BUGS :
Like all other custom roms no Armoury Crate , no full working Vibration and no Air Triggers. So don't spam me. It will not support in future also.
1) CTS profile false ; flash this module (https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=8889791610682946651) in magisk to get true.
If there are any new bugs I will update.
Don't know about Android 11 support
It may happen or not....so enjoy the rom and don't ask for ETA.

Simply Amazing ROM
Surprisingly this rom feels faster than Stock ROM and Display calibration is excellent but HDR needs a fix anyway.
Feels better than Asus UI and pretty stable

Amazing developement! I didn't try, but I should give a try. What about slide latency? Do you feel it, at least, similar to stock?

so, we buy this phone for exclusive features like air triggers or game genie and other nice features that make the gaming experience better.
then you post the custom rom WITHOUT those features. it's like buying sports car and swapping out the engine because this one uses too much fuel.
i mean, i understand that this phone has huge battery capacity and 120 hz screen refresh rate. but some roms don't even support 120 hz which make them useless.
i tried havoc, this rom and omnirom. it's the same stuff just another name. nearly same things are not working. why don't you all combine efforts and make one rom that will put asus' stock rom to shame?
i'm not saying it's not nice to have custom roms, but if i'm already rooted i can make my stock rom perform better just by tweaking it a bit.
also, users get discouraged from trying custom roms when they see that you won't support or work on features that define this phone.

Next time don't buy sports car. Buy a bicycle and their is no need to swap engine or use of oil and enjoy rest of life just by peddling.
Use Stock rom for all. Stock is King. Even I use Stock

Before someone ask me:
1- No, it's not an EAS ROM.
2- Yes, you can consider it as continuity of ViperOS
Thanks man, I will check it out for a moment
EDIT!
Ok, I noticed a few things:
- There are no essential tiles in quick settings like: sound, screenshot (with partial screenshots), sync, caffeine
- Can't disable light in hardware buttons
- There is no "Double click on lockscreen to sleep" option, which is very useful
- I think that confirmation of rebooting is a little bit useless
- I'm using dark theme and when a floating window from LastPass app appears, it has black font on black background
Besides, rom looks great, very smooth and I'm waiting for next updates!
I didn't find advance reboot option,
Rom is good but needed improvement, so i wait for next build
Keep it up dev

I love the rom so far! Everything seem to be working so far (although System UI crashed few times when going to ROM settings, but it stabilized itself after reboot).
If I may suggest something - I wish I could do two things, actually - adjust brightness by sliding the status bar and also a way to enable the flashlight via double pressing power or longpressing the power. Great thanks in advance, looking forward to updates!

One minor bug I found - I moved clock on status bar from center to right and after reboot I end up with two clocks, one in the center and second one on the right side.

Obrigado,
Sorry for so many words, but i would appreciate if people could say few words about the rom and the battery life, because i'm on latest lineage os now and it's bad, especially sleeping(during night).
Don't you think it would be useful to post the minimum required firmware version in the rom description?
Also, how about adding installation instructions? It could be very useful for people who are not that geeky, including the point about firmware there, because a lot of people do not know what it is and are thinking it's difficult to change/update the rom(i have a friend with mi5 who told me so).
If you don't have time for that I can help you, probably, even I'm an android developer I know nothing about maintaining custom firmwares, but i wish to help.
I was with ViperOS (best nougat rom) and now I will try this
If anybody using this rom please provide your experience, thank you

I've been using this rom for 6 days now, what would you like to know?
It's very stable so far I did not have any issues. It's not as featured as other roms out there but the hit on the battery is also not as big as other roms. I used to use RR (pre-oreo official build) and CosmicOS and even though it has fewer features than the rest of them, I'm far more satisfied with it.

Thanks for reply, are you using f2fs or ext4
I ask this as i see 'F2FS' in the title.
Flashing the ROM is as simple as, clean flashing a ROM?
Do i have to format the internal storage for F2FS?

Wow people lose their shiit so fast these days and daamn so much rudeness calm your tits bro , I was just asking a simple logic question since I don't see the point of creating a thread without releasing download link. ?
Sorry for the noob question but i will have problem anti-roll back android? I mean i could flash back to miui 10 oreo?
Anti roll back can be deactivated, see Revolution OS's latest. It's a safe bet to say Syberia will have that included.
Anti-rollback isn't even implented in gemini so I don't see a reason to panic
Sent from my Mi 5 using XDA Labs
Many thanks to all the developers for this project. #syberia project
Thanks a lotIs OTA supported?
I use mi5 lite, will it change to 2.15 ghz or still default 1804mhz frequency ?

Tryied. everything looks good, nice theming. Just i miss weather on locksreen.
Weather is showing for me in the lockscreen. The feature mising though is the Active Edge. Hopefully dev merges Kdrag0n's commits to enable that in the next release.
Interesting ROM, reminds me of the ONE UI in the settings panel. Can anyone confirm if the Google Pay in Power Menu is included?
L.E. Google Pay Power Menu is available. So far so good, hope that it's gonna get some attention to receive more updates in the future!

hm. there seems to be an issue that im having so far. Apps will become unresponsive after some time, and whenever i attempt to launch a different app im just met with the apps hanging on their loading animations. Could be a bug, im not sure honestly. Im wondering if anyone else has this issue.
*edit: restarting fixes the issue but it returns shortly after.
Use of the bettery in this rom is very good
Yeah so far been impressed with this ROM, has every bit of functionality that I need - even Google Pay on Power Menu. Only problem will be if it will be kept up to date...I for sure hope so!
7.5 hrs on taimen is a good deal after 3yrs of usage. Very optimised kernel ROM combo. Been a week and it's consistently running amooth and good battery with adequate customisations.
Thank you for this nice ROM @ReallySnow .
Hope you keep the thread alive with future updates.
Decided to try this out, but had some really weird issues, like Fit not being recognised by apps that interface with it, despite it being installed. Also magisk went through periods where it thought it wasnt installed. Returned to Proton again, via DotOS, which also had issues
The best ROM I've used. But I have a question: is there any way to add search bar to the bottom of the desktop? Really miss it

Just a quick tip:
Not even stock NikGApps will flash on this. Gonna need something smaller for use with this - Omni.
Or you could flash the Gapps included build
<usual rant>
I miss the days when you could flash a full Gapps....*sigh*. I dont know why people want to take ever more control away from the user, by taking up system space.
</usual rant>
Update:
NikGapps Omini flashes successfully ...all 390Mb of it....
Its nice once you get in there
Update #2: Somehow Samsung Pay detected root on this, while Google Pay and my banking app still worked fine...reverted to PE where all works for the moment (identical setup and Migrate restore), Will retest when i have more time, but i did redo everything on this twice...

Functionality to disable right edge gesture for back ?
Note/update:
Root started being detected on PE now as well, something has changed in the bank apps i use, or for some reason magisk detection is really being ramped up in apps i dont use a lot....
So my earlier post shouldnt stop anyone trying this ROM. My issues are bigger than this ROM

don't update your bank app, use one that doesn't detect root, and rename the version of the bank app used in the latest version using the apk editor, or you can use xprivacyLua (module xposed) disable get app on the bank app

I don't use edxposed, but LSposed (magisk module), maybe you should use XprivacyLua Pro, the bank app I use requires the latest update, and this is a problem with detect root, but I can solve it with apk editor and XprivacyLua

Set min and max to 60 it will go down By default 120Hz is enabled
So, about the installation instructions, is MIUI required? If so, what version recommended? Flashing with TWRP or fastboot?
You could be a little more specific with it

Well anything would do xD At least for now
No Faceunlock??
Will it be added?
Looks awesome , how is the battery life?
I'm on 4.2.2+18 version and I'm experiencing touch delay noticeable if you're playing fps games like codm compare to eu rom and other custom roms which is it's been fixed however great rom much appreciated if you can customize your battery icon and see your data traffic on your statusbar even if you're not rooted.
Is fast charging working?

If kernel is same as lineage os then I guess the touch polling is still fuked ?
Can you do anything to fix it both for lineage and this ROM ?
Quantic kernel developer even shared github patches for it that he's using , it's not the best as you can feel touch lagging behind but still better than the kernel from lineage os. ( So far arrow os developers have the best touch polling and responsiveness - maybe hentai os has better polling but never tried that )

@Sahil_Sonar A12................. Yeaaaah thx bro !
Hi ! For people testing the last alpha version, could you give any feedback on rom stability and usability as a daily driver ? Does install instructions from OP still apply for A12 version ?
If rom can install from twrp without installing vendor and boot img and extra steps then it is great !

If fast charging isn't working than it's not ready to try yet.

I second this how's the install and everything running?
Feedback:
1. Hey Google doesn't work. Hopefully this gets fixed ASAP (Issue with most of the ROMS)
2. Smooth Display is just stuck at 120 Hertz. 60 Hz When turned off.
3. Please consider adding GCam as an Inbuilt Camera App.

Just a friendly reminder to everytone to not reply to post(s) that you think are inappropriate or not in the right spirit. Just report if you feel something isn't right and let us take care of it for you, so that we can make your experience on the forum better. Giving feedback, even for a ROM that is in its alpha stage, is definitely acceptable.
@Quelaan I've taken the liberty and edited your post to make it come across a little more polite. I hope that's okay with you. If it isn't, my inbox is always open -- please let me know.
Now let's all take a deep breath, and get back on topic, shall we? Thanks guys!
