Hi! I tried almost everything to fix my phone.
First my sound wouldn't work at all, trying to fix it I broke it even more. I don't even remember what I did, since this was years ago. :crying:

It wont boot. It's stuck in bootloop.
So can you select HBOOT from the screen you have shown .....using the Volume up/down key and ...... what do you get if you then press the power switch ?
This is what I get, i can enter recovery.. I attached some pics.

EDIT_ nevermind.. just trying reflashing another ROM.. and its working!! cant believe it.. almost 2 years collecting dust.. whoa...

Hello, I have rooted and have TWRP recovery, running DEATHSTALKER rom, I have noticed that the hand writing recognition software is not working, I have tried some options like changing the date to SEPT. 28 and it worked, but there is no update on the playstore to fix the problem I am having, has anyone else had this problem running a custom rom? Samsung N900T 32gb T-Mobile
Yea I had the problem for a few days and then couple days ago inwoke up and there was an ota from Samsung on the playstire that fixed my keyboard. Works like a dream now. Its there you just gotta find it. Ill look later and see if I could find it for ya

I found it on the play store but their is no option for update. It has been almost a week now and i still have no writing recognition

Whenever I reboot or whenever I manually close out apps, it never fails that YouTube pops right back up as an active application. Anyone else noticing this?

I'm really just making a guess here so don't take this too seriously but: Maybe you have those push notifications or whatever on?
bump... I found this thread by accident but I am having the same issue as well. I'm actually on a galaxy S4 on T-Mobile but I figured it would be the same issue with the same remedy. I didn't see any thread on this issue and I didn't want to start a new one. Have you guys found a cure for it yet? Thank you

I am on stock kitkat ATT Lg optimus g pro e980, i cant boot into recovery or restore factory settings, all i get is
Secure booting Error!
Cause: boot certification verify
but i can boot normally.....i have been able to boot into TWRP recovery and install a few custom roms some time ago, this problem started after i restored TWRP backup. I read somewhere that the bootloader is locked, i tried using freegee but it doesnt work

after selecting a rom it downloads and stays like this like forever
when i minimize and go back to it
you must be rooted prior to this
if you're on Kit Kat stock use GproRecovery APK run the app. install the recovery once that's done download the Phil's touch extract the recovery.img and flash using flashify from play store
here the link to my folder enjoy but this is how I did it. and the secure booting is normal to see in every reboot

Probably the simplest way is to install a custom recovery with Odin and then flash the SuperSu.apk with that recovery.
TWRP for the i747M; use this file -- twrp-2.8.7.0-d2can.img.tar 8.5M
Stable SuperSu the recovery flashable download is near the bottom of the OP
Flash TWRP with Odin, Use TWRP to flash SuperSU ZIP (not APK like above).
If twrp fails to mount system and or won't wipe (bootloop) then you may want to use a different recovery.
Every post seems to recommend twrp but it didn't work right on two d2att devices. I'm not super genious but I been having root on every device I have since about 2011. Its not a user error.

I'm using philztouch. Ported by RoryB. It works excellent with both devices. Just my two cents.
I did it with Odin. It works OK now.
I have a problem finding a stock rom for a6020a40 HW40. Anybody has an idea? I am able to flash roms into the device, but non of them works so far. It sends me right into mmi mode.

if you just put the rom stock you tap recovery and do a factory restore and then reboot the system. Sorry for the english, and translator.
