believe it was manufactured in Saudi arabia. I'm missing some apps such as spotify and galaxy app of my phone is in arabic and I can't seem to change that.
Is there a way for me to switch the region of my watch to something like USA so that I could install Spotify. and I know this isn't related but how do I change the region on Galaxy Wearable ? when I acess galaxy apps from it everything is in arabic which is really annoying.

This is not temporary... this is static...
To Reset to "default" you have to know your CSC/Sales Code... and go the same way to choose it...
So I suggest first... identify your active CSC...

@adfree hello... whenever I try to launch SDBstarterKidv1\sdb_2.2.60_windows-64\data\tools --> sdb-run . the window closes immediatly . what should I do ?
I managed to take a screen shot of the cmd window before it closes and it says:

Some dude, did you need to change your Samsung account region to the United States as well?

Hi There: Is this procedure still possible - I`m from Germany and we over here can`t use Samsung pay - will it be possible to use S pay after changing the region ???
AND what will happen with the sim card - will it still be in Germany - silly question...

Galaxy Watch 46mm LTE (SM-R805U) work in canada LTE (Region change)

HI ALL, I have samsung 46mm watch (SM-R805U) I think it is a USA version, I am trying to connect it to Canada LTE with Telus. I have the service to add a watch with my telus plan, but anytime I tried to connect through the wearable app i get the error that the mobile service for this watch not available in this region.
I did some searching, and I found that I can do the region change through SDB, I was able to successfully connect to the watch but I only get the USA providers options (XAR, ATT..) no other regions networks.
Is there anyway I could have this watch to work on the Canadian LTE, even by flashing the watch or other ways to change the region?

Unpack with Tool 7Zip the CSC...csc.img... then look with open eyes.
If you look correct, you will find Scripts for Preconfig...
These Files have nothing to do with the eSIM "Magic"...
IMHO the magic is minimum in CP part... Modem and/or on device...

I have not US nor Cannadian nor any European LTE Version...
So I can not do my own studies...

thanks, I was able to update the firmware with the one in the link below. I did not have the UI update before but now it updates. Unfortunately the carrier list still did not change, I hope there is away I could change the region of the watch

Hey, so you never tried the firmware in the link? I actually have a 805W and I want to try flashing a different firmware to see if I can force an update. I'm on 4.0.0.0 on my 805W and can't get it to update to newer Tizen.

Hey adfree, I downloaded the 805W (I have this model) and extacted the tar, renamed the csc img to zip and extracted that (with some warnings).
Inside, there is a SW_Configuration.xml, but it only says

<CSCVersion>1ASA1</CSCVersion>
which is clearly not 805W. Is there another file I'm supposed to look at to see the actual CSC code?

anywhere to get r800xxu1dsl1 firmware downloaded?

so tried to change CSC.
downgrade to 4.0.0.4
got it up and running and CSC change.
But SPay doesnt work cause it says my watch was modified. Tried 3 times to load up the frimware and each time i got the same mofidication error.
trying to go back to 4.0.0.7 and i got the OTA but when trying to update, the watch says the update was not applied.
So now I need to do it manually, is there anywhere i can download r800xxu1dsl1 firmware? cant seem to find it anywhere ; <

posting for anyone that might have had the same issues as me...
i gave up... but i left my CSC at XAC from KOO when i downgraded to 4.0.0.4... the OTA update for 4.0.0.7 would not take.
I downloaded the file R800XXU1DTG1_Tizen_3File_CSC (OXA).zip from the link @adfree posted and flashed it using netOdin.
The upgrade worked... I left out the CSC file when upgarding to keep my XAC (not sure if that mattered).
I am now on 4.0.0.7, but now Samsung Pay works... WHOOT I had to restart my phone a few times cause when i initally opened SPay through the Gear Wearable app it said my country did not support SPay.
After the restart SPay updated (took 3 attempts) and now it's working ; >
now i need to get my watchface i designed back on there and SDB wont connect, but for now everything is good. Thanks @adree for your help!

Galaxy Watch R815F - need help with region change

Hello guys,
I have seen a lot of topics on this subject and honestly i don`t know were to start. Yes, i am a old guy and total noob on flashing roms and so on...
Recently my carrier in RO, Vodafone has implemented an option that allows using ESIM on other devices. that being said i proceed activation the option and trying to make my trusty companion R815F to work. Went to Samsung care and they told me that the watch is using an UK region code and will not work with my RO carrier. ( bought the watch also in Romania but .. well apparently it was destinate for other country code)
My watch :
Model number: SM-R815F
Serial: RFAN31FSY2E
SW version: R815FXXU1HVG1 SM-R815FZKABTU
Tizen version: 5.5.0.2
What have i done till now:
- developer mode on
-debug mode on
-download ODIN
-download SDK
-connected to watch via CMD
-tried launch_app csc-manager.csc-pre-configuration - getting an error " internal/external comand ... etc"
Now, being a total noob i don`t understand the next steps:
- do i need combination file and firmware rom for changing the region ?
- do i need to downgrade to tizen 4 in order to do something ? ( how to ?)
- where to find stock firmware - which one to choose because i found something that is paid and i don't want to waste money on something that is not working
Please if anybody can help me or give me a hint were to start it will be much appreciated.

I finally made it work thank to user: Jon199102 on Reddit.
He point me to a "hidden feature" of Galaxy Wearables - hidden menu to activate QR code searching/integrating -> auto or manually set up the ESIM. after enabling it i scan my qr code from VDF Ro and 10 minutes later everything was working
