I have found a tweet in twitter by a youtuber complaining that the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max's widevine certificate has been downgraded from L1 to L3 by Xiaomi. So I wanna ask here that anyone of you (Locked Bootloader users) kindly check your widevine certificate if it has downgraded or not and report.

Hi everyone we all are trying to unlock our Redmi note 5 pro bootloader from more than 1 month but while binding account to the device it shows 86006 error ...Is there anyone who can tell when this problem will be solved for all redmi note 5 pro users thanks is advanced.

Just install any VPN app and choose China as your region before you`ll add you account
P.S. It will not work if you have not official CN FW.
If you have made in china phone it will unlock or else wait.

I have a Chinese device, flashed global and rooted. Netflix L1 plus HDR is enabled.
My friend has a global device, not rooted. But Netflix shows only L3, no HDR. But the device is L1 certified (checked with an app).
Any idea why that is? I accepted already before the purchase that I might only get L3 (so I am very happy ...). But how about the global device?
I would like to unlock the bootloader of my Honor View 10 lite(Honor 8x), precisely the model is JSN-L21, with TIM Italy brand. It is a gift used by my son, who unfortunately is updated to the latest security patch of September 1, 2021. The CPU is a Hisilicon Kirin 710 and the model on the box says Honor 8x, while the device name says Honor View 10 Lite. Do I hope to unlock the bootloader for later install TWRP and Magisk?
