I relocked the bootloader according to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1134335. Want to unlock it again. I have the key from Sony ericsson. The regular method isn't working. Getting "Failed" in fastboot. How can I unlock it again?

whenever I go into the bootloader it says bootloader unlocked, bootloader secureboot and fail in big blue letters. Because of that i cannot install any updates.
I tried unlocking the bootloader but it didn't help.

You dont ever need to set s-on and you never need to lock or relock the bootloader. If your bootloader says locked or relocked and you want to unlock it then go to htcdev and follow the online instructions for unlocking the bootloader. You MUST use htcdev as that website will email you a key to flash via fastboot. You need htc_fastboot.exe too.
