Question Quick tiles settings - Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3

This is going to sound extremely goofy, but I cannot seem to locate the option to select which tiles are on and off. Please help as I think it's age setting in..

Lol, I had an epiphany, and it worked.. lol The device has to be opened in order to access the tiles settings..

It doesn't. Just in an odd place. The ux of the settings icon trips humans up.

How to get the "me" - tile back? oO

Hey guys,
I accidentally removed the "me" tile from the start page. You know, that facebook & windows live combo thing. I can't find any way to bring it back. Does somebody have an idea?
Go to the People tile/application, click on your picture/status to bring up your "Me" section, and at the bottom menu there will be an option to re-pin it.
Ah, thanks a lot, mate. Do you probably also know how I can make that tile show my windows live picture rather than my facebook profile picture?
Can't you just click on the picture when you go into the Me tile and change it? I'm honestly not sure, my phone isn't next to me at the moment, but you could try that, if not, I really don't know.
Tapping and holding it just offers you to synchronize again. That's all.
i believe it takes the latest updated photo, so if you update your live one only, it should become the photo.

IE9 Landscape Adressbar FAIL! need OFF option!!! Bring back Fullscreen Browsing! VOTE

do you type in urls all day? learn how to use favorites and how to touch links damn whiners (7 pro users excluded)
silent happy users its time to stand up
i was quiet pleased that i could fullscreen browse in lanscape.
not possible in mango...
a simple switch could do the trick! if you want fullscreen u need to spread the word, vote for fullscreen browsing!!!!
i'm not 100% sure but i think in one of the demo videos, the guy who was showing off the new browser on mango was able to toggle the address bar on and off
Not really i kinda like it =) Someting new indeed!
Oh well yes there should be a button for fullscreen browsing. Replied to fast thought it was only for the bar location

ahhhh, funny guy.
+1
It eats too many space.
I think they should make the address bar disappear below the screen when browsing and come back up with a flick from the bottom, or a slide from lower left like for the paste icon.
a pop up/pop out address bar icon would be enough for me.
+1 Options! Options! Options!! There should always be OPTIONS!
I'm all for landscape Address bar, but it better go away once i start scrolling

Just like opera mobile 10.
I agree there should be a switch. But even if it turned on it should disappear like opera 10. Then pull it up bu a little tab showing while your browsing.

It's a very common option in forum polls, even if it's only humorous. Pie should always be an option

In my opinion there should be a slider to turn on/off the adress bar in landscape mode and once activated a little button should appear which opens the bar.

Most annoying missing features in mango

Apparently after a wonderful time playing with my mango HD7 phone, I suddenly remember one thing that I always wish to have in WP7: the ability to play audible books. Hell yea why did not they have this feature? Even my Ipod first generation can do this.
Wifi / Bluetooth Toggle
Gapless music playback
Music scrubber
Customizable accent colors
Un-removable of the Folder button in the email app. (Seriously MS? At least make these customizable)
Visual Voicemail (on AT&T)
Option to default to keypad (instead of history) when hitting the phone tile
Week mode on the calendar
I'm really digging deep, but that's all I can thing of on my end. I don't understand why the phone doesn't have gapless playback while my Zune HD does.
Also, is anyone else disappointed that "zune-esque" artist background on WP7 is nothing like the Zune HD artist background? One is a still picture, the other is a slideshow with changing colors and text rolling across the screen in a very cool way.

This is in Mango, AT&T just hasn't enabled it for Windows Phones yet as there isn't an official release. Thats why you don't see it. AT&T will enable for Windows Phones as soon as Mango is officially released. So thats at least one marked off ;p

You sure? AT&T doesn't even support visual voicemail on Android as far as I know.
Also, the ability to lock the screen rotation.

Yes. There should be an easy way to toggle this on the homescreen. Like when you hit the top of the phone to get information, the wifi / bluetooth / vibrate icons should all be selectable buttons that toggle.

I really miss that. How annoying is the screen rotating.
I would also like a Bluetooth toggle. I only turn it on when I'm driving to save battery and its a hassle going into settings multiple times a day.
I'm also missing tethering.

You can pin the settings link to your homescreen which makes it only slightly more bearable. But yeah that would be very handy, though I think using the top status bar wouldn't work very well since the icons would be hard to hit dead on. Perhaps add them to the screen that pops down when you toggle the volume?
And I too wish for a better audiobook system, one where my place is always saved regardless of a reboot, the app being closed, etc.
Agreed
I agree with you guys. Being able to toggle WiFi, Bluetooth, or in my case airplane mode would be handy, but not a deal breaker. I have pinned “Settings” to the start screen. This has helped a bit.
The deal breaker for me is a useable, WiFi capable Skype app. I’ve waited all I can. I’m eligible for a device in January and I’m gone for good if they don’t have this fixed by then.
I really don’t want to switch at all, but I need Skype and will go without no longer.
……. although that HTC Holiday is looking pretty sexy.

Someone came up with a good idea in another thread for bt/wifi/etc. toggles. Put them under the applist arrow & make use of that wasted space.
Multi select text messages like you can multi select emails

That's not a bad idea, I wouldn't just have them there all the time though. Give us the ability to pin settings type things there as we want them. That way we can choose between "the look" and "the functionality."
