General Pixel 6 battery will last 34 hours according to Google - Google Pixel 6 Pro

Estimated battery life based on testing using a mix of talk, data, standby, and use of other features. Average battery life during testing was approximately 34 hours. Battery life depends upon many factors and usage of certain features will decrease battery life. Battery testing conducted by a third party in California in mid 2021 on pre-production hardware and software, using default settings. Battery testing conducted using two major carrier networks using Sub-6 GHz non-standalone 5G (ENDC) connectivity. Actual battery life may be lower.

Really? I only saw positive ones

34 hours if the phone is turned off maybe....
Mine is getting about 12 with pretty light use...

Its proving to be pretty good for me. Only charge it to 80% and its dropping to 25-30% over 24 hours with my typical usage. More than happy with it so far.

Funnily enough, that is exactly the value that AccuBattery gives me.
I should note, however, that I got lucky with the battery RNG god and my battery health is at 107% capacity.

(TIP)Possible battery drain solution for LTE devices.

Like many here I've been having battery drain issues since the day I purchased the Galaxy Nexus. I also purchased the extended battery since day one. I've been reading through every single forum on how to reduce the battery drain and none seems to have worked for me. I've tried switching to wifi, 3g only, no email push, no google+, etc and my phone at 100% battery would lose almost 30% within 2 hours idling. Then I was looking at the settings and I came across the Developer Options/Background process limit and limited my background process from Standard to At most limit to 1 process and my battery has improved tremendously. Prior to making the change the Android OS was using 80+ % on idle (Wifi or 3g didn't make a difference), now it's uses around 20 or less. On idle I'm seeing around 4% or less an hour vs 15% battery drain.
Please remember this may or may not solve YOUR battery drain, but it has definitely helped mine and I just wanted to share with the community on what else you can try.
I've had pretty good results with my battery. I think some of ya'll are either just playing around with it too much or have some energy-sucking apps out there.

Or that you don't have a connection to the data network.
Just say'n. (I do the same thing at night)
I had Wi-fi enabled for 12 hours, and the battery only dropped to around 85%. I have been on 4G for 5 hours now, and the battery is now down to 13%. I'm going to use a Wi-fi/3G combination tomorrow. Oh and I also have my phone rooted/underclocked to 900Mhz.

I've been using it for 3 days and have had no issues. Anyways its as easy as checking the standard limit if you ever wanted to revert back.

I just bought one of these. Been using it since Monday. Not sure about it yet, still bedding it in. Today is my first usage after a full discharge cycle.
Yesterday I discharged the battery as fast as possible by running stability test and I still managed to get 5 hours screen time.
Will update at the end of this cycle.

Please keep me up to date with how your usage goes. would mean a lot. very curious about this battery.
Ok still not sure about this yet. I've now done 2 full discharge cycles by draining the battery as fast as possible. I ran stabilitytest again last night and ended up with 5.5 hours screen time with 14 hours off charger. Charged it overnight and bump charged it a few times.
Today I'm going to see how it fares with normal use. Not very impressed so far though as I'm at 83% battery with 49 minutes screen time and 5 hours off charger. Light usage today with a few hours of music through wired headphones. Maybe the battery % isn't calibrated properly and it'll drop slower as it approaches midline, who knows.
Will keep updating.
I know someone with it and he said it barely lasts 20% longer than standard battery, so guess that means around 2500mah
Conclusion after 6 days and 5 cycles is that I'm getting about 25% more than stock. Not great but I got it for a tenner inc delivery so can't complain.
Shame we can't get the hyperions in the UK. Would love to get my hands on one of those.
Actually starting to like this battery. Getting decent results now.

[Q] Is the battery life real bad compare to G2?

Or is there any battery optimizations, both software and hardware that actually helped in giving more juice per usage? I'm thinking between G3 and G2 now and battery life is the deal breaker.
Came from G2, Z2, M8. This is the worst. Getting 3-4hrs SOT only at 60% brightness.
Yeah, I'm getting it sorta bad as well.. 3-4 sot on a daily basis... I find myself charging it twice a day lately.. But then again, I'm a heavy user.
On the other hand, my brother in law is getting 4 hours sot as well but over the course of 2 days... His usage is a low to moderate one.
Sent from my LG-D855 using XDA Free mobile app
The G2's battery life "out of the box" is significantly better than the G3. However, by using Greenify I've been able to get pretty close to the battery life I had with my G2. The deciding factors that pushed me toward the G3 was the ability to add memory via external sd and have a removeable battery.

Don't let them fool u. This was with 5+ hrs SOT. Rooted.
Scribed hence forth from thy LG G3
Or you can go the distance if need be
Scribed hence forth from thy LG G3
I've done a factory reset, tried zonerom, tried both kernels for the 851 and yes. Overall I would say about 30% less than my g2. Standby time is great, if not better than g2 but the sot time is significantly worse. I ordered a 2nd battery/charger so hopefully that makes this a non issue but kinda a pain to deal with.
Please post questions in the questions and answer section.

Some will disagree but I find accubattery pretty accurate after letting it run for at least a week. For a battery with approximately 25% battery degradation I think you're getting the expected battery life.

which battery i can bye to replace it?
is it here something good to change it?
Many people who had the battery replaced can no longer fast charge. There is a thread on here about it. Most likely because the battery is aftermarket and to my knowledge oem batteries aren't available and the ones you find online that claim to be oem are counterfeit. You could replace the battery with a good aftermarket from ebay but no fast charging, or send to google for oem battery replacement if that's possible where you live.

Question SUNWODA Charge Cycles and Long Term Battery Capacity Retention

Topic: Expected charge cycle count before capacity drops to 80% of rated capacity of 4905mAh 18.88 Wh for the Sunwoda battery in the P6P

Please vote mentioning your charge cycle count along with actual capacity vs the rated capacity of 4905 mAh/18.88 Wh
That's an interesting topic. With my P4 XL, I won the actual capacity lottery and had a phone that started with 109% capacity.
My P6 Pro has (according to 3 weeks of Accubattery) about 102% actual capacity (~5110 mAh) after 21 sessions with ~1100% charged (~ 55000 mAh).
The design capacity by the way, as you can see in your screenshot, is 5003 - not 4905 as per your statement.
4905 is the MINIMUM amount that Google accepts/offers, 5003 is the "typical"
-> (typical = design)
I'd give it a 3.6
Not great, not terrible.

Wondering how everyone's battery capacity has been doing. Out of the box Accubattery stabilized around 99% for me but now after 4 months I've dropped to 95% (4755mah). This is much faster degredation than I typically see on my devices. 95% of the time the phone is between 20-80% charge, my chargers shut off at 80% unless I know I'm going to need the extra capacity. My unit runs hot quite often and Im thinking that it is wearing out the battery with all the heat. Curious what other users are seeing after some months of ownership.

Good to hear you are having more luck, 1-2% per year is what I am used to seeing on past devices under similar usage patterns.
