I tried to installed but now it does not start, it has a bootlop... I came from Lineage 18.1, and only is looping samsung screen where the bootloafer is unlocked and never starts
I have flash the encription disables but nop.
Someon of you knows how to fix this ot it is needed get back to Stock through Odin
NOTE: I flashed in S10+ and there is not any message in the TWRP

If you came from Linux4/ Official LineageOS , my recommendation is to restore to the Stock OS and start again with TWRP and then this rom instead.
What TWRP do you recommend? And what stock OS?

Just try the latest twrp for your device.
A stock os is the firmware you get originally from samsung. You can download it and flash it with odin before rooting again and flashing the rom.

I haven't experienced any overheating issues using their Roms. When does the phone overheat, whilst gaming?
Just made an account to basically say that I've having a great time with this ROM, I've been using it for about a month now and it's great, I'd love for this to get updated somewhat often, the only bugs I've experienced were visual, sometimes settings (specifically on the QS) wouldn't show up properly even though they've been set, for example, I usually use 2 rows for QS tiles on portrait and sometimes it just goes back to 3 as default, but overall I haven't had any other issues with the ROM

In recovery before rebooting, make sure to factory reset/wipe data on first install. No wipes are needed between updates from Descendant itself, unless specified.

Nope... And this ROM is a real battery eater, but there is easy solution to this - this ROM + MVK kernel = battery consumption (nearly) same as Lineage OS And there are no problems with camera here (MVK kernel would cause camera crash in most ROMs found here).

I had been using it for a couple of weeks as daily driver and it is very solid (bug-wise) and fluid.
It may need improving the power consumption. In fully standby, it is taking about 4% of the battery (150-200mAh), which I think it a bit high. I would be expecting something around 15-20mAh.
In any of the cases, thanks a lot. I really love it.

iirc it shows some stats, gives you a few options to play around with, nothing much. you can't really game on a phone that throttles after using telegram for half an hour. also, I can't really update it, i sold the thing

I remember mentioning known bugs of this ROM in this thread, please please read the post before reporting anything. Nikgapps works for me, I suggest you check the installation process above.

a little review from me
the rom is quite stable, a bit heavy at the beginning of the installation, the problem is the menu button and can't be pressed again after restarting, waiting a few minutes until the button can be used
the battery usage is quite economical with many applications that I use, I use fw (firmware global stable) https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/firmware/gemini/stable/V10.2.2.0.OAAMIXM/
because the fw available on the link above in my opinion is very heavy
