Huawei GT2 Health app missing Watch face function. - Huawei Watch

I am trying to configure my Huawei Health app to enable me to load new watch faces. Here is what I have done.
Location USA
Samsung Galaxy Tab A Android 9
Huawei GT2 v.1.0.9.38
I installed Tai Chi, Huawei Health v.10.0.3.511, Huawei Mobile Services, Multiface.
All files sourced from HWGTFACES.COM.
Followed all instructions & was able to pair Health with my watch. Problem is, there is no Watch Face section of Huawei Health. I only have Music. The author of the instructions on HWGTfaces.com dos not provide assistance & I am at a loss as to how to proceed. I hope someone can shed some light on this.
Thanks,
Kev

Same issue here

Once I got my Huawei account cleared up, I was able to log in via the Health app. Apparently I had 2 accounts so I deleted one. The issue was definitely related to my Huawei account. I ended up keeping the account that had China as my location. I am in the US.

That helped?

The problem is the region!
I had the same problem here, tried everything, and contacted Huawei support but nothing helped.
The only way that solved my problem is that I logged out from my Huawei ID in settings, cleared data and cache for the Huawei Health app., changed my region in mobile settings to China, registered to Huawei ID with a Chinese fake number (search for Chinese fake numbers for OTP) and got that SMS on that number (I don't know if Chinese number matters here but I did that because it was the last thing I'll try, and wanted to be finalized), after that, I logged in with my new fake Chinese number to Huawei Health App. and paired my watch gt2 with the App. and then BOOOM.. got a store full of watch faces,, installed what I want to the watch, logged out from that account, and logged in with my original one in both Huawei ID and Health App., but no watch faces will be on the original account.

Hi I have the same issues as the others. I can't find the watch face option and the AppGallery option on the Huawei Health app. I already uninstalled it, I also unpaired the watch to my phone. I reinstalled the app and paired the watch back again even make the exact procedure in others phones. But still no watch face available on the app. I also did the steps you provided to clear the cache, but with no luck, still no watch face available on the health app, and change the country in AppGallery app, and in the phone, always geting the same results.
1. Model wearable: Huawei Watch Gt2 Pro-342 (VID-B19) version:11.0.8.26
2. Model phone: Huawei P40 Pro (ELS-NX9)
3. Country/Region: Costa Rica
4. Health App version: 12.1.7.310
Please try to assist to solve the issue. Thank you so much.

One possible solution when you can't add Google Account

EDIT - IMPORTANT: THE 2.13 UPDATE OF WEAR OS SOLVES THIS PROBLEM
This is what worked for me. It is the combination of two solutions that did not work for me separately.
Restore the watch.
On the phone delete all Google accounts.
Clear cache and data from the App Wear Os. Uninstall App Wear Os. Then remove cache and data from applications Play Store, Google and Google services.
With the phone browser download an old version of the Android Wear application, specifically the 2.8.0.183316206.gms of January 26:
https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/android-wear/android-wear-2-8-0-183316206-gms-release/android-wear-smartwatch-2-8-0-183316206-gms-android-apk-download/
Install the apk. Remember to have the installation of unknown sources enabled.
Before opening the Android Wear application you must enable all its permissions.
Then open the App and pair with the watch.
When they are already paired, follow the watch presentation tutorial. At the time of the presentation of the Google voice assistant, you must indicate on the watch that you want to add an account from your phone. If everything went well, the system asks for confirmation of the password.
When the Google account is already added, you must go to the Play Store App of the watch and update the applications indicated by the system.
VERY IMPORTANT: DESEABLE AUTOMATIC UPDATES ON THE PHONE (if Wear Os updates, the problems appear again)
The downside of this solution is that we have to keep an old version of the Android Wear App. Personally I only use this App so that the phone is paired with the phone.
If anyone has any doubts about the method I can try to help him.
Sorry for my Google Translate English.
Thanks work for me
I can not open the link..Can you upload it again please?

Since 2.13 Wear Os App everything works fine.
I have a Huawei Watch V1 and I can't connect to my google account, so google fit, google assistant, android play, market etc. nothing was used. Finally I tried it on my old model xiaomi mi 5s plus (I kept it in the drawer as a spare for a long time) and everything connected as it should. Who knows, maybe it's stuck with google embargo. I hope this information is useful to you. Good luck.

Bugs in Honor apps

There own apps like Honor Club and the Honor app kinda suck. On clicking login it doesn't even give option for user name PW. Just says login failed. Huawei account is setup. Anyone got these apps working?

Huawei watch GT2 caller ID not shown when watch associated/paired to health app

Hello
If I pair my watch GT2 to the phone, using the phone's native bluetooth pairing from bluetooth settings, caller ID is shown on the watch on an incoming call (and watch frequently reminds me to pair to the health app...).
As soon as I pair the watch to the health app callerID ceases to be shown on the watch which says "Unknown number"
Sometimes it will also say "Phone paired with too many devices" although the phone is only currently connected to the watch...
Is anyone else seeing this ? if yes is there a workaround ?
I'm guessing it's a health app bug...
I'm on :
latest firmware : 1.0.9.58
latest playstore health app : 10.1.1.312 (I also tried 10.1.2.553 from apkmirror which doesn't do any better) with all the necessary permissions
Although heath app had call log and contacts permissions it was not trying to access them (last access was a few weeks back)...
In the end, having no other leads, I erased all health app data, uninstalled and reinstalled the health app... Set permissions again... And everything seems to be working correctly again... Health app is accessing contacts and call logs now and caller id is shown on the watch.
Thanks for that
Had exactly same issue and fixed it by making sure all permissions for health app were in place.

GT2e health data is not synced and I want to change phone

Hi,
Have the GT2e watch
Currently, I don't have any option in the health app to backup my data to the cloud.
currently, I have a Xiaomi mi 9 lite phone and I'm about to get a new one (probably another Xiaomiu) soon.
I'm not rooted ATM - is there a way for me to somehow backup all of the health data so it'll be transferred to my next phone?
Thanks
It should be synced to the cloud automatically(or manually) in the Health app, afaik
Well it doesn't (I read somewhere that it might be related to the region)
Looking for another way to backup without using root
No other way. Sign in in Huawei health app somehow
I did and it won't do anything.... I was looking for a way to do it from outside of the app like any other Android app that you can backup
