Question how to change taps symbols? - Xiaomi Poco F3 / Xiaomi Mi 11X / Redmi K40

hello,
i am totally confused. turned on "show taps" in developer options just when i have got my new poco f3 and tap symbols were red dots. installed all updates, then did factory reset and turned on "show taps" again, and now taps are shown like huge arrows points is it possible to change that symbols to normal small dots? searched google, but have found only how to enable this option, but not how to change these symbols. thanks for any advice

found it by myself:
settings->additional settings->accessibility->physical->large mouse pointer - turn off

Tilt 2: Either Disable Touch Input or Disable Auto Correct

I have read several threads regarding Touch Input in this forum but I still don't understand why I cannot change from Touch Input to any of the other 4 listed soft keyboard options. I can choose them in the pulldown and then select OK. But then if I go back into Input, Touch Input is back as the choice.
And if I cannot choose a different soft keyboard, is there at least a way to turn off the auto suggest for words? It is driving me crazy as it often changes my acronyms and other spelling to something I don't want. But I don't see any options to turn it off.
Just turn off XT9...
The toggle button is under the "a" and to the left of the "z". Just tap it to switch to ABC mode.
Then you can type "cant" and it won't autocorrect it to "can't".

[Q] Word suggestions ON/OFF on the go

Hi,
Is it possible to turn words suggestions on and off while typing. On my old phone I can do that by holding the #-key. Is there a similar way of doing it on Windows Phone.
settings > system [pivot] > keyboard
a whole lot of options there, one being "suggest text and highlight misspelt words"
that's the only place i know of.

How do I enable double tap to wake/sleep in cyanogenmod 13?

Hey guys! This seems like a really noobish question but how do I enable this feature since this is a very beneficial feature for me! Thanks in advance
a) Just open 'Settings' and then click at the magnifying glass in the upper right corner. Type 'tap' in there (without quotation marks)
b) Open 'Settings' and your preferences of your screen. There are two options for tapping. One for screen off and one for screen on. Screen off only works at your notification-bar. Screen on like usual.
How to disable double-tap-wakeup? Screen settings for double-tap "screen off" is working, but for "screen on" nothing change. How to fix it?

Question on how to set up which settings appear in the "quick settings" area

Question on how to set up which settings appear in the "quick settings" area
I may not be referring to the "Quick Settings" area by the proper name, but it's the group of settings available when you pull down from the notification bar twice. On my HTC One M8, there were a number of options to select from, and I could choose which settings I wanted there, and in what order. The settings in there included things like WiFi, Bluetooth, Airplane Mode, Auto Rotate, Brightness, Sound Profile, DND, etc. In the current analogous area for the HTC 10 some, but not all, of the settings I'd like to be able to control appear, and I see no way to change the selection, or even to change the arrangement of the settings that do appear.
I'm sure there's a way to change the settings that appear, and the order they appear in. Can someone who has figured this out please share the secret?
Thanks!
Nope.....

OnePlus5t magisk rooted OS 7.1.1 => Keyboard sliding down while typing

Hello,
I have a rooted ( Magisk-v14.5 ) OnePlus 5t with Android 7.1.1.
Without me ( knowingly ) changing any settings suddenly the following behaviour occurs:
While I am typing in an App like Tinder, E-Mail etc... the virtual keyboard keeps sliding down like i touch the little triangle button on the left bottom corner. But of course I am not accidentally touching it.
Sometimes the Keyboard is sliding down without me even touching the phone.
This behavior seems rather random, sometimes it works for hours ... sometimes I can hardly type anything.
For me it looks like some "App / Process / Command " is trying to take over the input controls of the phone but it never shows up
I use the most updated version of "Gboard"
I tried the following:
1. de-install "Gboard" and use other keyboards like "SwiftKey Keyboard"
2. changing all settings the I somehow would relate to keyboard inputs
3. I used the " developer options -> input -> Show taps / Pointer Location " to check if maybe my touchscreen sensors are broken and the phone actually registers an touch at the point where the little triangle button on the left bottom corner of the keyboard is. => No touch registered
Can someone help me or has similar experiences and a solution ?
