Hello everyone i have a trouble with my poco f3.
I tryed to unlock the Bootloader with the xiaomi utilities, i waited 7 days and clicked on unlock everything was fine till the phone reboot and then did a bootloop.
i tryed to flash a rom stock with fastboot and xiaomi flash, but everytime after the flash my phone get stuck on the poco logo....
I tryed to install twrp but when i launch adb in cmd it say "device null not found"
i really need some help please...

Well i tryed to flash syberia fastboot, i tryed like one hundred time and this time, it worked i dont know why.....
I'll maybe try to reflash the EEA rom if i dont like Syberia, it's the only rom that worked

Hi, after performing the second method described in this tutorial : http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3/how-to/guide-mega-unbrick-guide-hard-bricked-t3405700 I was stuck at version 3.1.2 of oxygenos . every time I try to install a new rom I have a softbrick. I can flah only the twrp recovery . I tried updating via ota , adb sideload and put cyanogen but the situation does not change . I can only restore to 3.1.2 with qualcomm tool . does anyone know how to do ?:crying:

Did you flash the community build that oneplus offers? Not. 3.1.2 but 3.5.2? it bricks booting / flashing into twrp and therefore flashing anything else. Sideloading doesn't work on that either.
Flash the TWRP recovery attached to the first post of that thread. Then you should be able to boot into twrp and flash another rom to get your phone back to life.

Yes i did and i had the modded twrp but now it doesnt work and i am unable to flash the 3.5.2 community

Can you tell what you did before you brick your phone first time and all steps after?

yesterday I installed the ROM V.11.0.7 but it doesn't make any changes. It seems official. It's terrible! Today I tried to put the V. 11.0.5 but it does not even let me install the TWPR 3.4.1B I probably made a mess.
It doesn't allow me to downgrade.

To come back to miui from AOSP you must use miflash tool to flash an official fastboot version of miui. It's necessary because miflash restores some partitions that are altered by flashing AOSP roms. Just remember not to relock the bootloader because miflash can do that.

You must bind your mi flash to your account to be able to use it to flash a rom on your phone. Note that mi flash will recognize your phone even if you had flashed a different rom on it.

I unlocked bootloader today and tried to install eu 12.5.2 fastboot in mi 11x via fastboot.. it is saying failed to send buffer in some partition.. tried many times and then tried installing twrp sam here failed to send data... Any solution ?

What do you mean unblocked bootloader today?.
You mean the 7 days passed since you unblocked your phone using the tool, right ?
If you didn't wait. That means your phone's bootloader is still locked.

Yeah bro i know how to unlock bootloader.. ive been unlocking since 2014 lol.. i am facing problem while flashing miui eu.. it was saying failed to send some items and never installs.. and rwrp too..it is saying faild to send package

Start ur phone in fastboot mode, connect it to PC and write "fastboot devices" in cmd window. It's ur phone showed? If it does, what command did u use for "install" TWRP? U have to use "fastboot boot TWRP-3.5.1-alioth-Nebrassy-2.img" first in cmd window opened in the folder u keep .img file. If u did all I said and u still have the same problem....sorry for the time u lost reading my message lol

twrp isnt showing internal storage. even if i formated data and tried installing via otg. eu rom process is taking forever
try using adb sideload on twrp to flash the rom it will be good just wait the progress till done n reboot the system, before u flash withadb sideload make sure to do a clean install do not flashing with dirty install

Try changing USB Cable and also USB Port. I too was facing problems while installing Eu ROM 12.5.2.0 over my Stable Global ROM. I unlocked the bootloader. Via Fastboot tried to install the ROM multiple times. I was stuck at sending sparse Super 1/7, 4/7 n 5/7 etc during three different installations. Then changed the USB port and tried installing again and it went smooth. My device being Mi 11X Indian Variant.

now I am stuck on fastboot, cannot boot anywhere except fastboot. how to fix this???? do I have to wait for miui 12.5.11 fastboot rom???? how long will this take for fastboot rom???
edit: when i do a fastboot getvar anti the result is 1

i just flash the MIUI 12.5.8 ROM even though it was orignally MIUI 12.5.11?????
i will try on linux because miflash can never detect my phone for some reason. only xiaomitoolv2 can detect
After you become root on linux, you can install it with the command ./flash_all.sh

tried on windows the .bat but always error

im curious to know if you did that from the live cd of the distro you picked or if you installed linux
Not a live cd. Fully installed on the drive. Had to dual boot.
Just try different versions of the rom but same region where you bought

Thanks..i did install fastboot rom then dod the same way but i sodeloaded pixel os and it starts in first chance..but awoken os was not booting or I don't know it wasn't flashing !! And i have another question is Android 13 firmware is same for every rom ?

Unlock your device. Flash the china rom of 11. Root it and install this module throw magisk. Type 7 times on the miui logo in the update settings. Download the china recoveryy rom beta 12 on the root of your tablet. Select the three dot on the right and choose update from a local package. Choose the rom china beta 12 and wait to install it. You can root the 12 too if you want. You can find the guides of every point in this forum. Root, unlock, how to flash rom ecc...
Edit: there is a fastboot rom from the beta 12. You can install it directly throw xiaomi flash tool or throw the adb command, without to install before the china 11.

You have to boot in bootloader mode. Adb reboot bootloader
