Yes - I have tried but not working properly - Only Mi Limitless Icon Pack I found without White Background as of now

i was looking for a icon pack for ICS rom (lord clockans icecoldsandwich) and i was curious if it is possible to change all colored icons (drawer) into the non colored, minimalistic version like these showed in the lockscreen?

Choose the icon pack in prism tweaks, then choose customize. Pick the phone (might be labeled Contacts but have the phone icon), then pick the icon of your choosing.

I'd like to know how to make an EMUI 8.x compatible icon pack or theme?

There is an app called theme editor on the play store in which you can add any icon pack to any theme and export it when it's over.
Depending on the number of icons you want to add it can take some times to be created
Currently I am on MIUI 10 BETA ROM.
Guys is there any way that I can replace MIUI icons with custom icons. Actually I want to use modded pixel launcher but icons are square shaped and not pixel icons. I neither get option to change shape of icons nor change icon pack.
Is there any other way to change icon pack?

its not possible without creating custom theme from mi designer account, however you can try poco launcher from xiaomi, that launcher supports icon packs
I'm looking for a basic black or white icon pack which will also change Google maps outlook and chrome icons i keep at the bottom of my homescrwen
If you're using a third party launcher try flight icon pack
