No.
Only the Samsung apps (Gear manager + Gear PlugIn + Samsung Accessory service + .... ) can connect a Samsung Gear (Tizen) Device to a phone (Android or IOS)

Not possible for now, and it seems that won't be possible for future. Because, we cannot install extra apps on gt2, however it can be installed on pro model same features, but due to the marketing policy we cannot add app to gt2

Has anyone had success loading the Samsung phone wear apk ECG /BP mod and the watch mod apk ? I have tried on mine with A12 and can load the watch APK but it seems like I can't ge t the phone APK to launch. I am wondering if resetting the phone will be necessary to get the phone setup right.
