Krexus-CAF is what the name implies. The Krexus unique combination of mods, on top of a clean uptodate and latest CAF source.
Built mainly of top of AOSP-CAF (with permission) and using only what's necessary from all the other great non-nexus device supporting ROMs (CyanogenMod, Dirty Unicorns, AOSPB, Tesla etc), Krexus-CAF tries to provide the maximum compatibility possible with CM-based device trees while keeping a small ROM base.

About Krexus:
Krexus was born out of a simple necessity. The latest releases of stock Android (namely lollipop and marshmallow) were pretty close to my idea of a perfect android ROM, yet missing some elements, which are meant to be included in stock Android, at least for me. Starting from a clean AOSP environment, only specific features and fixes are included, which are personally tested, with one goal in mind. To create a stock like android ROM, "as it should be".
This means, and I mean it, a ROM like how stock nexus image should be, for me.
This isn't going to get bloated. Most UI "features" are already there.
This isn't going to start picking commits relentlessly, I will test them personally and only add things that 1) work like they should 2) would fit in a stock ROM.
This isn't going to be updated very quickly. Only security and bug fixes will be pushed out ASAP.
This is going to follow Google's & AOSP guidelines as closely as I can.[/SPOILER]

Me too waiting for the next update. Krexus is the smoothest ROM ever on my MOTO G 1st Gen. I am hoping for same performance and smoothness from this one. Please focus on this ROM. It will be a boon for Redmi 1s users.

I hope it will update that can be a daily driver. I seeking for a caf based rom that frequently updated.

smoothest rom till date. just one bug notification led is not working for me while charging

My quick review:
1. One of the smallest mm rom I've ever seen (only 215mb). The cool thing is no apps are removed that is not available at playstore.
2. Super smooth, despite of stock kernel used.
3. More 30 mins music playing time, no audio bug (I don't know for a longer time. I will keep testing).
4. The kernel is good. No heat issues.
For now, one of the best mm rom or best caf based aosp rom. I hope for continuous updates.

Hello, Has this Rom the same problem with Bluetooth as LOS? I connect my phone to the Car unit and cannot search Music. In StockRom this feature works perfect

Hello Gibran I flashed liquid remix pie on my Galaxy S7 and when trying to use the call recording feature an error pops up saying failed to start recording.
Would really appreciate any assistance.

I tested and I have the same bug in Bluetooth as in LOS. How can I solve this to browse my music over BT from my Car unit?

Substratum doesn't work on this ROM. Is there any suggestion?

Well, it promises a lot and it seems very interesting, I want to try it, but I would like to know if it has the same bugs as Lineage 16 and if the HWComposer does not work here either

Well, you first have to flash LIQUID REMIX! I have tested the HWComposer and it don't work. Some other bugs can happen but fortunately, I did not get it. Good luck!

Nice rom but I encountered a problem with the Bluetooth car during a phone call! The audio is very disturbed and goes jerky and it is impossible to speak and hear! Is it a bug or has it only happened to me?

Hey another day another rom, that's what you might be thinking. but we at stag (I'll try not to use big words, because the idea is to be simple) aim at something towards elegance. sorry for the delay in replying you can follow the LineageOS tutorial without major changes in ColtOS installation

Great Rom. Runs smooth since day one. Great job! After install and root, I was able to install viper4android successfully as well. If anyone would like the specifics just let me know...

None of the files contain .img files when downloaded and won't flash any ROM at all, it goes through the file normally though.
On the sourceforge website it says "Size 719.4MB" but when downloading it's 686MB

Does anyone have Google Fi and experience mobile data signal issues when using compatible custom roms? I get crappy signal where I live now but when I tried out this custom rom, as well as others, I get a constant NO SIGNAL or "x" mark on my signal bars at the top of my screen/notification QS panel. Is there anything during the format/flash/new install process that I could do or might be doing wrong to carry the modem firmware over without any modification? Is ANYONE else experiencing issues like this? Thanks, in advance, everyone. Awesome rom. by the way! Great job-this rom stays on my Nexus 6, just trying to get it smooth on my G7 now I'd go as far as to say BETTER than Candy ROM (easily) better than Havoc and Lineage and others, as well, if for no other reason then just for the simple fact that there are so much more customization options/colors/fonts, etc with Colt OS than any other rom I've personally tried! FAQ
Why is the security patch older than the latest AOSP patch?
CLO focus on delivering the latest hardware patches and are usually about a month behind Google on security patches, on the other hand, Google is usually a month or more behind on them on CLO patches (sometimes months). No point in complaining about it, if you want the latest security patch, go with an AOSP based rom (like LineageOS), if you want latest Qualcomm optimizations for our hardware as well as fixes, go with CLO, it's as simple as that.

I installed this just for the 48 mp cam and "it just works"

Using it for 5 days no issues yet. Will update if I find any. Cheers dev.
Update : nothing major per se just some overlapped ui elements

This is the best Gingko rom because the 48MP camera works
It also has a lot of good customizations and features.

Impressive Rom, batterie lasts actually very long. No problems at all.

any chance to get no gapps build?

The camera works perfectly ! It's first time in so many roms !
Battery, VOIP calls, stability, all without problems.
I would like to install pixel launcher as default, can anyone help ?

Autoanswer: yes.
I flashed this rom replacing xiaomi.eu because development is dead for this device and so far so good. Everything works. My wife love it.

I haven't found any bug yet, everything seems to be working fine, and smooth too!

Development on willow doesn't dead (yet), it follows ginkgo. Only few roms that have NFC problem on willow. I own willow myself. Other than that, anything that works on ginkgo, should work on ginkgo too, and vice versa.
I'm not too fancy of reloaded, but it's just my personal preference, since last time it was out on a10, only few builds had been released. You are welcome to use anything you like.

Excuse my english, I was referring to xiaomi.eu project only, it's a dead end for this device. Of course, there are development in other roms like this one.
