I know it involves booting up into recovery mode, but I'm lost after that.
Go into ROM Manager and select "Reboot into Recovery". Then the phone will reboot into Clockwork recovery. Then you will see various options, including "wipe cache partition". I presume that's the one you are after ? Or you can go into the "Advanced" bit and there's an option to wipe the Dalvik cache.

I unlocked my bootloader and installed InsertCoin Evolution 7.3.0, but i want to do i full wipe and flash the rom again, how should i do so my phone not going in bootlop.
If not already on insert coin 7.3.0
Download Rom
Extract the Boot.IMG in the rar file to your fast boot folder
Set up phone in boot mode
Connect to PC
Fastboot erase cache
Fastboot flash boot boot.img
Fastboot erase cache
Boot phone in recovery mode
Wipe data/factory reset
Wipe cache partition
Wipe dalvik cache
Install zip from SD card -> pick rom
If already on insertcoin 7.3.0 continue from here
Boot phone in recovery mode
Wipe data/factory reset
Wipe cache partition
Wipe dalvik cache
Install zip from SD card -> pick rom

now i have SJB 7.1 with Super Fusion Kernel V3...nice rom really...but i have a problem...when i push power button and choose "recovery" option,the phone restart in normal mode as i push the simply "reboot" option and when i go in CWM and try to wipe cache or dalvik cache, phone restart in bootloop and the only things to do is make a recovery or reinstall all the rom

Before installing your ROM wipe Data/factory reset ,wipe cache, select mounts and storage and select "format system " and then delvic. THis should stop the bootloop.
To access CWM just use the power button and the volume down button.
Hey guys.
So I flashed the Beanstalk 4.4.2 rom about a week ago and everything was fine until today when I rebooted my phone it got stuck in bootloop. I did not flash anything or deleted any system files before rebooting. The weird thing is that during the bootloop I noticed that the ambient light sensor worked (the brightness of the screen adjusted itself) and when I plug in my charger the notification light glows red. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think that's supposed to happen in a normal bootloop. Anyway, I can't boot into recovery mode either for some reason. Right now, my phone is stuck in the boot animation and I can't even turn off the damn thing. Help please?

flash twrp or cwm recovery
clear fastboot cache (fastboot erase cache)
enter into recovery
wipe cache and dalvik cache

Right I managed to boot into recovery and wipe the cache you mentioned and now it works. Thanks!
But do you know what might have caused this? The last thing I did before the bootloop was moving a few photos in my sd card into another folder.

it doesnt matter what you do in sd card...
just do cache and dalvik cache wipe in recovery and reboot it..
You need to be on 6.0.1.

I don't port this apps. This app are ported by Albe. And i suggest you to use skies rom, it have all grace ux apps
