Brick my phone, How can i unbrick it?

HI
Today i buy a Chine version of Redmi Note 5 and when i connect it to wireless it show Update to me, i try tree time to update but i encounter with:
"Couldn't verify the source of this update. Try downloading it again."
My MIUI version were MIUI Global9.5 | Stable 9.5.17.0(OEIMIFA)
i notice that my phone is unlocked !!!
So i think because of unlocked bootloader i cant update my phone, i switch to FASTBOOT mode and i use "fastboot oem lock" command to lock my device, BUT after restart my phone dont boot and show:
"This MIUI version can't be install on this device."
After this i download "whyred_images_V10.0.2.0.OEICNFH_20180918.0000.00_8.1_cn" china fastboot rom and i try to flash with "MiFlash2017-7-20-0" but it show this error: "Flash xbl error"
Now i really dont know what i must do
Even i cant turn off my phone.
Please help me

If it booted after a successful unlock then all is good and install twrp. Read about ARB before flashing anything.

If MIFlashPro or MIAssistant does not work then you can force testpoint and flash global rom with miflash.
Follow my tutorial:

can i force testpoint without opening the phone on hardware, can this be done through software?

i have some questions:
1. testpoint and deep flash cable take the phone to same state?
2. in testpoint phone don't need battery (i see in youtube videos people remove battery connector from board) , do you know we need the battery or not in deep flash way? (because i can't power off my phone, can i wait to empty my phone battery and turn off and after this i use this way?)
3. My current status is: China pack phone, Locked bootloader, Global Developer version 8.11.1 , Now with testpoint which rom i must install to boot correct?
4. In testpoint or deep flash mode (edl mode), can we install any Rom or we must install same carrier Rom on phone?

1. Yes but there is no deep flash cable working yet. So disassembly is the last choice.
2. Yes try to wait for the battery to drain and flash. If it doesn't work then disconnect battery.
3. You can flash any china rom. But with the ARB4 status, you may try to flash global rom by replacing the rawprogram.xml file.

trying to get miui beta without mi pilot account and also without unlocked Boot and twrp is like trying to start a dead engine without repairing it. And No it's not dangerous to unlock bootloader flashing unofficial roms or cfw roms without migrating cfw and flashing factory preloader is dangerous because mediatek gets stuck in edl and it advises download mode that works in sp flash only after logging with authorized account , factory preloader removes the need for authorized account which makes it fully recoverable without paying a penny.

I updated via fastboot before with the official global ROM i heard it's already available so that's why I'm asking if anyone has the link to the official ROM nothing more nothing less

nah nowadays mtk miui get slow updates , you have to wait for devs to make sure rom is stable. Have a good day.

or someone kown how to patch origin mbn file with IDA or another hex editor？

Simple go to service center and get it flashed. As there is no auth bypassed firehorse available yet ..

Can someone please provide me firehose for redmi 7 (onclite). It's bricked in edl mode. Even service centers are not able to repair it.

This one is not MSM at all. Thank you, you provided me a link to the package that I built I have the same for COS A11,A12 and A13. Please note the topic is MSM. We are looking for MSM tool to recover from hard brick. As of now all available MSM packages for 9RT needs login and password of OnePlus representative in order to use.

Well, MSM available in OnePlus service centers. And they can flash your phone remotely via TeamViewer or other similar tool. Problem is if you bought 9RT from Aliexpress, support in any other country will direct you to chinese support. Communicating with chinese representatives is difficult because they use their own social networks and messengers.
Another option is paid service from third party. Just google it, can't write direct links to paid services here.

Hello. I´ve bricked my OP 9RT MT2110 with colorOS couple days ago and need help to unbrick. Stuck on boot loop. Bootloader is lock and it´s a problem. It can boot into Fastboot, Recovery, FastbootD modes (recovery and fastbootd modes looks the same).

Hi were you able to unbrick your phone? I just got my phone bricked after locking bootloader. I'm unable to get bootloader or recovery.

Hi. No I haven't been able to unbrick as basically no-one has a properly working msm download tool, I've tried to unbrick with two versions of tool ( used hxd editor to change hexes in tool ) and was the same outcome stopped flashing software at 3% due to not proper communication with server as opf file requires so. Have a look in https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/edl-flash-tool-leak.4494211/ here is a bit more information. Try pressing down the volume up, down and power buttons at the same time it should lead to bootloader.

tried that power button + volume up + down keys and still unable to get to bootloader.. It will immediately prompt me that the current image have been destroyed.

Well. Wait until we all will have msm download tool or send phone to repair centre. Bootloader and recovery will not work until phone have flashed android.

Hello brothers!
I'd like to know more about unlock bootloader, msm tool and about custom rom.
Does oneplus give us the ability to unlock the bootloader?
Is it possible to create a msm tool for it? I know that oneplus 10 pro had a problem with it...
As a oneplus 8/8 pro, 6T, op5, op3 and op1 user I always liked the fact that these were perfect phones for development. oneplus gives us such an opportunity at all now? My question is because I haven't seen it on op10pro...
I hope someone can answer these questions and we can talk about it together.

There is fastboot enhanced which doesn't save you if you hard brick and can't get into fastboot flashing mode(not stock bootloader). Chinese users say there is a flash tool but nothing has surfaced yet. A dev who was trying to make it work for a cease and desist message from oppo

Oh that's stinks msm was a godsend for me because of the readback function built in to pull stock boot image for magisk

i had same issue, try disconnecting the cable then turn on while pressing all keys, somehow i got to fastboot,
am there at moment trying to figure out next

Thanks for sharing, I definitely need to try that! Did you press all keys and hold, or just press randomly?

So I can't get the drivers to recognize the device. OP does not have the 11 listed in the drivers download page. Are there other drivers that work?
**UPDATE** Disregard. Figured it out.

Can you please tell how? My phone was stuck at EDL mode. I couldn't find any guide on how to recover and for some reason, QLMFlasherTrial was not opening in my PC. I have my phone to service centre for repair and still waiting.

Is there a link someone could share for unlocking bootloader or perhaps the payload dump method?

Update: I went to service centre in India to fix my bricked OnePlus 11. Service centre didn't have enough software yet to fix. Also My device was the first device registered to be fixed. So I'm getting a replacement of the device.

did you try to flash oos via edl or did you try to flash the firmware that was on the cell phone via edl? (if that is a china op11 you should flash coloros by edl with the tool if you have an AUTH. for the tool

That didn't work when I tried. Actually I tried fastboot oem unlock. That's still the correct phrase right?
