The steps to install are listed in the post already. What device are you on? If you're on the M3 (citrus), you need to flash something else before Evo X afaik. Ported MIUI 12.5 ROM, can be found in @pocom3globalofficial telegram group.

Here is the steps to flash ROM for Poco M3:
1. If you are from MIUI Stock, you have format data.
2. Wipe system, cache, data, vendor.
3. Flash MIUI.eu 12.5 (Xiaomi 21.4 Android 11)
4. Flash the ROM that you want (Evo X)
5. Flash additional zips like magisk, gapps, etc.
6. Reboot system

have you tried to root with magisk, like myself? I had the same problems, until I found this post https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=83922467&postcount=92 that cleared my eyes...
to put it short, if you are trying to install magisk, be sure to change the update channel to Canary (not Stable), Magisk needs to be v 21+ in order to patch correctly the lineage recovery image.
I'm on lineage os 18 but its known issue with sdcards. Can anyone confirm this ROM detects sdcard? Kind regards.

Tried to install this EvolutionX after MIUI ROM?
I checked the "dynamic_partitions_op_list" in ROM, and is a bit is unusual, the "super" partition size not defined. MIUI ROMs often use smaller super partition (~6.5GB), and maybe not enough for total size of partitions (~8.5GB) in this rom.
Try to install any AOSP based rom, than try again to install this EvolutionX.

Im using CrDroid. What i did is i flash the latest miui firmware and then i flash this evolutionX rom.
my phone is joyeuse, I was never able to flash this rom coming from miui, I was able to flash this rom coming from fluid, I after flashing this rom the phone just stays on boot loop, format data did not work, after flashing this rom, I can no longer flash most of the roms I tested before, I Im back to to full stock counting down till tonight to unlock the boot loader again and keep testing.
Can anyone tell me if this rom includes the miui camera?

No, it doesn't
I was finally able to flash the room, google cam crashed on first open but it works fine after reboot, can you add random mac address, I enable it under developer but seems not to change.
Carrier service stops working.

Yes.. its a daily driver ROM.. since I tested many ROM in Redmi note 9 Pro, but this rom is kind different, no random reboot, No lag issue, Smoot UI.. i didn't faced any bugs still now... That the Great Thing of this ROM..

In order to relock the bootloader you have to flash the original ROM that came with the device?

@DarkAngelGR Does this rom have qualcomm voice picker and google voice picker? Do we need to update our firmware and vendor? Are they included?
I installed the ROM but seems that it doesn't have face unlock ...

I mean, you can, but it will brick your device, so be extremely careful of doing so with the ROM that belongs to your device

I know this happens with me as well, i guess that's because Alioth has dynamic partition . There is a YouTube Channel named "Munchy", You can take help from there. He shows how to flash TWRP and Custom Roms without any errors. I believe it'll surely help you as it worked for me...

First Time Install / Clean Flash
Make Sure you are Flashing it over Realme UI Firmware/ Don't flash it over color os Firmware!!
- Make sure you're running the latest TWRP/OrangeFox
- Boot into recovery
- Wipe System, vendor, data, cache and dalvik cache
- Flash ROM zip
- Format data by typing yes in wipe section.
- Reboot to recovery (optional)
- Flash Magisk.zip (optional)
- Reboot to system & #KeepEvolving
Update / Dirty Flash
- Boot into recovery
- Wipe cache and dalvik cache
- Flash ROM zip
- Reboot to recovery (optional)
- Flash Magisk.zip (optional)
- Reboot to system & #KeepEvolving

I compiled a Realme X RMX1901 Evolution X (v7.6.1) ROM with Asmin Anwar's Device Tree, Kernel Source code, and vendor files extracted from DerpFest ROM.
I made a little customization for the build.
Everything seems to work.
Just after installation, you might need to register for Play Protect certification as a Custom ROM.
You need to turn on USB OTG from Settings>System>RealmeParts if you needed.
You could download ROM from here:

I installed it on my Realme x cn but I'm facing a problem. I can't sign in to my google account. When I click to sign in it redirects me to the sign in page then crashes. I have attached a video of the issue. Any way to fix this issue?

Did you follow everything in the installation instruction in the first post?
Did you try a factory reset from the Recovery?
I have no idea about that.
Also, You might find other developers' builds and ROMs from the Telegram group Realme X Updates.

I'm waiting for pull request finish, but it's already in Sourceforge to download.
About firmware you can follow the guide in installation on this thread.
Sorry for my bad English. I tried to install the ROM with the firmware that is in the instructions and with the keymaster firmware but in both cases it gives me bootloop and the evolution logo does not appear.

Download the firmware in website and flash in twrp, after flash the firmware flash ROM and format data

Official orange fox recovery for dipper is not maintained anymore, so it won't work properly with newer roms\android version.
Which is the best this one or pixel experience beta ?

the camera is standard in the ROM because by the regulation it is not possible to change it, but you will always be able to install the Gcam you want.
As for the weight of the ROM, this is directly from her and the features that come in it are standard for Evolution X

Phone always keep stuck at MI logo
I'm using TWRP 3.7, what I'm doing is:
- Wipe EVERYTHING
- Flash ROM
- Wipe -> Button "Format Data"
What am I doing wrong?
(Coming from Pixel Experience A12)
EDIT: Fixed it, problem was a i was using Xiaomi's Global latest firmware, it got solved when i installed China stable latest firmware, no sense for me since my phone is global version but... this is it.
