Ringtone volume starts low

Guys
I've searched about this issue and couldn't find a proper answer. My note 2's ringtone starts low and ascends. It seems it's a feature with all galaxy phones. Is there any way to disable it ? (preferably without rooting)
Yes there are ways to disable it (such as using Xposed framework). And yes these ways require root access. If there is a way to disable this without root, I'd like to be corrected, but AFAIK there isn't.
Search in the play store for ;
"Disable Increasing Ring" from Shumoapp

No root = no android system mods
This is a simple equation, if you want to override this ascending ring tone feature you should be a root user

It worked but the problem is it gives me an invisible icon on status bar all the time which there doesn't seem to be a way to disable it

I know ,i'm new to android and still learning
Just wanted to know if it's possible via root or not
That's very interesting. Didn't know that there is an app that doesn't require root access to achieve this.

Try this. Go to Settings > Application Manager > Scroll down until you find the app then click on it and Untick "Show Notifications". If that doesn't work then the app requires to be present in the notification bar in order not to be killed by the system.

[Q] Hide apps?

I noticed in the app drawer there is no option to hide apps, but there is an option thats greyed out for disabled apps. Is this the same thing? If so, how do you disable the apps? When I tap on uninstall/disable, I only can uninstall the apps.

I don't have the tablet yet but you should be able to disable apps from the Settings > Applications Manager. You can only disable some system apps which you can't uninstall.

Enable Softkeys Fullscreen

I'm using Kodi on my tablet, but one problem I've encountered is that the softkeys always hide.
Now, I can't remember if it was an app or an Xposed module that allowed you to enable immersive/show hide notification panel/softkeys per app basis.
Would appreciate if someone could help me.
Many thanks!

I believe App Settings has the ability to set the full screen mode per app. You can set it to default, force, prevent or immersive.
It's an Xposed module that I use on my phone. Not sure if it works on Xposed for Lollipop, I haven't put Xposed on my tablet yet.
Thanks for your reply, but unfortunately App Settings isn't compatible with Lollipop as of yet.
Anyone know of alternative way to enable Semi immersive mode for Kodi?
Thanks

Any way to hide the app names on system apps?

Is there any way to hide the app name that appears on almost all system apps like gallery, phone, messagss. Files etc without root?
It really makes the phone slower, i have seen that the a70 does not have this animation for stock apps.
This can be removed but only with root and a custom rom.

ok

To Full screen apps or To NOT Full screen apps.....why only Auto?

So in previous versions of full screen on Samsung flagship phones, you could individually toggle on/off full screen for each app.
Am I missing something here?
Now, it seems like you have 'Auto or Full Screen' or 'Hide Camera cutout', which forces every app to not be full screen.
I want to be able to chose!
Is there a hidden setting to enable per app toggle if this feature?

Do you mean this? You can pick for each app.

But the choice is AUTO or Full Screen.....not ON/OFF like in previous iterations of Android.
Looks like Google wants the developers to code that into their apps.
