No, I did not flash it. The phone came with the "Global" version (V12.0.2.0.QJZEUXM) pre-installed. It is confusing Xiaomi saying I have the "Global" version but the ROM version code says EU - have a look at the attached screenshot for verification.

I'm not sure why it won't show on your device.
I have it on mine.
I'm using the China Dev rom though, and I'm in Indonesia, maybe it's a carrier specific thing?

Using the global rom, it's also active here in Switzerland. Your provider has it enabled for your contract?
Which exact ROM version do you use?

No idea then, here it's enabled. Can't say if it's working though, as I barely ever make phone calls.
i just read from my country mobile provider it only supports volte on some devices not sure if thats the cause

which global version are you trying to use? You have EEA version (RJDEU), so you cannot upgrade to global version (RJDMI)
I'm trying to use EEA to update....

You can't update through system and change from EEA to global, you'll have to unlock bootloader and use miflash to flash fastboot global rom...

This one, you even wrote global in all caps
I'm sorry. It was my silly mistake.
In fact, despite I live in Portugal, my phone came from Czech Republic and it brought a Vodafone Custom EEA-based ROM. I waited the 1 week, unlocked bootloader, and now I'm on the latest debranded EEA ROM

Build number disappears after OxygenOS 11 on T-Mobile converted

So I converted my T-Mobile to International and I wanted to upgrade to OOS 11, it is pretty much okay for me but I can't see my build number and I wanna ask if it will have an issue with me receiving future OTA updates or my phone or not?
I am just concerned about receiving updated on my phone of the international firmware, and I feel like it is because of the build number not showing up that I am not, I am on 11.0.0 the very first update
You're fine. Open betas have "unknown" build number

No, that's latest official
Confirmed on my hd1907, converted from T-Mobile to Global using patched msmtool. Build number on latest official is "unknown". Typical OnePlus B.S.

Question Bug on the latest MIUI 14 EEA version

Hello,
I have a question regarding the latest update for MIUI 14 14.0.7.0 EU.
My phone went bricked couple of times, even after clean install (fastboot). There was something call "Find device memory corrupted". So according to one thread, I must clean install from a different Android version, which in this case, A12 and from a custom ROM. So I did that and flash Pixel Experience which is great (PayPal for Google Wallet not working though).
After that I flash the latest MIUI again which is MIUI 14.0.7.0 EU, which in the beginning works greatly. The find device memory notification has disappeared, so I thought the problem disappear.
After a while, when I was surfing the internet, suddenly the phone turned off itself and just stuck on the poco logo. I tried to go to fastboot and recovery mode, which after several times trying, only the recovery mode is reachable. Then I went to the safe mode which is what I using now.
My question is, is this latest MIUI 14.0.7.0 contains bug that making people phone's bricked? I saw lately there's been a surge of thread about bricked phone in our lovely forum.
Thanks in advance for answering my worries.
Try a Xiaomi Eu rom.
The stock rom version for Europe is called EEA.
To avoid any confusion at the level of the title.
