My xperia10iii is prototype.
I'm in China, And my sim card cannot be used in it.
So I want to unlock it. I used qunlocktool, but because it's prototype, it cannot be unlocked
please tell me how to unlock it.

Hey, so before you do that, could you kindly document your device via Photos or Videos etc.? Screenshots of the software and other ways? Would be great for preservation. I sadly can't help with your issue, though, my recommendation is to get a retail version of the device.

Guys I need some help. I know this is more of a PPC phone place and the smartphone forum isn't the most happenin' place, but I just got my Dopod S300 yesterday, and I need to figure out how to CID-Unlock it as the main ROM is in Chinese (though I can access English), and there's a WWE rom out there, but I get "Invalid Device ID" when flashing. I know this isn't the most popular phone yet, but the C500 got CID Unlocked and so did the Tornado, so I'm "hoping" this can get unlocked soon.

I have just purchased a used Artemis which was supposed to be unlocked but unfortunately is not. Is there a way to get it unlocked for free or close too free? Looking for a cheap solution.

sim unlock or cid unlock?
Not expirienced enough to know the difference. It has got windows mobile 6.1 on it so i guess it is cid unlocked and i just need to sim unlock it.

Like others new Threads...and newbies...read some posts on XDA before asking.
Answer: it is actually not possible to SIM unlock HTC Artemis, P3300 from the operator you buy it.
1° there are some links on the web where you can buy an unlock code for SIM unlocking P3300.
2° Ask your operator if it is possible to give you the unlock code.
3° If you got some skills on programming this device, help community to find an unlock sequence for it.
I hope this answer will be for you and any futur (in two days) questions about that very usefull.

You have to get the unlock code from your carrier. An when you insert a different sim car you will be promted for the code.
i hope you can help me to solve this problem....there is this Imate Ultimate 9502 that I want to upgrade but it gets to a point and asks ROM unlock code,can you please give any idea about it or u have any rom unlock code

The device you are referring to is not a Blue Angel (heck, I don't even think it is made by HTC). If it is asking for an unlock code, it means that your device is not unlocked, which means that you will not be able to install a custom rom on it until you unlock it. Having said that, there is no HTC device in this whole site that even resembles the ultimate 9502. Chances are that if you do manage to get it unlocked, and flash something from xda-developers.com, you will end up with a brick. Please read before you post, make sure that you are getting a rom meant for your device, and ask plenty of questions before you flash or else you will brick the device.

I understood in the original post what you were asking for. My answer is still the same: this is not a Blue Angel (or a device made by HTC for that matter), we have no way or tools to determine the unlock code for your device. There are two things that you could try
1. Go to a forum that has development for your device (maybe Howardforums, PPCGeeks, etc)
2. Call your provider and see if they have this information. I know that blackberry carriers have this kind of info available (sometimes for a fee though)

and charge your battery to 100% before you flash. if it dies during a flash it'll be worth just as much as a paperweight

The ROM unlock code is on your box if you still have it. If you don't have your box or have the code written down somewhere, give up now. Before Club I-mate went offline, you could get the code from them (foolish me to think they would always be there), I have tried Telstra support (Australia), but while they are able to flash the ROM, they will not give out the code or how they do it.
An appeal... If any service techs are out there that know how they get the code, and can let us know, there would be a lot of very greatful users.

edit: looks like you can't use this bootloader for anything at the moment, except bricking your device.
