Hi ! It's not mine but just for information if you want customize System UI, they had a Magisk Mod "G-Visual" for Android and work fine on Pixel 4a 5g.
You need have unlock BL and Root Magisk.

But download it on Github : https://github.com/Magisk-Modules-Repo/G-VisualMod
After reboot use Terminal and choose your style..

I have dualbootpatcher working on my z00t but in z016d in twrp do not work @sebastiandg7 @shakalaca , can you fix it or let me know what happens
