I currently have TWRP 3.0 and it does not work with GAPPS Aroma. I found some stuff in some Russian sites but they are long gone. Any higher version than 3.0 is accepted.

Any recovery for this model? Its a china based no playstore.
If it's HTC Desire 816t (Mobile TD-LTE version) version than common twrp will work(I think so),you can try but keep the default ruu for safety,you can find custom roms at romzj.com

Good Morning, I have HTC One M9 o/s 2.9.841.5 with s-off and Unlocked on TWRP 2.8.6.1 and can install Android Revolution for smaller than O/S 3.5 edition but cannot install Candy rom or viper for o/s 2.9 or cm 3.0 can anyone please help cheers Freddy

and i'm pretty sure all these roms work on your device cuz I have the same device as your HTC Desire 816G Octa-Core (MT6592)
@keygen1g I have HTC d816h and while installing any zip it can't mount data and when I wipe dalvik and cache it fails and I have ended up with no system on the phone and when I install any ROM its successful but i get stuck with the boot animation whole day...plzzzzz help
