Best rom, best kernel!

Boa tarde galera, sou brasileiro e essa tradução é feito pelo translate.
Estou com um aqui, com a Rom original de fábrica. Na opinião de vocês, qual a melhor Rom que vocês me aconselham, a com mais desempenho, a mais rápida, melhor kernel, etc.
E uma dúvida, já instalei a CM10.0 com a emulação de .img dentro da .rar, porque quando eu vou instalar uma kernel, tanto fusion, NaA, Linux e por aí vai, o celular fica em loop infinito? Como instalar sem que isso aconteça? Espero respostas!

Since you can send Twrp, I presume your bootloader has been unlocked.
Please take note that there are two types of Twrp - Non CFW and CFW. for your case, you should use non-CFW Twrp such as LRtwrp.
The attached below file (Non-CFW) works well with Miui12.

It is different with me, I was using version 3.4 on my rn8pro and upgraded to 3.5, but when starting twrp, after 10s the phone automatically restarts as if rejecting twrp

Fiz tudo mas não consegui ativar o modo eom do celular, sim eu já fui no modo de desenvolvedor e ativo ele , ele aparece que vai restaurar de fábrica , faço todas as configurações após a restauração, ai ativo de novo o modo desenvolvedor e oem ao invés de ativar ele aparece de novo que vai restaurar de fábrica e assim, só fica assim.

já troquei a rom oficial e nada

Estou com problema no meu motorola edge x30, comprei o aparelho pelo aliexpress e veio com ROM GLOBAL, eu sem saber que era uma rom modificada, bloqueie o bootloader para usar NFc e aplicativos bancários. Infelizmente o aparelho ficou travado na tela inicial com a mensagem; ´´ No valid operating system could be found. the device will not boot.´´
Após isso, tentei usar método de desbloqueio pela motorola extraindo um codigo e recebi o codigo de desbloqueio pelo email com codigo YMNULPFQHGQKLSKSNKBB. Usei no processo de desbloqueio e não funcionou dando failed. (fastboot oem unlock YMNULPFQHGQKLSKSNKBB). e agora não consigo colocar nenhuma stock rom do aparelho e nem desbloquear. TENTEI pelo aplicativo da LENOVO recuperação de dados (Rescue and Smart Assistant) também sem exito, não foi encontrado a rom firmware do aparelho. o que fazer?
