S20 ultra video recording bitrate - Samsung Galaxy S20 / S20+ / S20 Ultra Questions &

Hi,
My s20 ultra records videos at 4k with ~30k bitrates, and at 8k with ~78k bitrates.
Is there any way to record videos at 4k with a ~78 bitrates?
I think 30k bitrate is too low for 4k in s20 ultra, ı want to increase it. since I am using video editing program bitrate is important for me.
If you can help me in this issue ill be happy,
thanks

Does 1080p video look better than 4k from the G4 camera?

From my understanding, 4k video from the G4 has very low bitrate. I took two comparison videos on my phone, 1080p vs 4k, and it seems like the 1080p looks quite a bit better. Anyone know the bitrate comparisons between the two?
I'm wondering if it's wise to just keep my video settings set to record only 1080p and not even bother with 4k.
To me the 4k looks better then 1080p...

4k looks better than the 1080p, but the 4k still doesn't look great on my 4k monitor on my computer. The computer has lots of pixelization, and playback looks like borderline buffering. The computer has plenty of horsepower too.

video shooting: UHD vs FHD quality

Hello guys,
help me to sort something out.
I made a UHD video and FHD video. Both fps are 30. My PC monitor is 1920x1080.
How can it be, that UHD video quality is much much better then FHD? I say so, because my monitor is with FHD resolution (so it cannot reproduce UHD fully) and frame rate is 30 on both videos, so the quality should be the same, right?
Or I do understand something wrong here ?
Thanks!
An UHD downscaled to FHD video will probably appear sharper than a native FHD video when being displayed on an FHD monitor.
That's not very strange, imho.
Because FULL HD has only 17Mbps bitrate whereas 4K in Marshmallow has 46Mpbs, in Lollipop 30Mpbs.

Does we have any advantage from playing 2160p - 1440p videos on 1080p display

Firstly sorry for very basic question ;D.
I have seen some guys playing 4k (2160p) videos on youtube, but does this videos looks better then 2k (1080 p) videos, even if the display resolution is 2k only ?
I am asking because im watching from time to time vr videos, but the quality isn't really good with 2k videos.
No advantage. If this was true, then what was the need of making 4K display in the first place
@hp5942
but maybe if the video has black lines on the side and you zoom in then you would have an advantage with 4k ?

Maybe. But if you are not zooming, then 4K has no advantage on 1080p screen

24fps Video Recording for Galaxy s9 Galaxy s9+

There has been information about the Galaxy s9 and s9+ specs floating around especially the camera such as 60fps video recording. Is there any info on 24fps 4k video recording? 24fps video recording a major element which is why the iphone x has the option.
Where did you hear those rumors?
Anyway, we will know for sure at the end of Feb
25, 30, 50 and 60 fps would be great
But what are you think how much will be diffrence between s8 and s9? Because the hardwer is the same just aperature from 1.7 to 1.4... that will be just for low light. And yes i know that will be super slow motion and etc, but will be real difrence i photo quality?

Question Video Quality

Did anyone do their testing on the Video settings and which option would give me the best video result? is 4k 60 worse in quality than 4k 30 but higher frames? how is the 8k compared to the best 4k option (Other than res?)
