MOTO G4 Camera

1st of all this is not my work, it's a port by @Alberto97 On His Thread for MOTO G
Following another port of his here, i found his Camera Port and though i'd give it a try, and to my surprise it worked (On Z3 MM)
the good part is, it can be considered like the Superior Auto on the Sony cam, with it originally capturing on 15/20 MP , and it does produce very good Images , actually compared to the Sony Superior auto (Unlocked cam) with the same res (15 &20 MP) the images from this seems sharper
pausing with 1 finger and pressing on an object give the ability to adjust exposure and focus on that object ...

it should work on all MM Roms.

Why you guys do not try install before asking? If does not work, uninstall. Thats simple!
Anyway, works on Z3c Beta MM .151. Front Camera FC.

Best Gcam Mod for 5T?

There is a Thread on Oneplus 5 for Gcam but which Gcam Mod with which settings are the best for the 5T? Or is there a other Soft Cam which is better?

Have test with the same settings (only HDR+ param. i set high) and its looks better but not perfect.

When I use ZSL HDR+ I get lot's of ugly dots in the image. You as well?

Yep, when I take a photo with HDR+ on and especially with ZSL the shots are full of dots when zoomed in.

Could you please test with a yellow/orange/red surface? Seems only to happen on specific colors. I have no issues on green or blue surfaces, but on yellow, orange and red. And only with HDR+ on.

Not for now. Without cam source never can fix this.

What settings are you using ? And which version? I am on OP 5 but assuming since.primary camera module is same as in 5T I may works. I am not gettinga dot issues if I am not enabling raw support from advanced settings.

General OOS Cam/GCAM vs my PC. Are bright lights too much for OOS?

I'm sure a lot of people are in the same predicament that I'm in right now, where you're waiting on crDroid or some other ROM to finally support OOS Cam before you make the switch over to custom ROMs. I finally decided to give GCAM a try before I make the switch so I can determine if it's worth losing OOS Cam or not, and, while it would suck to lose 4K120 recording and some other neat OOS Cam features, what is going on with OOS Cam and bright lights?
I decided to try and take some pictures of my computer after upgrading it and I was extremely disappointed with the way the photos came out. It seriously looks like very bright LEDs just completely overwhelm the processing of OOS. I was ready to call the camera hardware itself bad until I gave GCAM a try. The pictures look like I grabbed an entirely new camera, check it out:

General [Camera Sample] Aquos R6

Well, most of user who hear/buy this phone surely looking for something from it's camera setup. Including me.
After few months using it, my personal opinion is : The camera has great potential, but need right tuning during photo taking, or right tuning in post processing (by using RAW). Not really suitable for your point and shoot purpose. But well planned shot will give good result.
As for Video, this sensor is excellent for mood/ shallow DoF kind of Video.
Hopefully Sharp will improve it's camera app snapiness, and it's HDR consistency.
Attached is some of my personal shots using the camera. You can attach yours too, so that other user can use the thread for their reference when weighing their option towards the phone

i can test whether the apk is fully working though. It's bit quirky to do proper apk backup without root in modern android

Someone has also the camera apk of the Leitz Phone 1? Would like to test if it's working on the Aquos, because of the Leitz mode that is missing on the R6.

Hello, how can someone who uses their device without root to optimize the camera performance? Can you give a link? Which is the best version of Opencam or GCAM? What settings should I do that does not want root?

My favourite is just Stock MIUI Camera. I like to use Pro-Mode with -1 Contrast & Sharpness and Picture Quality Low and 4k30fps.
I also like Panorama & Longtime Exposure

It requires root to load gcam xml config files. I think you are just using apk.
