My TCL was purchased at Abenson in Tagbilaran City Bohol, Philippines in 2019. It is a 55" 4K Android TV, model number 55P8M.
I was happily watching a show about sharks, and all of a sudden, the screen started displaying garbage.
The remote still works, and the sound was working, until I reset the TV.
I would guess that the panel is still good, and it is some kind of driver issue or main board issue.
Does anyone have experience with this type of failure?

I have a ticket with TCL support, but since it is Chinese New Year, I don't expect to hear from them until after Feb 21. I am out of warranty, but I still want to know what my options are , and if they can point me at probable boards to suspect.
I miss my display.

To see your Project ID, need to go in Setting>Device preference>About>Product information ....
or
enter service menu... Setting>Picture> Contrast ...type by remote 1950 or 6425.

Para rotear necesitas framaroot es muy simple se baja el archivo y se ejecuta y se instala superuser y luego se reinicia el telelefono y ya tenemos permiso de super usuario.

Mobile Odin Lite is what you need then, use it to flash a custom kernel with a custom recovery so you can flash ROMs, sorry in a hurry.

It's failing at recreating the userdata position. Did it boot up? I've seen this error a billion times but it boots up just fine despite. I used to go into default recovery and wipe data but I now know that's not even necessary

how I commented to you the first time I used the guide here from XDA with the msm tool patched, but it gave me the same error, and now someone helped me but basically it is the same quia here
Go into stock recovery (with 2 lines of Chinese writings and one English line) and "erase everything"

Ya lo hice, pero no va desde allí y lo dejé allí durante mucho tiempo, también el error antes mencionado sigue apareciendo
Después de la actualización JOYUI 12.5 21.08.27 Basado en MIUI 12.5, el teléfono funciona más fluido, la batería parece durar más, el único problema que encontré es en la sección de conexión, la red 5G no aparece en el menú de opciones como antes y no puedo conectarme la red 5G ¿le ha pasado alguien más?

Keep in mind that if you disable the 5g connection through the notification panel you will have to do the same again, I think it's a problem with the settings that in the preferred type of network the 5g option doesn't appear at all.

But I have it mainly because of the unlimited storage of the photos that I upload in the Google Photos application. I want to know if those who have installed ROMs with gapps always allow unlimited photo uploads. In the same way, if so, what ROMs do they use and if they are stable. Pensó cambiar el sistema oficial de mi Pixel 3 XL para una ROM. Pero lo tengo principalmente por el almacenamiento ilimitado de las fotos que subo en la aplicación Google Photos.
Deseo saber si los que han instalado ROMs con gapps les permite siempre la subida de fotos de forma ilimitada. De igual forma en caso afirmativo, qué ROMs usan y si son estables.
(Preferiblemente android 12 )
(Solo Pixeles 5 para atrás lo tienen según sé, pero ignoro si change de ROM afecte)

Understood, but let me ask another question.
Even having bugs, when you change the ROM for another custom ROM, you can always upload your photos with unlimited Google Photos Storage or do you lose it?
On the Pixel 3XL you should keep unlimited Google Photos backup on most ROMs.
Was just wondering if anyone has tested if it's possible to install redmagic 6s pro ROM on redmagic 6 to get android 12. Or is it impossible?

i dont know about 6R .. im using 8.12 CN rom right now ..the A12 starts from 7.23 CN rom i think or 7.28, cant recall.

Wow that awesome. How is the performance? Did it improve by any amount. I think I saw a video of someone playing Genshin on the 6s pro with android 12 update and there was a very nice performance improvement.
well in terms of perfomance i cant say anything because my phone is rooted ..but the other things on cn rom like the game space 2.0, if you add your game into it and everytime you open it you dont have to manually click your game space button for gaming mode ..every app added to your game space is automatically in gaming mode when you open it ..the other thing i like is the window mode, i think every app is supported but not sure ..
well basically cn rom is more advance in my opinion ..
