BlackView P10000 Pro - general mess with rooting - any help please - Upgrading, Modifying and Unlocking

Hello, good people
I have few serious issues with my phone. This one is not well supported, and I've made mistakes...
>Unlocked bootloader
>stuck in bootloop, but I have fixed it (badly..) by flashing fresh 7.1 ROM, with no MTK nvram backup...
>Installed TWRP (disappears all the time after next boot)
>lost IMEI (no SIM connection and red sign "*chineese* KEY" in right corner). I have my IMEI numbers on phone box, but in "MTK Enginering Mode" there is no CDS in "Connectivity" menu...
Please...
-Is there any working tutorial, with working links on how to flash everything completly from the begining?
OR
-is there a way to fix IMEI numbers
-remove the red sign in right corner
-fix TWRP to not uninstall every boot, also TWRP can't access internal storage or SD card. So I cant install SuperSU and root.
Please, if someone will at least push me forward a bit, I will be really happy. I am trying to solve it for two days now. THere is not even a service in my area which I could pay to do it... Please, I am lost now

In case someone will end up here looking for answers, flashing this software solves all issues:

[Q] Urgent simple question regarding S8500

Hey,
I've got a friend that has a s8500, the screen broke and i changed it. By the time i gave it back to him he had forgotten the Phone Securty code he had setup. The only thing i want is a way to recover the data before the reset.
Is there any way to achieve that? Or is there any way to reset/get the code ? I've been looking into the FLOCK thread but im afraid it will lose the data after the flash.
We also contacted Samsung and they said the only way to reset that code is with a hard reset which will make the data being lost.
Can i in recovery/download mode get the data? The most important thing is the contacts/photos.
Thanks in advance.

No idea about the FLOCK thing, i think it's to unlock SIM-LOCK or freeze and not the phone.
The photo are recoverable with android, not sure about the contact (i don't know where they are stored in bada).
In short, you need to boot an android recovery (see the android dev on bada section, i can also provide more detailled instructions), mount bada user partition and then copy paste what's inside on SDcard.
It need an sdcard, a SD fota, multiloader an android kernel and adb (android debug bridge, free software anywhere on the net).
No data will be lost if you do it (if you are on bada 2, else i don't know, and phone will still be locked).

Thank you, i had forgotten that i could just boot a costum recovery. Need to do some research on the contacts location tho since it's really the most important data i need to recover. Thank you again.

Forgot password pattern, need help to breach into my phone

Hi,
I've been trying to access my phone, or at least the storage. All I need is to collect the data (pictures, documents, appdata etc.), then I can just wipe everything. I'd really appreciate some help!
My problem is that I cracked my screen, and it took a couple of months to get the right replacement part from China. When I fixed the phone I restarted it, but had forgotten the password pattern (it's long and complicated). There is no "forgot password" function on ColorOS for some reason, so there's no way I can reset it.
Info:
- Oppo Find 7 International
- Stock ColorOS 1.2.x (Android 4.3)
- NOT rooted
- Suspect USB-debugging is disabled (since I cannot connect through ADB)
- ColorOS Recovery ver 1.0
I've tried connecting it through ADB from Ubuntu, but it doesn't find the phone.
I've tried finding bugs or glitches to bypass password pattern. No luck.
I've tried installing bypass tools via ColorOS Recovery from SD card, but I get "Installation Failed".
My last hope is to download forensic software to breach into the phone. I've also seen people using development boards and send commands via JTAG. I have Raspberry Pi and Redboard (Arduino from Sparkfun) - in case I can use those. I am not afraid to do some experimental stuff on the device, I just don't want to lose the data on it. Device wipe is out of the question.
Perhaps you know a way to at least get access to the storage? It is not encrypted. I can install from storage, so I can see all folders etc. in recovery. So I guess it have to be possible to extract the data somehow.

Stuck in setup wizard after factory reset

Alright, hello everyone,
I'm having a pretty weird issue here. I've flashed my DUK-L09 and the C432B183 EU Firmware, everything was running fine.
I couldn't make a backup of the /data/ partition though, someone told me to wipe the data to decrypt it, but nothing came good after this.
So I tried to flash back the old recovery image by extracting it, flashing it via fastboot, as I would normally do; enter the factory reset, run it.
Everything is good, it goes up to 100% pretty fast, less than 2 minutes. I then enter the setup wizard the NFC is acting weird. It keeps activating
and deactivating illogically. So, ignoring this issue, I kept up configuring the phone then once I'm logged in Google and sync'd, pops a Huawei ID
logging page really really fast then goes back to the EMUI menu at the beginning of the Setup, in an infinite loop.
Useful information to let you help me better:
- Many firmwares. Currently trying to flash back to B120a and NoCheck from OldDroid and Morph. (Edit: Didn't work)
- Phone unlocked, TWRP accessible.
- Getting a weird "Error 9" when trying to run Update.zip from TWRP.
- Sideload working, but not transferring anything.
- Cannot find any B182 or B130 stock firmware. Everything seems to be gone from Huawei's servers.
- The loading logo isn't Honor anymore but Android, for a reason I can't yet understand.
- Restoring a clean backup (without /data/, since I couldn't back it up) did not fix the problem.
- Trying to update with the 3 buttons do not work, even with the right firmware (C432B183) (Software install failed)
- Factory reset works with the right ROM, but gets me to the setup loop issue.
- The loop occurs when I am supposed to see the Huawei ID setup page. If I do not put any SIM card, or WiFi
I am prompted to choose which way to restore data; if I skip this step, it blinks and doesn't do anything.
- I tried to restore via WiFi (Google's cloud stored data from my account), but it does the same thing as mentioned
earlier. It blinks multiple times rapidly the "Huawei ID" setup page then goes back to the first Setup screen w/o
me being able to do anything about that.
I'll be glad if you knew the answer to this, because I'm all lost right now.
Greetings, Kameyuu.
UP !
After many tries and a LOT of hard work, and spent an entire night (was about to spend the second night on this), I found the culprit and now I know what the issue is, it sounds completely legitimate.
So here are the reason and the solution to this issue:
Actually, my CUST was somehow broken. I never flashed it back because no one told me to flash the CUST.img back. They told me to flash BOOT, SYSTEM, and RECOVERY only.
So, after I downloaded a software called HUAWEI Multi-Tool (From hwmt.ru) I noticed they were also asking for the CUST.img and USERDATA.img (<- this one was apparently optional)
So, trying my luck I flashed it. Did a factory reset, and all, it acted weird and failed, then I tried again and it succeeded. So, with all my hope I booted the phone to the system, started configuring... And it worked !
I was able to set up the phone. For a -yet- unknown reason, some apps look missing and the NFC is still blinking on and off repeatedly and randomly, but I'm investigating that.
If you have any question on the precise steps feel free to send me a PM or ask in the thread directly I'll be glad to sort your issue out.

n910v, unrooted, usb debugging disabled, black screen, recover sms log over ADB?

I have hit dead end after dead end, after many hours, just want to get copy of text messages off this phone somehow, and then erase all data. I have spent many hours on this, my level of experience with all this is beginner/intermediate, as I'm sure you will be able to tell by the ramble below. Skip to the last paragraph **** with the asterisks to get to the important part of my inquiry. if you don't want to read about what I have tried already.
Before you suggest the obvious, replace lcd, let me say that the motherboard lcd connector is damaged beyond repair. water damage, but the phone boots normally and seems to run fine. phone calls ring and other sounds indicate the phone is able to function but no display or touch function obviously. the usb port works. Also there is no samsung account on the phone so that option to bypass screen lock does not help. Kies, smart switch, etc don't help due to the "screen lock"
ie... There is a basic swipe to unlock "lock" on the phone, so otg cable options also hit a dead end. There are workarounds to bypass other lockscreens, but no way to do the swipe over otg that I can find. And even if/once I am able to swipe to unlock over otg, there are other obstacles to get around that may not be possible (click ok, navigate to enable usb debugging). If I am wrong here and there is an obvious solution I am missing, let me know (explain in detail if you can) and I will get the hub & cable back out and try again!
Dr.phone android recovery (data recovery/damaged device option) looks like the most promising, and here I have also run into trouble. Dr phone will put the phone into download mode but then always seems to fail "flash recovery package failed" at some percentage. dr.phone downloads the recovery package (I am selecting the correct model n910v) successfully, but the percentage before flash recovery package fails changes. It hasn't made it past 85%. the dr.phone log files don't reveal anything to my untrained eye.
Before running dr.phone, adb "permission denied"...after using dr phone, however, while the phone is still powered on and in download mode, once I close dr phone, I am able to start to get somewhere with adb! adb devices shows the phone as an emulated device, and (some) adb commands start to work! I think if I just am able to find the exact location of the stock messaging log, I will be very close.
If anyone can suggest some commands to try in adb to grab just the sms log I would be very grateful!
I can run "adb backup", and have tried a few other adb commands, but none of the standard backup commands actually contain a sms log.
***Anyway, I think the best option might be to flash a custom recovery after getting the phone in download mode & adb working successfully (showing as an emulated device) with dr.phone as described above... However I have no way to tell what firmware version the phone is running (don't want to brick it or loose data), and I am really looking for specific directions on which clockworkmod or twrp recovery file to try for n910v, that will allow me to get a sms backup, and/or a recovery that will have usb debugging enabled.
Thanks for the input! sorry for the rambling post, I hope it's possible to make sense of it.. ANY help greatly appreciated!

This tool might work for you. Ive never used it myself but it looks promising. It supposed to be able to control your phone on your pc.
For the custom recovery, it should tell you what model you have when you boot into download mode but the TWRP for the note 4 has been unified so it should work either way. This link is for the most recent version. Get the .tar file if you're looking to use ODIN to install it.
Thanks for the reply! The tool you inked to requires USB debugging switched on. I was looking at it previously but didn't consider it because of this. I have USB debugging off, and the process I described with the dr phone windows application /download mode, doesn't turn usb debugging on.
Is there a way that I can flash a recovery for the note 4 that has USB debugging enabled from the start? If anyone knows please describe the process or post the link.
I think I need step by step instructions or screen shots for what to do with the Note 4 twrp recovery. I am trying to acquire a second phone so I can view the screen and know what buttons to press, but so far it is not looking like I have enough information to do sms backup from the twrp menus..on the device when I can't see the screen.
I see reference to being able to use adb commands to control the twrp recovery / backup process, but so far I haven't found anything that will help for my particular situation. If anyone knows what adb commands to use to pull the note 4 sms files , or a backup that includes them, PLEASE let me know.
thanks again

Abdroid tv box T9 RK3318 2gb ram 16gb rom stuck on TV logo after unroot with superSU

Hi all!
Some days ago I urooted my TV android tv box with superSU and then I restarted it. From that moment when I plug the device it only reach the T9 logo (not the android one) and don't go further.
I've tried different ways to try to unstuck it, but nothing has worked.
I tried:
- enter recovery boot by holding the button in the av hole -> nothing happens
- install new firmware with adb sideload with both ubuntu and windows 10 -> always get errors (often error: closed, sometime other errors that at the moment don't remember)
- install new firmware with sd card using SDCard Installer -> the device doesn't boot when the sd is inserted
Moreover, with adb in ubuntu sometimes it recognises the device and I can enter the adb shell (but obtain errors when try any tipe of command), and sometimes don't (after adb devices I see list of attached devices: ??????????????? offline)
Now I'm thinking to try to install an ubuntu like on an usb pendrive...
I will be very grateful of any help/suggestion to how to revive my device :fingers-crossed:
Thank you!!!
Does this happen to be a pendoo model? I have a pendoo x10 MAX and i actually simply just installed supersu while it was rooted. Since then, I haven't gotten this thing to boot. Just stays on the boot screen the entire way. I wiped in recovery, knew that'd do nothing. I just wanted a root MANAGER. I tried Magisk, my favorite.. no go.. so then I went a bit old school.. so I tried ChainFire's SuperSU.. and THAT updated the SU binary! It said it succeeded.. it asked to do recovery install or normal install.. on phones, I've always done normal.. so I chose normal. Plus.. this thing has no custom recovery. I found it on Amazon. Overpriced, but great with the controller it had. It looks like I'll need a replacement and maybe a request to ask this guy if he could possibly NOT use something like KingRoot/KingoRoot/AmaraRoot or ANY One click root tool.. they just cause more bloatware, inciting boot issues and problems within the Android box itself. These One Click Root tools are out of control. It's to the point where I need to find a way in to adb and find the firmware for the latest version of this thing... X10Max from Pendoo.. I have not found a thing anywhere regarding firmware, and their website is ****. NOTHING *anywhere* on these things.. hell I'm about to return it as I bought it for $72. I have another one, same model.. wondering if the root method was different. About to boot that up and find out. I'll even swap the board. At this point.. he rooted it.. the WRONG way.. you can MOUNT THE /SYSTEM PARTITION IN RECOVERY. THIS IS ANDROID 9 we're talking about--the recovery supported by API v3.
This can and should have a TWRP custom recovery. If none exists, don't bother. As long as you can mount /system then you have a chance, at least, to root the damn thing.. which is why I'm still messing with it. I have another two weeks to return it. I'll give it another couple of days before I call it off and just switch out the good board for the bad one, return it, then return the other one and just use it until I find a way to use a custom recovery on this thing. There has to be.. unless there is no firmware available in sight (for an RK3318 or 3328, can't tell.. recovery mode says 3328, model name says RK3318. I see no difference at the moment aside from processor naming at this point--maybe speed?)
I'm still a nub with Android TV boxes so don't hold it against me for updating the damn root binary. If I could find a way to just reinstall the entire firmware and delete all previous stuff, I would. It would be worth it to learn. I would then mount /system in recovery and soldier on.
One little issue with this thing.. there's only one USB port that actually works. Same applies for the same exact product, a replication of the same thing.. was a "replacement" that still have/has the same qualities.
I've ranted enough. I vote more research into RK33xx processors and possible custom recoveries. I'm about to look for it based on only the device itself.
Note: Been stuck at boot screen ever since the binary was updated. I felt it was necessary to have a boot manager. I don't know where to even find the firmware. Can.. anyone point me in any direction? Something that MIGHT work on this thing? Android 6 or 7 would even suffice, return or no return, as "stuck on boot screen" will be my complaint. That's.. the actual complaint. I can't just *flash it* like the old days.. and maybe the original Android 9.0 firmware would suffice.. I don't know, but Pendoo.. wouldn't that be preferred?
You will need an SDcard to recover this box. I think the T9 32GB 4GB rom will do the job since its a cut down version.
Make a update SDcard and pop it in and power on the box. It will start the recovery on its own.
hello, sorry for my English I live in France I would have a question about the box: TV T9 RK3318, 4gb / 64gb. the problem is that the time is desynchronized on restart and creates problems to connect to applications when the time is out of order, I tried everything changed the time zone to deactivate and entered the time Manual it goes out of order all the time . is there a custom version or a version 10?
Very cook did I checked this out awhile back alot of good information that's for your contribution
