GWA2 SM-R825U (LTE) firmware updates outside US - Samsung Galaxy Watch

Hello,
I recently bought a Galaxy actice 2 LTE version in the US but currently using it in southamerica. I am not connected to any mobile network in my country, just using it as if it was a BT version.
Will I get firmware updates at all?
Current software version shows:
R825USQU1ATF2
Thanks

Code:
R825USQU1[B]ATF2[/B]
ATF2 is latest I know...
Oh... ATH1 is latest for ATT for instance...

Thanks for your reply! Any way I can manually install that update?
Not sure either how I can check if I should be receiving updates from ATT or any other carrier.
Thanks

Please check this thread:

It was never 100 % clear to me... if they force you to use Activation process of eSIM to get update...
At the moment you have the "second" latest Firmware.
So if you have no problems... then maybe no need to hunt the ATH1 "Patch"...
Best Regards

Yeah, no problems. I was reading the posts about enabling ECG feature and all of them mention that Tizen version 4.0.0.8 is needed. So I was afraid I would never get updates hence not being able to use ECG.
Thanks again

Assistance: BND-AL10 India Variant

Hi Guys,
I am not from India & I'm looking for information on the India variant. I have e-mailed honor India and got information that looks different from what I have seen online.
From looking at an online seller of the 7x in India, the model number they show is the BND-AL10 version (32GB Version), however the response I received from Honor was the version sold in India is - Honor 7x >> Bond-L22B (32GB) = BND-L22 (which is the same as gsmarena info). From what I have seen online, the box says BND-AL10.
- On the device itself under the ''About Phone'' section what does the model number say? Is it the same on the box and the about phone section, BND-AL10?
Also while reading on this site, the BND-AL10 version is also the Chinese variant, so do the phones that are sold in either country receive OTA'S on similar timelines? I'm guessing the one sold in India is configured for the market, google, etc
- On the version sold in India, does it have a lot of pre-loaded app's that are native for the India region and can it be uninstalled?
- Can OTA updates be received when outside of India or are OTA updates dependent on having an active India sim card in?
- If OTA'S are not received when the device is out of India, can it be loaded manually & how so?
Thanks in advance
Any assistance from the Honor experts from india? Or anyone with info. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks*
My device shows bnd-al10, in retail box and in about phone section too.
Yes it has some pre loaded apps but most of them ar uninstallable.(truecaller, facebook, ucbrowser and some games)
Ota update does not depend of sim card, you will get the update when a update for Indian variant is released. Independent upon where you are.
You can update manually if you can't wait for the update to be released for your variant by using firmware finder app. (Instructions are given in that app)

Thanks for the info
In terms of the OTA updates, honor india response was that i will not receive any OTA once the device was out of india, which I found strange. Hence i thought maybe it was about having an active sim. I believe your answer makes sense but not sure why they said no. If OTA's for example do not come to the device, is there a way of installing it manually?
In regards to updates, i have seen on the site that they have a software page, how would one go about updating from their page? Load the file on a sd, etc.. any link for the process to follow?
Sorry for the many questions, still new to this.
Thanks

Maybe as Suggested in the thread is to try updating with the firmware finder app and see if that works since you haven't received updates as yet?
If you do use the app, kindly give some feedback on how the updating went. Thanks
Apologies, duplicate reply

I might have the current Australian csc rom with me and hopefully could share it with you but before that....
How do you plan to change it to Australia without changing the csc of watch via combination firmware which, apparently is not available as of now for the 825F model.

I used a combination file from a paid website and it was a wrong file. It bricked my watch and I got it fixed from samsung under warranty. Can you share the firmware you have? Which one is it?

Man I know the paid site all have the wrong combination files. They are cheating and misleading the people that too after taking money. I know what must have happened you flashed a 825U firmware which was listed under 825F section in that website.
Good for you were in warranty. Rest the firmware i had was the same OLB available on that website. So no use.

Galaxy Active2 4G (SM-R825)

Hi everyone.
I have Active2 4G version, R825F, BTU.
Bought about a month ago. The watch is unlocked. But as out of the box, the ASI7 firmware was never updated! Is everyone like that? And is it possible to see the firmware coming out for my model, such as for Samsung phones (sammobile), but there is no information about the firmware for the watch. Thanks.
I have the same ASI7 firmware on SM-R825

For BTU all looks "normal"...

S20+ AT&T unable to update software

Hi All,
I'm new in this firmware things. I'm from Singapore and has been using S20 Exynos, but due to the extreme heat, bad battery life, etc. I've decided to import S20+ Snapdragon from AT&T, according to the Service provider SW ver information, it's showing as SAOMC_SM-G986U-OYN_ATT_QQ_0023 (I believe this means the set are unlocked).
With that said, I noticed that the software is outdated and the security patch level is on February 1,2020. when I referring to the AT&T website, It's showing as the latest software is QP1A.190711.020.G986USQU1ATE6 (June update) and mine still on QP1A.190711.020..G986USQU1ATAW (February). My CSC is G986UOYN1ATAW.
My question now is, whenever I tried to hit the software update, it's keep telling me that my software is up to date. Is there's a reason why it's wont detect the update? If it's because I'm in Singapore not US, then there's no choice that I need to flash using the firmware from Sammobile. The problem is which one that I need to download as AT&T carrier is not listed there. There's only T-mobile, Sprint, Unknown, USA. Please help.

All of them for that model S20, you just need to match the model, any region will work fine
Hi,
Are you sure I can flash Verizon firmware into AT&T device? CSC may to match?

Change region to Active 2 Model SM-R835U

Hi guys!
I want to change the region to my active 2 LTE from US to Mexico so that I can use my Mexican carrier. I got it thinking it was globally unlocked but it looks like it's locked to the US.
I've seen some tutorials but they are for older versions (Tizen 4). This watch is on Tizen 5.5.0.1.
Can anyone please help me out with this?
Thank you very much
Looks like Mexico is OWO Region package... with CSC:
TCE
Step 1.
We need Combination Firmware...
Attached is slightly "modified"... only removed folder + 1 file...
Step 2.
We need OWO package of SM-R835F...
Best Regards
