Tab 2 showing showing Netflix & certified in Playstore, but Tab3 not? Both Lineage 14

can someone tell me why my Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 (SM T311) running Lineage 14.1 OS is showing as a non-certified device in Google Play store settings, and therefore not displaying apps such as Netflix, while at the same time it's the opposite on my Galaxy Tab 2 (GT-P5110)10.0 ?
My Tab 2 is running Lineage OS 14.1 but there device IS showing as certified in Google Play store and I can see and download Netflix from the Play store.
Where is the difference coming from?

There is an issue with WatchON with the tab 3 8.0 I was wondering if any one else can replicate.
I can only select the correct channel lineup for zip my zip code and it requires a set top to be configured when I do not have one on any of my TVs.* Not a big deal as the tv channel to be changed can be configured to us My TV except that the Watch Now from the channel guide doesn't work.*
Testing using the OTA (over the air antenna) no set top is required and the Watch Now from the guide works correctly and allows the Watch Now to work from the guide. Problem is the channel line up is now incorrect and only show 10 to 15 channels and not the cable tv lineup of 0 to 68.
I have replicated this issue and would love to test a newer version but the tab3 8.0 comes with version 1.0.68 and it doesn't allow an update to 1.0.77 on the market.* The updated is not released or available that I can locate. Tried the same on the tab 3 7.0 and tab 3 10.1 at bestbuy.
Watch On works perfectly with the S4 phone and even allows a toast notification to stay in the drop-down notifications and the quick channel volume change is really nice.* Samsung support was like what ever contact WatchOn via email. No response from Samsung or watchon via twitter. Usually Samsung is pertty good, but I'm pretty disappointed with this loss of functionality of this app on the Tab 3 compared to the s4 phone.

I had a chance to test with 2 demo models at Best Buy last night. The tab 3 10.1 and 7.0 both exhibited the same functionality not working with the application.
Interestingly the WatchON version was different on each tablet but so was the Android OS version. Surprisingly the OS version on the 8 and 10 is the same but the version WatchON version was different.

Hello everyone. I currently own a Samsung Note 2 GT-N7108 purchased from China Mobile. I have been able to get all google apps to work besides the play store, play services, and google+. The play store opens and I see my account but I can't browse for any apps. The play services crash constantly and google+ just won't install. I have heard I can make the play store work with root but all the root methods I have tried have failed. Can any with similar experience recommend a root method or custom rom that will work with my model? Will I be able to flash a rom for the N7100 onto the N7108 without it breaking? Thanks.
With my Old Sony Tablet Z I can download and watch Google play movies in HD but with Vudu I cannot..says my device is not supported..
I just ordered a Tab S 10.5 as a replacement...
Is anyone having issues with Google play or Vudu with the Tab S 10.5 ?.
I have several movies with Vudu and Google play and want to make sure I can download them in glorious Hd for later playback on the Tab S 10.5...
Does Vudu check for root? is your Sony rooted?

My galaxy tab S 8.4 Wifi (T700) running on LineageOS 14.1 OFFICIAL (from LineageOS website) and nano opengapps won't show hd on netflix. Do you know why ? Was working fine on stock 6.0.1 and i didn't notice troubles on AOSP 6.0.1
Here's the things i've got using Netflix's example : BITRATE : 750kbps RES : 512x384 PAR : 4:3
I have also selected highest quality i netlfix's settings and i can watch in 1080p on youtube and on netflix on my laptop.

That's because Netflix decided that it will stream HD content only to a narrow list of Android devices, and only when they run a stock ROM. Solution? Dump this stupid and very arrogant streaming service. There are alternatives.
I found SideSync from Google play
But I can't install it for my S4.
It says this app is not compatible with S4

I've been having this issue as well. I've downloaded it via apkmirror since it isn't available in the Samsung or Play store.
sidesync is no longer supported they want you to use samsung flow now.
What would you want to use SideSync for?
