I've made a few Modern Samsung boot logos for my Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 and thought it might be good to share them.
I've only tested this on SM-P900, on LOS 18.1, I'm not responsible if your device gets bricked by this.
You can install them using this tool, follow the tutorial on that thread and use one of the jpg from the zip attached (make sure to rename it to logo.jpg)
Also, if anyone has any requests for boot logos, do let me know and I will try to make them. (You can also try to make your own, just edit one of the images already in the ZIP)

Made this for myself as a replacement for the current CM9 boot animation and decided to share it with others as they may appreciate it.
Installation Requires Root Permissions
Download the boot animation to your SD-CARD
Using a root file explorer, move the bootanimation.zip to system/media/
Reboot and enjoy a simple animation
Created specifically for our screen size of 320x480.

here is the problem: i've tried making both a bootanimation.zip to copy to system/media/ and a flashable zip for cmw but both attempts have been complete fails.
i've attached both files so that if anyone wants to check them out to see what i'm doing wrong and can help out, is welcome to do so.
NOTE: yes, both files are zipped as "store" and i used my previous boot animation as base for this one.
NOTE 2: I'm on the latest (slim bean 2.7) slim rom and using the devil/hellybean kernel if anyone is wondering

Most people should be ok just to install by copy the bootanimation.zip to your /system/customize/resources/ folder
You may need to rename your bootanimation.zip to hTC_bootup_one.zip or different to suit your ROM - consult the appropriate thread for specific details, I cant answer what to rename it for every rom out there sorry folks. A guide on making the bootanimation found here if you want to customise.

my fixed version:
if you can't see the difference, you don't have OCD about little details like i do
see attachments for download.
bootanimation.zip is just the boot animation file if you want to push it to your system partition manually.
google_bootanim_fixed_flashable.zip is flashable via TWRP or CWM.

I see the dots going around (fully)
It doesnt go in a 360 degree on purpose.
I forgot already everything about flashing and haven't used this device for 2 years, but wanted to revive this one now. My phone is stuck on logo but it has still the twrp recovery but it says there No OS and device was not root. Can anyone help me give steps on what to do? As far as I remember, I had hard time reviving this one before but had given up so it was not used for 2 years. My device is a korean variant. Pleaseeee! See attached picture for few details that I can and only know to provide.
